I turned and stretched in bed at the little touch I was feeling on my back. I squinted my eyes a bit before opening it and yawning.

I turned on my side to look at Alex with his adorable smile flashing at me, causing me to smile back.

He was kneeling on the ground with his elbow resting on the bed and his cheeks resting in his palm.

"Good morning, sweetheart," I said with a broad smile before leaning forward to place a kiss on his forehead.

"Afternoon?" I asked before turning to my bedside to check what time it was.

"I bet you didn't know," he said sarcastically before shaking his head and I laughed.

"When did you wake?" I asked him as I trudged towards the bathroom.

"Before you did," he answered and I could hear his giggle before I looked back at him.

"That's how you wanna play," I joked and he knew what was next to come.
