"I insist, please stay here for the night, it is dangerous to be traveling these roads after sunset!

Dinner is going to be ready in minutes and we have enough rooms for all of you to stay." Faunus said with a hopeful smile while holding onto Ned's arm.

"We can handle ourselves thank you." Ned said while trying to gently retrieve his arm from Faunus who suddenly became so clingy, As soon as Ned announced they were leaving.

Taking advantage of the offer, "Ned actually meant we'll stay, we're staying over tonight!" Yurei cheerfully spoke making Ned turn to glare at him, "No we're not you little shit! we came uninvited, it's enough of a disrespect so let's go." Ned replied quickly.

"What disrespect? I am inviting you!" Faunus said shaking Ned by his arm.

"I think staying over is a good idea." Muriel spoke-up, "I don't think...so...I feel like...we're intruding here." Tacito said.

"If our host himself said we can stay, this isn't considered intruding, Hatchling." Thorn replied, "Hatchling?" Tacito repeated the word in confusion.

"See? everyone is on board and I would love to have your company Ned...

I mean everyone's company, especially you...I will feel bad if I let you good people leave in these conditions.

Besides, I rarely ever leave the house myself, and I am feeling so lonely right now! Guests are a rare occurrence here."Faunus said fluttering his eyelashes at Ned, "So what do you say Ned?"

Feeling himself getting embarrassed by Faunus's clingy behavior, Ned crumbled against his charms, "Ah...okay! Alright I'm staying, but only under one condition." Ned said, "YEAH!" Yurei cheered loudly.

"What condition?" Faunus asked, "I feel uncomfortable staying here, knowing Leonard is tied-up like an animal in his room." Ned said, "Me too...Faunus, please let him go, just for tonight." Muriel added to his words.

"But what if he tries to run away again?!" Faunus questioned, "There's nowhere he can run to, not with me around Boss! I'll get him even if he makes it to the other half of the globe!" Yurei said buffing his chest proudly.

Tilting his head in confusion "Boss? what are you talking about?" Faunus asked, "Huh? oh right! I forgot we actually never met face to face before! I'm the teleportation guy you hired few months ago, I stopped working two days ago remember?" Yurei said explaining.

"Ohhh!...So you are that arrogant bastard that Bailed on me last minute!" Faunus said angrily before he hurriedly took off his high heeled shoes.

Terrified, "Wait? wait! what you gonna do with those shoes?! Boss you aren't mad at me are you?!" Yurei nervously said.

Throwing the first shoe at Yurei, "Wait until I catch you! do you have any idea how much I was willing to pay for you to get the shipment to me?!" Faunus said approaching him, "Oii! let's work this out! I'll deliver anything you want, j-just put the shoes down!" Yurei said running away.

"COME BACK HERE YUREI I AM NOT DONE WITH YOU!" Faunus shouted as he ran after Yurei While wielding his other shoe in the air.

"Did Yurei just piss Fernando's lookalike off?" Thorn said amused by their game of chasing, "Yurei can teleport right? why is he not teleporting away before he gets a shoe to his face?" Muriel asked.

"Yurei is probably letting Faunus empty his anger on him, it's a strategy he used with me when we were coworkers...

He'd let me chase him up so I'd release the bad energy and won't harbor resentment against him, he doesn't like it when people keep bottling their emotions...that shitty hypocrite is actually a good one." Ned replied smiling.

"I see now, this kid...he is the kind that acts all harmless and stupid, but is actually the one who is smart and in control." Muriel said.

...Few minutes later...

"You have a Family tradition for dinner?" Ned asked, "Yes! the table remains empty of food until every member available sits on their chairs, so no one starts eating before the other.

Though we do not follow it all time, especially recently." Faunus said explaining.

"Interesting." Muriel spoke, "The audacity this family has, they pull all these kinds of tricks on us the adopted, to show how tight this family is." Leonard said complaining.

"Right...Didn't you say that you the adopted were the only ones in the house? isn't there supposed to be a third person?" Ned asked, "You mean 'Grey'? that vampire bookworm never leaves the library especially when there's guests around, so he isn't even considered available although he's literally in the house.

Grey is way too shy, he breaks into tears so easily, dealing with him is like dealing with a 24h scared kid...

I must ask so I can let the servant know." Faunus added, "You mean alcohol?" Ned asked to which Faunus nodded to.

"Not for me!" Yurei said, "Same here, not in the mood." Thorn said, "I don't want to either." Ned said as well.

"I do not think drinking is a good idea, my health does not allow it." Muriel spoke-up, "Oh! right! Mallory mentioned you have a weak health, drinking should not be a good idea for you Muriel...

Then, Leonard what about you?" Faunus asked, "Wine...i want red wine." Leonard replied nervously.

"And what about you Tacito dear, do you want anything? feel free to ask." Faunus said, "I... can't...I don't...I...um." Tacito fumbled over and over unable to say one comprehensive phrase, "Taci baby are you alright?!" Yurei asked.

"I don't feel...okay...I'm craving something...bad." Tacito said, knowing what he meant, Yurei shared a glance with Ned.

"You said Grey is a vampire?" Ned said, "Yes?...is Tacito Also a vampire?" Faunus asked.

"I don't think he's a vampire, he seems more of a cannibal." Leonard said causing Faunus to kick him again under the table.

"OWE!"

"He isn't exactly a vampire, but his system requires Him to drink blood from time to time, and I'm afraid he's craving some right now." Ned said politely suggesting.

"Oh well, this is a problem so easy to solve! I will tell them to get you a nice drink Tacito dear." Faunus said smiling.

...Meanwhile...

"Are you sure about staying here for the night pookie?"

"Mum gave me permission." Lucius replied making Aroon giggle, "You are way too old to be asking permission to leave the house Lu." he said.

The two were back at Ned's house, Aroon originally came to check on Jasper but then Lucius asked if he could spend the night in the house with him.

They were having dinner in the kitchen instead of the dinning room, since only the two of them were around, and Jasper didn't seem to be out of his room yet.

"You know Mum, you have to tell him everything before you do it." Lucius said, "By the way, I don't think I ever said that but I really like this House! it makes me feel like in some sort of a TV drama." he added.

"You can use the same room from last time if you want to." Aroon said, "What room?" Lucius asked, "The one where you told me we're soulmates in, silly!" Aroon said.

Sheepishly smiling, "Oh! yeah...I was kinda hoping we'd share a room." Lucius said.

"Uh-huh...i suppose I have nothing against that Hehe!" Aroon said giggling.

"Shut the fuck up and get a room." Someone spoke-up suddenly, the couple turned their heads to find Jasper entering the kitchen.

"Jasper! are you alright, you had me worried!" Aroon said rushing to his side but Jasper pulled himself away from Aroon, avoiding to get touched, "The Fuck You Doin! Stay back!"

"Sorry, didn't mean to try and touch you." Aroon said embarrassed.

"Whatever, I'm in my cooling-off period and I ran out of snacks in my room, I just came here to get something to eat, but now I lost apatite seeing that Lucius is here." Jasper said while walking back towards the door, "If you guys are doing something, just make sure to do it away from me." he added leaving the kitchen.

Embarrassed, "Sorry about that Lucius." Aroon said turning back to face his lover, "No need to apologize, I already know he hates me." Lucius replied.

"He doesn't Lu! it's just you know, his feelings for me...are impairing his judgments." Aroon said, "He looked so lonely right now, I would get mad if some guy popped out of nowhere and snatched the guy I like before my eyes." Lucius replied.

"We loved each other before Jasper ever existed, he is going to have to learn to deal with it." Aroon said.

...Some time later...

Sitting on his bed, Garrick kept staring at the envelope he just opened, he couldn't believe it but at the same time this was too authentic to be a lie.

Frustrated and lost, he picked his phone and took a picture, sending it afterwards to the group chat.

He figured it was safe to share this with his friends, since he never actually added Ned to the group chat.
