Found her

"Alright Wura, stop it, stop crying…" said Wura to herself as she sniffed and she dried her tears, she could not just stay here.

"I have to get out of here…" said Wura as she stood up from the door.

"Liam and Mero will come back for me, they will" said Wura as she nodded and she assured herself, she knew that they would, they would not leave without her, but she had to help them, she could not just sit here crying and feeling miserable, she needed to get out of here.

Wura tried to open the door once again, it was clear that it was locked from the outside, Wura was sure that there had to be some sort of iron bar placed outside the door for her to be unable to open it.

Wura looked at the wooden door as she felt around it for any cracks, but there were none, Wura looked around the room, there was a little tiny bed, a little table, and nothing else but what looked like a tiny closet, it was clear that this room had not been inhabited in a long time.

It had a musty smell, and it was very dusty, which made Wura's nose tickle as she sighed, she could not believe this, she did not even know what happened, what did she do to those giants for them to capture her like this and lock her up like a prisoner.

"Think Wura, think" said Wura to herself as she paced around the little room, she ran her ringers through her hair, her scalp still burnt from all the prior tugging on it, she was surprised that she did not seem to have lost any strands of hair.

Wura hissed as she carefully touched her scalp, that horrible giant, he wanted to pull her head out.

"Come on Wura, think, you are better than this, you can escape, you can…" said Wura to herself as she looked around and her eyes fell on the small window in the room as she got an idea.

Wura walked to the window as she touched it, the glass felt strong, and it felt cold to her touch, Wura was shorter than the window.

"Alright, yes, I have it" said Wura to herself as she scoffed, if those giants thought that they could lock her up in here and keep her captive, they were so wrong.

Wura walked to the bed as she removed all the pillows and blankets and she threw them on the ground as she bent down and she touched the base of the bed as she attempted to push it over to the window.

"*Ugh*" groaned Wura as she pushed the bed, it was so heavy, it felt like she was pushing stone, but that was wrong, the bed was made out of wood.

Wura too a break as she heaved and she panted, she really did not have the strength for this at all, it was about now that she was starting to regret not listening to Nora when she told her to eat and gain her strength.

"Come on Wura, you can do it, it is not that far, just over there… push it to the wall" said Wura to herself as she encouraged herself and she caught her breath as she started to push the bed once more.

The wooden base of the bed made a dragging sound across the ground as Wura groaned as she pushed it to the wall, she gave it her all and she stopped when she felt the wall blocking her from going any further.

Wura collapsed on the bed from exhaustion as she panted, she had never had to move something this heavy before, she was so tired, but she knew that she could not rest, not at all, she did not know if those giants would return soon.

Wura got up from the bed as she walked to the small wooden table as she removed the vase of dead flowers placed on it and she carried the table, she needed something very heavy for what she was about to do.

Wura climbed on the bed as she carried the table and she positioned herself next to the window as she got ready to throw the table to break the window.

Wura took a deep breath as she weighed her options, she did consider that she might hurt herself when she shattered the window and the glass cracked, but she needed to be close to the window itself so her throw would be accurate.

Wura considered that the noise from the glass shattering would probably alert the giants.

"But did Darla not say that the giants have poor hearing? So I doubt that they were hear this" said Wura to herself as she nodded and she got ready to throw the table.

"Here goes nothing Wura, here goes nothing" said Wura as she took a deep breath and in the same moment, she braced herself as she threw the table directly at the window and she closed her eyes as shielded her face with her elbows as the table hit the glass with a great force and the window shattered into a million pieces as Wura opened her eyes and she was actually surprised that it worked.

"Ouch" said Wura as she winced when she looked down at her hand, there was glass everywhere, on the bed, on the ground, and her hand was bleeding, she did not even know how that happened, but it was not bleeding much, her top priority was getting out of here.

Wura got down from the bed as she dusted the bed and removed all the glass shards as she climbed back on the bed, she removed the glass shards from the window and she pulled herself up as she braced herself to climb out the window.

Wura did not notice that a piece of glass was still attached to the stone wall, so as she climbed through the window, she cut her side on the glass as she cried out in pain and she fell out the window down to the ground with a thud.

"Ouch" said Wura as she could not move, she fell from a high place, Wura moved her hands to her side as she felt and saw blood all over her fingers as she stared at it in horror, she had been cut, and she did not even realize it.

Wura quickly removed her chemise as she looked at the wound, she sighed in relief when she saw that the wound was not deep at all, it was only on the surface of her skin, and it had stopped bleeding.

Wura quickly covered her body as she dropped her chemise and she got up from the ground as she looked around, she did not know where she was at all, this was different from where they had passed through, there were so many stone houses around her, and she did not know where to go.

Wura stood up as she groaned in pain, she had twisted her ankle, she could not get up at all, it hurt so much.

"Ahh…" said Wura as she sat back down and she looked at her right ankle as she rubbed it, she had sprained her ankle as well, this was just great, she did not know what to do at all, she could not help but think why all this had to happen to her.

"Wura, calm down… calm down" said Wura to herself as she took deep breaths and she used the wall of the house to support herself so she could get up.

Wura tried to place pressure on her right foot, but it hurt so much, Wura knew that she could not just stay here in pain, she had to escape, she could not stay here any longer, those giants might return in any moment, and she knew it.

Wura took deep breaths as she decided not to use her right foot, it was too painful, and she did not want to risk her damaging her foot anymore.

Wura used the wall of the house to support herself as she moved and she limped on one foot as she moved to another house, she took more deep breaths as she did not even know where she was going, all she knew was going to have to get out of here.

Wura moved slowly as she saw an open ground and she started to walk there slowly little by little when she heard a voice that made her heart drop.

"Where is the Lily?" came the voice of the giant as he saw the broken glass everywhere on the ground.

"She has escaped, find her!" said the giant as Wura gasped, and she started to move as quick as she could as she accidentally tripped but she got up as fast as she could, she could not allow them find her, not at all.

"I found her" came the voice of another giant as he smiled and Wura shook her head as she moved faster.

"The little thing is trying to escape" said the giant as he chuckled and he bent down.

"No, no" said Wura as the giant got a grip of her hair with his fingers as he pinched them together.

"Ouch, not again" said Wura as she was regretting having long hair right now, she should have cut it, she should have, the giants just seemed to like torturing her by pulling her hair.

"No, let go of me, stop it, let go" said Wura as she struggled but she was picked up by the giant as she cried.

"Just leave me alone, let me go" said Wura as the giant looked at her.

"The poor thing hurt herself, if the King finds out, he will not be happy" said the giant as he alerted the other giant as he saw all the blood stains on her hands and clothes.

"What did I do to you for you to hold me hostage like this?" asked Wura as she stopped struggling she was tired, tired of it all.

"You did nothing dear Lily, but the Darla made a deal with us, our King likes you, you will be his Queen" said the giant as Wura did not think that this made any sense as she did not believe what she was hearing right now.

"Darla?" asked Wura.

"Yes Darla" said the giant.

"She did this?" asked Wura as she could not believe this.

"Yes, she made a deal with us, she gave us for you her to be able to pass on" said the giant as Wura scoffed, she did not know what to feel right now, anger? Betrayal, she felt like she should have slapped Darla when she had the chance, she never knew that she could ever go this far as to even sell her off to giants.

"Do not worry Lily you will be taken well of here" said the giant as he smiled and Wura cried, this was horrible, was she really trapped her? She was starting to doubt that Liam would come back for her, he trusted Darla, he would never believe that she would be part of this, this was just horrible.

"I do not want to stay here, I want to go back, please let me go, I beg you, let me go" said Wura as she pleaded with the giant as he did not listen to her at all as he walked back to another house as he ignored Wura's many cries and he put her down in front of a house.

"This is your new maid, she will take care of you" said the giant as Wura looked at a woman who was standing next to her with her head bowed.

"Maid, take care of the Lily, or else, and make sure to clean all her wounds, the King will come and see her soon" said the giant as the maid nodded her head and she guided Wura into the house as Wura could not even struggle, she knew that she could not run, her ankle was sprained.

"Right this way" said the maid as she guided Wura into the house and she closed the door as she helped Wura sit down on a bed.

"You cannot leave, for my own sake and your own sake" said the maid as she walked out of the room and she locked the door.

"No, please come back, please do not leave me here, please" said Wura as she pleaded with the maid, but she did not listen at all as she left Wura all locked up in the strange room.
