King Talner's words came to my mind while we were scouring the study for about an hour now. It took me this long to realize how Charlington Palace connected with the amulet. This is where it was recorded for the first time by some unknown woman. The reason for that is I have yet to find out.

"I swear, I know my father was keeping a copy in here." Prince Tarquin grumbled, washing his palm into his face in frustration as he stared helplessly at the piles of scrolls haphazardly lays before him.

I understand his sentiments, fully, as we've been here for an hour yet still haven't found anything relevant that could help us locate the 'X' mark. Sighing aloud, I drop my rear into the back of my heels, kneeled into the scrolls, and continued skimming through and through thinking that I might have skipped some details even though I'd already checked twice.
