Dracula?

Sophie arrived downstairs the next day, and breakfast was waiting as usual. She walked up to the breakfast table and took a seat. She continued to eat without saying anything until James broke the silence.

"Is everything okay, Sophie?" Sophie paused before responding. "I'm perfectly fine! So, when do we begin the investigation?" With a savage expression on her face, she inquired.

"Is this something you're sure you're ready for? It can wait! After what transpired the day before, I believe you require some time to..."

"We're going to get started straight after breakfast!"

"It's fine if you say so..."

Sophie inquired after a few minutes of stillness. "Where are we going to start looking into the case?"

"There's a forest downtown, about a 10-minute drive"

When they arrived, Sophie and James hesitated at first but eventually went in. An abandoned structure drew their attention.

"Should we have a look?" Sophie murmured, "there might be clues."

James took a step back, terrified of the creepy-looking structure.

" Sophie, I don't think we'll find anything there, so let's go somewhere else."

"Come on, there's nothing to be afraid of," Sophie rolled her eyes, disappointed. It isn't night, after all. Vampires, as we all know, only come out at night.

Sophie and James decided to call it a day and go home after hours of searching without finding anything. Sophie sensed they were being followed as they walked away, but she continued moving. A shadowy figure rushed behind them, and James gasped very loud.

"Did you see that? Sophie?"she nodded and murmured "Run,"The two began running, but the shadow was closing up on them and moving at an unusually quick pace.

James made it out of the woods, but when he looked around, he couldn't find Sophie. "f*ck! Where are you, Sophie? ". He took a deep breath before sprinting back into the forest to save his best friend. Despite the dangers, he began yelling her name.

When he looked around, he heard footsteps and Sophie collided with him. Sophie shouted anguishedly, "ouch!" "Sorry Sophie," they both said as they rose. The shadowy figure continued to approach them, but this time more slowly. "Let's leave, Sophie," James said, pulling Sophie's wrists, but she wouldn't move.

"No more running, let's see who or what this is." As the shadow approached them, Sophie took a closer look. A tall, gorgeous man dressed in a black tuxedo emerged. He slumped hopelessly to the ground, blood streaming from his hands, as he cried out in a deep tone, "Help me."

Sophie let out a shriek. "What the fuck!". He's in a lot of pain. We need to transport him to the hospital as soon as possible. Sophie and James assisted him in getting to the car. While holding him in the back seat, Sophie stated, "We need to go to the hospital as quickly as possible."

"No, there will be no hospital." Simply transport me to my residence. Aargh!" In anguish, he screamed. "you're hurt, James and l will take you to the hospital." "You'll be OK."

" Please just take me home!" There, I'll be alright." Sophie looked at him puzzled, but she decided to do what he asked."So, what's your address?"

"No. 52 Clam Street" is the address. (Note from the creator: I apologize for not being able to come up with a better name.)

His home was a gigantic, old-looking castle. When Sophie and James arrived at the compound, they were perplexed as to why someone would live in an old castle. Suddenly, a butler emerged from the castle and approached them. Greetings"

Sophie, who was terrified, rushed to the butler and showed the bleeding man. "You must assist him since he is in pain. We were planning on taking him to the hospital, but he insisted on being brought here."

"Master Drac! How did this happen?"

"We don't know what occurred!"

They all helped Dra get into the building. Sophie and James were told to wait in the massive living room while Drac is being looked after. Sophie was amazed by the trendy decor. After a few moments, the butler returned and assured them that Drac was OK. When they expressed their want to depart, the butler suggested that they stay over and leave the next morning because it was already too late. "Won't your uncle be anxious if he doesn't see you, James?" James joked. "Either he won't notice or he went to a business meeting and didn't return."

Drac approached Sophie and James as they were prepared to leave the next morning. "You have my gratitude. Thank you both for saving my life. Is there anything you'd prefer in return? It doesn't matter what you call it; it's yours."

Sophie grinned and inhaled deeply."Mr. Drac, no. We're just grateful we were able to save a life "James went on to say. "We don't expect anything in return,".

"Well, thank you for saving my life," he sighed, "but now that you know I'm a vampire, you should probably hurry up and leave." Please don't tell anyone about this "As his fangs became evident, he finished.

"What the heck? You've got to be kidding, right?" Sophie stepped back, putting distance between herself and Drac. Drac was perplexed as he glanced at them "Wait, you don't know what I'm talking about? When I was hurt yesterday, I thought the butler told you or you noticed?"

"We have no idea anything to do with the fact that you're a vampire" Drac sighed and turned around "well, in that case, come in and we'll talk about it more"
