<p>Today was the day, the day we all had been waiting for. It was the beginning of a new era for all of us who teamed up to put a stop to the evil amongst us. I barely got enough sleep the previous night because I stayed up thinking of what was going to happen today. The worst part was that I was in charge of everything. I was really worried about something going wrong.</p>

<p>I got out of bed and walked straight to the bathroom. I stood in front of the mirror and stared at myself for a while. Since Miles wasn't around to motivate me, I had to do that myself by trying to assure me that all would be well, and the plan was going to be successful. I didn't want to be the reason anyone would lose their life, especially the people I loved. Plus, I kept having nightmares about losing Miles, and I swear I would never forgive myself for agreeing to this if that should happen.</p>
