Visiting

Rhys stood in the middle of the gym, his fists tightly clenched as he stared down at the punching bag in front of him. His mind was a whirlwind of emotions, and he couldn't seem to calm himself down.

Tomorrow was the day he was going to meet the man who had terrorized him, and he couldn't help but feel agitated and anxious. It had taken him years to work up the courage to confront him, and now that the day was finally here, he wasn't sure if he was ready.

He took a deep breath and began to punch the bag with all his might, his fists slamming into the leather with a loud thud. Each hit was filled with anger and frustration, a physical manifestation of the emotions that were swirling around inside him.

Rhys had always been a disciplined fighter, but today his punches were wild and uncontrolled. He could feel his heart racing, his adrenaline pumping through his veins as he unleashed all his pent-up emotions onto the bag.
