Remembered

Wura opened her eyes as she felt cold wind blow on her skin as she looked around and they were now outside, and not just anywhere outside, but they were on flat ground, behind a mountain.

Wura was surprised to say the least, she did not expect them to be back here just like that, in the blink of an eye.

"My Queen" said Mero as Wura looked at him and she looked around, there was no doubt that they were back in Wyverdale, Wura looked around as she saw a familiar mountain, she knew this place, it was the waterfalls, they were back at the waterfalls.

"We are back" replied Wura as she looked up, the magic had to be something else, she could not see the door that they had passed through at all, it was almost scary.

Everything was calm and peaceful here, as the snow was all melted and the sound of birds chirping could be heard.

"Just like that?" asked Elihu as he looked around, he knew that they were back, but he felt bad, he had just left Darla just like that, without even telling Darla goodbye.

"It looks like we are back at the waterfalls" said Zuph as he looked around, it made sense that this place looked different through, it was hot, the seasons had changed.

Everyone had the same thoughts on their mind, they wondered what happened back at the temple and why Wura said that they should all leave so soon, but they knew that now was not the time to ask.

"Well it seems that we know where we are, now we just have to find a way to get back to the Castle" said Mero as he looked at Wura who was very quiet, and Nora wanted to say something, but she did not, she knew that Wura must have had a lot on her mind right now.

"Over there, some wild horses" said Zuph as he pointed not to far away and he saw four wild horses not too far away.

"The important word there is wild, those things can be very dangerous" said Elihu.

"Then we just have to tame them" said Mero.

"Come on Elihu" said Mero as Elihu groaned and he followed after Mero and Zuph, leaving Nora and Wura alone.

"My lady, are you alright?" asked Nora as she looked at Wura and Wura looked at her.

"I am fine Nora" said Wura as she smiled sadly and she took a deep breath as Nora did not believe her at all.

Liam squeezed his eyes as he coughed and he opened his eyes while coughing violently.

"Wu…ra…" called Liam as he looked around, the yellow enchantment that was once in his eyes was gone.

"Wura!" called Liam as he got up quickly and he looked for her everywhere, he could not find her anywhere at all.

He kept on hearing her voice in his head telling him that she missed him, and that she loved him, and that he would come from her, he rushed out of the temple looking for her everywhere.

"Wura!" called Liam as he was getting scared every moment that he could not find her, he remembered her, he remembered everything.

"Duke Nigel" called Zechariah as he walked into Nigel's office as Nigel sighed.

"Yes Zechariah, what is it?" asked Nigel as he looked at Zechariah.

"I have some letters here from the various Duke families" said Zechariah as he placed the various letters on Nigel's desk.

"I see, thank you Zechariah" said Nigel as he smiled sadly.

"Are you alright Duke? You seem stressed" said Zechariah.

"I am just severely worried about Wura, Mero and the rest, we have not heard of them in months, and we have no certainty that they will return soon" said Nigel as he sighed, he was so worried about Wura, if he knew that it would have taken this long, he would have never allowed her to go anywhere at all.

"You do not need to worry Duke, I am sure that all will be well, they should return soon" said Zechariah as Nigel just nodded.

"Please excuse me, I left Luc alone to train the knights" said Zechariah.

"You can go on" said Nigel as Zechariah nodded and he walked out of Nigel's office as Nigel sighed.

"Open the gate" came Mero's voice as the Castle gates as the guards on the wall looked down.

"It is her Majesty and the rest of us, open the gates" said Mero as the guard on top looked surprised as he quickly commanded that the gate be opened as they all rushed to open the gate.

Wura rode the horse as she looked around, it felt so sad to be back here, especially without Liam, she did not know what to think at this point, but she knew that she had to take things one step at a time.

"My Duke, my Duke" said a guard as he rushed into Nigel's office as Nigel looked at him with confusion.

"What is it?" asked Nigel in confusion.

"My Duke, it is the Queen, she and the others have returned" said the guard as he panted.

"What?" asked Nigel as he stood up in a hurry.

"Are you sure about this?" asked Nigel as the guard nodded.

"Yes my Duke the gates just opened for them, they have returned" said the guard.

"Oh good Lord" said Nigel as he quickly rushed out of his office.

"Zuph, Elihu, go and keep those horses in the stables" said Mero as he looked at Zuph and Elihu as they both nodded and they walked away.

"My Queen, I am going to get you some hot tea, please excuse me" said Nora as Wura looked at her and Wura nodded as Nora bowed and she walked away as Mero watched her.

"Oh my dear, you have finally returned" said Nigel as he walked down the stairs and he hugged Wura.

"Oh Uncle, it is so nice to see you, I missed you so much" said Wura as she hugged Nigel and she smiled, she did not want to have to give him bad news about Liam just yet.

"Oh you do not know how worried I was about you and everyone else dear" said Nigel as he broke their hug and Wura looked at him.

"I was worried about you too Uncle" said Wura as she smiled.

"I have many things to tell you Uncle, about Liam…" said Wura as she took a deep breath.

"Oh Liam, yes yes, how could I have forgotten" said Nigel as he smiled.

"Liam my boy, please come here" said Nigel as he called out for Liam and both Wura and Mero looked at each other as in the next moment both Wura and Mero were shocked by who they saw.

"Yes Uncle" said Liam as he walked down the stairs with a smile and Wura was scared, very scared, this was not Liam, this was not Liam at all, she had just seen Liam a few hours ago, and he was unconscious, there was no way that he could be here, and Mero was thinking the same thing.

"Oh my dear, days after you all left, Liam was found, and there was no other way to alert you" said Nigel as he smiled and he looked at Wura as Wura looked at Mero.

"Oh my dear wife, I am so happy to see you" said Liam as Wura just looked at him, she knew better than to cause a false alarm, she knew that that would only make Nigel worry, she had to find out who this person was and why he looked so much like Liam, from his head, to his face, and everything else.

"You must be tired my dear, why do you not go to your room and rest?" asked Nigel with a smile as Wura looked at him.

"You are right Uncle, but I want to speak to Liam first, Liam, can you and I go and speak in your room?" asked Wura with a smile as Liam nodded and he walked up the stairs as Wura followed after him and she urged Mero to follow after her, which he did.

Liam opened the door of his room as he walked in and Wura followed in after him as Mero closed the door behind them.

"So what did you want to speak to me about wife?" asked Liam with a smile as Wura looked at Mero as they spoke with their eyes and he handed her his sword as he removed it from its sheath.

"Let us be clear here, you and I both know that you are not the real Liam, so before I cut you in half you better tell me just who you really are and what you are doing here now!" said Wura as she pointed Mero's sword straight at the fake Liam's neck as he began to shudder violently.
