Child Of Mine, II

"Anyway, I'm sorry to make today so... about me?" Shuule concluded.

"But it is about you," Aries responded, laughing a little, though he tried to stifle it. Every word she had ever heard any of the rams or goats say was almost like they were whispering it, their throat tense. She took note of it, but didn't ask.

"Fair enough," she laughed along. "I also just don't feel very well? I thought it was just from having the first egg last night, but it's only gotten worse since we've been here. I love the cranberries, really, I just don't have an appetite."

Aries took no issue with this, suggesting she could bring the berries back home and keep the bowl. Ukko had straightened up through this however, pinching his eyes, worry lines forming in crows feet at the corners as he thought.
