Today is the day and ever since my conversation with King Talner, my nerves were all over the place. All the other servants were scrambling on their feet back and forth to keep everything in order while I remained seated in front of my vanity mirror getting flock for the final touches.

However, my mind was nowhere to be found.

All I could think of was Callum and how he had been named the pirate king. I know I should be happy about it since he had achieved his dream and alas even without me. But knowing that he had his own fleet heading this way bursts me on the edge.

I haven't told anyone about it, especially Prince Tarquin.

Today is our wedding and also his coronation. I can't ruin all that just because my pirate lover is on his way to wreck everything.
