Once Lei Zhen had ordered Howard to respond back politely and the compensation terms, the other side was filled with distraught.


"S-Senior Jack, these people are simply a lion opening their wide mouths. How could they even ask us to compensate for this much money?" Charter said nervously at the sideline. 


His eyes nearly popped out when he saw the exorbitant prices that Lei Zhen was asking. 


The amount was enough to feed their country for at least 3 months, and their population was immense. 


That alone should be sufficient to say just how much money was Lei Zhen asking for. 


Meanwhile, Jack Scarecrow remained expressionless as he subtly closed the official documents sent by Lei Zhen. 


He took a deep breath before commanding one of the soldiers, "Tell them that the terms shall be met and that I hope to invite them for a banquet as an apology for our previous hostility."
