'Is it a dream?' Davel couldn't help but wonder as he brought his blue eyes to scan his surroundings.
People kept saying that he was currently in the hospital's VIP ward, but he didn't even know what a VIP was.
The room was less spacious than the room he was in before, but the objects in the room were more varied than in the previous room.
When he was in another room before he was transferred to the VIP ward, he could only see some strange beds made of irons and also some curtains as a barrier between the beds.
But now that he had been transferred to a room called the VIP ward, he could see things he had never seen before.
There were two beds in the room, one where he lay, and the other was in the corner. Both were beds, but Davel could see the difference between the two beds.
Davel assumed that the bed he was currently in was a patient bed, and the other bed was probably for the patient's parents or perhaps guardians.
In addition to the two beds, he also saw a big wardrobe made of wood, as well as another object that resembled a cupboard but was made of a different material. 'Is that cupboard also made of iron just like this bed?' He once again wondered as he stared at the silver-colored box that was next to the wooden wardrobe.
In addition to the strange-looking cupboard, Davel could also see a strange object hanging on the wall. It was rectangular in shape, black in color, and it was flat but wide. He had never seen anything like that before, and he couldn't help but glue his blue eyes on the object.
"Would you like to watch television, honey? I can see that you are bored right now, but it's getting very late, so you'd better get some rest instead of watching the TV."
The middle-aged woman who claimed to be his mother mentioned the words 'television' and also 'TV' as she glanced at the black object on the wall, and Davel thought the object was called television or maybe a TV.
'But what am I supposed to watch on television when it's only a black thing that doesn't appeal at all?' Davel dazedly stared at the television to find something special with the black object, but he gasped in surprise when several colors suddenly appeared on the previously black object.
Not only could he see color, but he could also see the human inside the strange object. Widening his blue eyes, he then brought his body to sit down.
"Oh? You're so excited about television, Davel? Good thing I turned it on."
Davel could hear another voice, and he knew that it wasn't the woman anymore. He knew that it was the man claiming to be his father who had just spoken.
However, Davel chose to ignore the man's question as he continued to stare at how someone kept talking inside that thing called the television.
Feeling curious and panicked, Davel suddenly pointed at the television and asked, "Why is a human inside the television? Is she trapped in it?"
He was so worried that he immediately asked a question, but he didn't immediately get an answer because the two humans suddenly fell silent. When he turned to the two humans, he could see they were dumbfounded, but it wasn't long before they burst into laughter.
"Oh, my God! You're so funny, my dear," the woman replied between laughs, but Davel looked at her with a frown. "Maybe it's because you've lost your memory that you can't even remember how television works."
Davel wanted to say that he did not lose his memory, but he knew that he should not do that. When the female doctor questioned him earlier, he chose to remain silent because he didn't know how to answer the questions.
How old is he? If he answered that he was over a hundred years old, would they believe him?
What's his job? If he said that he was working as the Werewolf King, would they accept the answer?
Who are his friends? If he answered that his companions were the other werewolves in the Full Moon Land, would they know the location of the land?
Davel knew that he came from another world, and the people of this world probably didn't know anything about his world. That was why he chose to remain silent, and the humans ended up thinking that he had lost his memory.
Only he knew that he did not lose his memory, and only he knew that he was just clueless about this world. He had so many questions in his head, but he didn't know how he should ask the humans without confusing them.
The white-haired youth was about to ask the two people who claimed to be his parents a question, but suddenly his ears caught another voice coming from the strange object called television.
"Famous actor Davel Clayton just picked up the Best Actor Award at this year's Golden Film Award. This is the third time in a row that the superstar has won the award, and it proves that Davel Clayton is indeed one of the legendary actors in the film industry."
He heard a voice coming from the television, and it was a human trapped in that object saying those words while mentioning his name.
The human looked smaller on the television, and instead of asking for help so that she could be free from the rectangular object, she could talk casually and could even smile as if nothing had happened to her.
And the most important thing was that the woman knew his name, and Davel thought that she probably would know who he was too.
'The girl on television knows my name, and even if she talks about something I don't know, she does know about me. Is she the Moon Goddess? Is she the one I must find in this world?'
