The Mysterious Evolution

"Are you guys the only ones involved in the inner region banquet case or was there another force working against you but had a similar goal?" The answer was an important clue for me.

The newcomer grabbed my collar and the one sitting on the chair stood up and pointed a gun at me.

"Who the hell are you? How do you know about the inner banquet? You know more than you should so don't mind our rudeness." The man grabbing my collar spoke.

"Bro, calm down and talk. You don't have to use your hand or threaten someone who you have abducted. I am Nine as I said before. I wasn't sure but your action proved you guys are involved in it." I smirked.

If they knew I was a girl would they still act so brazen? It's the underworld- who knows…

"Did that bastard Lucas ask you to investigate it?" Z questioned.
