Ready To Tell Her The Truth

Greyson was able to turn her frown, upside down. For the first time since they got in the limo, Cassandra cracked a smile.

"See? There you have it, smile! Spread it since it's contagious!" He told her with a huge smile on his face.

As the two were talking to each other, they didn't notice the time that passed, before they knew it, they had already arrived at the pier where a luxurious black speed boat was waiting for them, on the back of it had the name engraved.

"Ahh the SK Prop," Greyson said in the air as he let out a deep sigh and inhaled the fresh wind of the sea.

As the two were walking toward the boat, they could easily see the yacht on the horizon a couple of kilometers from the shore.

"SK Prop… Hmm, I think I've seen that boat before, but I don't know where." Cassandra uttered in silence as if she was talking to herself.

When they finally got aboard, Greyson wasn't the one that captained the boat, they already had someone waiting for them to take them to the yacht party.

Cassandra was a little surprised when the boat finally started to move because the moment those propellers turned, there was a sudden rise of acceleration as she was the only one that wasn't holding onto a railing which made her almost fall off the boat.

She was about to fall off, but Greyson was able to catch her in the nick of time. "Hold onto the side rails tightly, this boat will really make you fly off to oblivion." He sarcastically told her.

As they finally got closer to the yacht, the guests and staff of the yacht started to pay attention to the arriving black speed boat, all of them knew who was arriving because the Sk Prop was only exclusive for Greyson to use.

"Here we are, look your best Cassy and dazzle the women here, make them feel jealous and afraid of you." He told her with a smile on his face as the two of them set foot on the yacht at the same time while Greyson was holding her hand.

As the two were climbing up the stairs up to the main deck where the main party was being held, everyone was looking at them with smiles and cheers as the two arrived. "That's him, right? Greyson?" One of the people in the crowd uttered.

"I gotta admit, his fiance is really outplaying every single woman in here." Another said.

Greyson didn't pay attention to any of them, before he could get to the upper deck where he wanted to go in the first place, a woman in blue suddenly approached Cassandra with a smile on her face.

"So, it seems that you are the fiancee, correct?" The woman asked with a smirk on her face.

Cassandra just nodded with a smile although she literally wanted to jump off the yacht in an instant. They all looked so classy and elegant while she felt as if she was just a mere ant.

"How rude, you can't even talk properly." The woman said with her forehead wrinkled before she left.

That was when Cassandra wondered what she did wrong. "Umm… What's her deal?" She asked Greyson to which he just shook his head from left to right as he let out a sigh.

"The people here are different, Cassy. Different, I guess you could say they are in a different social class so they were raised differently as well, but not everyone here is like her." Greyson replied.

Cassandra smiled in disbelief as she never knew that one day, she would meet someone that obnoxious. "So, what do I do here?" She was starting to get a little frustrated even though she had only talked to one person.

"I got you, I'll teach you their norms and I guess their behavior and how you should act in front of them," Greyson told her with a smile as he taught her some of the basics to get the hang of talking to the higher class people in the yacht.

As the party progressed on, time was also moving, and fast. It seemed that the people on the yacht were starting to notice the alluring aura that Cassandra brought with her, since the moment they came aboard the yacht, she and Greyson quickly became the talk of the party.

"Hey, Cassy. How are you holding up here? Are you doing fine?" Greyson suddenly asked out of nowhere, although he seemed quite selfish on the outside, he cared a lot about Cassandra and her well-being as well.

She just smiled at him and chuckled "Y-Yeah! I guess so, I'm doing just fine at the moment, although I couldn't help but just recall my encounter with that woman earlier, I still don't think that I was rude at all." Cassandra argued that she did nothing wrong earlier, but Greyson thought otherwise.

"As I previously stated, the majority of the people here are rather intelligent; they come from a much higher social class; they were taught differently; you won't be able to rapidly change their thoughts since they thought you were disrespectful to them, which is why I'm here to assist you." He told her with a smile on his face, he was quite thrilled with the thought of teaching her some of the ethics and ways of the higher social class peers.

But what Greyson said just made her more curious than ever, she started to catch up on what he was planning.

"Okay Greyson, I'll play along with whatever you're planning for now, but I need to know first, why did you really bring me here in the first place?" She asked in an assertive manner.

Cassandra wasn't going to take any more of his manipulation any longer, she was standing her ground and even threatened to leave if he didn't give her the reason why he brought her to that yacht party in the first place.

He then let out a deep sigh as he knew that there was no other way of getting out of the situation he was in at the time. "Fine… You really wanna know the truth?" He looked at her in the eyes as he said those words with a dispirited look on his face.

Cassandra looked him in the eye and smiled at him. "Yes, that's why I asked you in the first place, I want to know the truth and nothing but the truth, you got it? If I sense that you're lying, I'm leaving right now." She assertively told him that she knew that she finally got him cornered when he had a hard time finding the right response.
