[Researcher's Note: This Incident is the sole reason why the TCF are able to respond to most Incidents with instantaneous speed. The TCF had gotten tips about upcoming Incidents from psychics beforehand, and that's how the first few were captured. This Incident is the main reason future Incidents were handled the way they were.]

[Description of Incident/Incident Log Below.]

A dark void lay inside a human's head. His unconscious mind whirring as it tried to process what it was experiencing. There was no consciousness to find nor any brain to house them. It was just an unconscious sentience.

The void kept on spreading, his unconscious thoughts going faster than before, trying to understand what was happening. It was like an ever-spreading virus that wouldn't stop its expansion.

A switch clicked, a voice yelling out to him. He couldn't understand what it was saying, however. It was almost like it was speaking in an unknown language, however he could understand that the voice was yelling with urgency.

The human lifted out his hand, trying to reach the voice, but no matter how far he stretched, he wasn't getting any closer. He tried walking forward to reach the voice, but his foot fell through the ground, no platform to stabilise him. The voice let out a yell of anguish as the human fell downwards, his right hand lifted out in front of him, desperately trying to reach the voice in order to figure out what it wanted.

He fell into the void, his sanity ever so slowly disappearing as he fell further and further, his arms and legs disintegrating. His body turned to ash as he fell, the feeling of becoming nothing overwhelming him. He had accepted his fate, to become one with nothing. The voice kept yelling for him, but he could not reach, for he kept falling, his speed ever-increasing.

His head was soon the only thing left, his body no longer attached. He felt his head shattering as if it was going to break apart all at once. His skin cracked all over his head, some blood finally seeping out. There hadn't been any throughout this entire process, and seeing this made him realise that he was still alive. He had a chance to bring himself back.

The man reached forward, extending his arm as far as he could. The voice made a noise of happiness as it kept getting closer and closer, grasping out to the man's hand. However, just as the strange voice got closer, black hands covered the man's face, almost as if it was pulling him towards the void.

"You...belong...here." The new, creepier voice whispered in his ear, dragging him down to the depths of the void as the other voice let out a sound of pure disdain for the new one and sadness at the fact that she had lost yet another person to that...thing. The man's mind went blank, his mind being erased by whatever force was dragging him away.

The man's body, left shallow on earth, was nothing but a lonely vessel. There was nothing to inhabit it, and nothing of his was to keep it tied to this realm, yet it stayed there. The kind voice that opposed the creepy one looked at the body and realised that they had a rare opportunity.

They quickly rushed over to his body, trying to enter it before it began to disintegrate. The creature metaphorically opened the body like it was a box and slipped itself in, closing the lid before anything could kick it out. The body quickly brought itself back to life, its joints stiff from an unknown amount of time suffering from Rigor Mortis. The joints moved and creaked, the bones unhappy to be moving again, the muscles tight and unused for the past undefined amount of time.

The creature looked around, seeing a dark forest filled with dark trees. They tried to stand up, but their legs still weren't ready to move. It must have been a while since their body had died if they were this stiff. The creatures used its arms to pull itself forwards, traversing this forest through sheer arm-power.

After what felt like hours, or even days, of travelling, they managed to reach the forest's edge, their legs still not co-operating with them. They saw flashlights lighting up along with the sounds of humans talking in some form of code. They couldn't tell what was going on, but they thought it'd be a good idea to walk towards it.

As the creature crawled towards the flashlights, the sounds of their body crawling along the ground alerted the humans to its presence. The humans turned their flashlights towards the creature, fearful expressions lining their faces behind their helmets. It was only amplified further when they saw the body of one of their dead comrades crawling towards them, an emotionless face plastered upon it.

The creature looked up at the humans, realising that they were covered in some kind of armour. The intensity of the flashlights hurt it's eyes, so it lifted its left arm in order to stop the light from bothering them. As the creature walked closer, one of the soldiers brought his hands towards his waist as if he was reaching for it. As soon as the creature was near their feet, one of the humans pulled a pistol from his pocket and fired at the creature's arm, piercing it and shattering their jaw. The creature let out a harrowing screech of pain as it held its mouth, no blood pouring from the wound as it searched for the hole. The creature pointed at the human who shot them, their index finger almost falling off in the process.

As the finger hit the floor, the rotten body of the human's comrade fell alongside it, the stench of decaying flesh lining the soldier's nostrils. They looked at it with shock as the sound of flesh moving alerted them to the presence of a dark, nearly invisible entity behind them. The only thing that they could see was lightly yellowed teeth formed into a smile and small white irises which let out a slight glow. It was none other than Sunbreaker.

"I'll take care of this from here, soldiers." Sunbreaker said, his hand extending forward towards the body as his height decreased, using his shape-shifting abilities to grab the decaying body that housed the creature's true form. "What...what are you!?" The soldier who had shot the zombie-like human corpse. "You don't need to worry about it. All you need to know is that this is beyond your control. I'll be taking this body back to our Foundation to make sure it can't hurt anybody." Sunbreaker explained, pulling two small bottles of liquid out of his body. One was blue, while the other was purple. It is not known where they were stored, but all that is known is that he was not seen with them before.

"Now, will you swear secrecy, or would you like to forget?" Sunbreaker asked them. "No word of this can reach the public, not even your own family members. One bottle, the blue one, will kill you upon speaking of this incident, or of me. The other, the purple one, will make you forget everything that's happened in the last hour once five minutes are up. Now, what will it be?" Sunbreaker told them.

Two of them wanted to forget, while one other and the one who shot the creature wished to die upon speaking of it. "Admirable choices, either way. I will bid you adieu, taking this zombie-like Incident with me. Farewell." Sunbreaker told them after giving them the liquids and telling them to drink a small amount. He had ensured they only drank a small amount by telling them that they would die if they drank over half of it. Sunbreaker then walked away, his body blending in with the darkness even further. The only sign that showed he was still there was the floating body of the creature.

Soon enough, even that wasn't visible, and the soldiers could only wonder what the hell happened.

[Summary of Omniscient's Abilities Listed Below. All abilities here are confirmed via intense testing.]

Omniscient is an unknown creature inhabiting the body of military soldier Darrell Owens. They seem to possess incredible intelligence and strength, but physical attributes are limited by their decayed body. Their mind is able to read many many years into the future, and they appear to be good-hearted. They refuse to hurt humans, but their unfortunately-chosen body does not do them any favours.

This intelligence will be further used by the TCF in order to prepare for upcoming Incidents and also ensure that nothing that can go wrong will go wrong. The TCF will use it as a counter to Murphy's Law.

The way that the TCF can be notified of the Incidents is that Omniscient seems to start drawing. They draw out what the Incident will look like, its abilities, where it will be born and when. In testing, also known as, for this Incident, hoping to god they succeed, there were no flaws. It's how we caught Incidents 9. For this reason, the TCF will supply Omniscient with paper, pens and whatever drawing tools are necessary.

[Researcher's Note]

Sunbreaker told me personally that only one of those serums actually works. The amnesia-inducing one. The one that kills then basically plants a small tracker that detects if they mention a monster while thinking about the incident with Omniscient. It'll send a message to him, and he will have to go dispose of them.
