Chapter 49: Unknown Light

PART 1

Seth and Providence managed to recover after minutes on end has passed in the Wheel-Space. Everything seemed to finally settle down.

Seth who gotten up from the ground managed to walk on both his feet, despite his exhaustion.

"Hey… Providence, if it's too much to ask… can you, heal me?"

Providence stood afloat next to his face and blinked cluelessly, her head leaning to the side.

"I can revert Causality but you remember that doesn't work on heroes?"

Seth would bow his head with an exaggerated sigh.

"Damnit, alright…"

He walked ahead of him and leapt onto different debris sluggishly.

"Toshiro! You there?"

The first one he had to find was Toshiro, managing to make his way over towards their location.

"Ah, he's still unconscious…?"

Seth eventually lunged onto the floating rock Toshiro laid upon, now crouching down to place his arm around his neck, picking him up.

"Alright… up we go— ow! Fuck!"

Soon as he picked Toshiro up, his rib-cage broke… his entire body was feeling like absolute shit at the moment…

"Damn… what a pain in my ass…"

Providence slapped his back a few times.

"Cmon, you got this! Make it easier by placing him on your shoulder."

Seth looked to the side, giving Providence the look of a fool, but then he decided it may actually work—

"Sometimes you say some dumb sounding stuff, but it actually ends up helping."

Seth hoisted Toshiro up now onto his shoulder and took a sigh of relief, catching his breath as he looked around him.

"Oh yeah…"

Providence looked up at his face, raising a brow.

"How the hell are we suppose to get home?"

Providence would slap her face.

"Oh right! I totally forgot about that…"

The three of them… were they just gonna be stuck here forever?

"I'm sure there's a way, let's not stress too much."

*Flicker*

"What was that—?!"

Seth looked around him… the entire Wheel-Space flickered like a light, he didn't know if it was from his injuries playing tricks on him, or perhaps—

*Flicker*

"Seth, what's going on?"

The light flickered again. Beloveno's entirety would glow in a bright flash of light. Unknown to both Seth and even Providence.

*Flicker, Flicker, flicker, flicker*

"Aghh… my eyes… this light is about to make me go blind— damnit! What the hell?!"

*Shatter*, the entirety of Beloveno would suddenly glow-up in a golden light, before an enraged voice was echoing throughout of creation.

"Sun, Wukoooooonnnngggggg!!!"

A deep, and heightened voice of rage and pure anger danced along the cosmos.

"Seth Genesiiissss!!!"

Seth and Providence couldn't see anything still, they were all still blinded by the light… but once they had a clear view on this entity, it became clear on who they were dealing with…

"Aaah…haa…?"

Seth's jaws would drop, as did Providence who looked up.

Their eyes trailed upwards as they faced this creature.

He was bigger than The First Wheel, Beloveno itself.

His body towered over them all.

PART 2

"Wh-Who… who the hell… are you…?"

Seth questioned this entity. They resembled Buddha themself, their body hovering above Beloveno, bigger than the Realms placed inside of Beloveno… or perhaps even bigger than the First wheel itself?

"I am Buddha, the creator of Benoyin, and the one who sits next to Yahweh, deep into Nirvana. I have come to have a word with you, Seth Genesis."

Seth eyes would squint as he looked up at the entity, their body let off a Golden glow that even stretched along the First Wheel—

"Talk about… what?"

Seth still in awe would begin to shake inside of his legs, fear was taking over his body… but yet he held his position.

"Free Sun Wukong, and let him roam free once again, that is what I have come to speak with you about. You have no other option. I cannot explain it, but Sun Wukong is also a Prophecy Child, and yet you managed to defeat one of the strongest Hero in existence. That I commend you of."

Seth would look towards Providence.

"Yeah… well I beat him with everyone's power, not just mine. We were all in this together and worked our asses off to defeat him… so there's no way in hell I'm releasing Sun Wukong! Not until you give me a damn good reason!"

Seth would clench his hand, balling his fists as he shouted at Buddha in the sky.

"S-Seth… you are speaking to Buddha—"

Seth gritted his teeth together before slowly placing down Toshiro on his stomach.

"Or rather…. you'll have to force him out, I refuse to unseal the bastard who even disrupted the order of the Mortal World!"

Buddha would let out an audible hum.

"Hmmmm… ahahahaha. I see. This is the mortal who's defeated Sun Wukong? His bravery is equal to yours, Monkey King."

Buddha closed his eyes, still hovering over Beloveno.

"Sun Wukong is my archetype, his prophecy is to disrupt the natural balance of Beloveno, in order for things to fall into chaos, and rebuild anew. As things are now, it is incomplete… that is why Sun Wukong will destroy it, and force new concepts and new creations to be born. He has the power to do so."

Buddha hummed again, reopening their eyes before facing Seth.

"Do you agree? That this world of Beloveno is incomplete. If Sun Wukong manages to fulfill his prophecy, there will not be any more errors in Beloveno, and everything will be born anew, human child."

Seth scratched his cheek, and looked around him before placing his palms against his hips.

"Hehahahaha! Like I said Buddha, I don't give a damn. You'll have to force him out of Dàinsleif!"

Buddha slowly bow their head.

"So it is decided."

Upon doing so, the creator of Benoyin decided to enact with force. Their mouth would open, a bright golden light shone from it and even rumbled the very first wheel itself… Seth managed to wake up an unstoppable disaster—

"Seth! Are you an idiot, Buddha is now… he's now… going to kill you!"

Seth had reached his hand to the side.

"Dàinsleif!"

Dàinsleif formed inside of his hand, now holding it with two of his palms.

"I'm sorry Providence… I'm just not gonna throw away Dàinsleif and unseal Wukong just because some Superior god asked me too! The heroes and everyone sacrificed theirselves in order to defeat that bastard!"

He was scared, that was without a doubt. Seth watched the golden light form in Buddhas mouth, about to shoot out like a beam of light—

"I rather kill myself than let their hard work go to waste!!!"

Buddha would now close his mouth.

"It's coming…"

Seth knew…

"Light of Divinity!"

The Magnificent Buddha chanted his words into existence, now firing the Golden light from its mouth, it came down at the three of them, knowing very well he could die if he didn't do something…. But what could he do?

"Seth…! Seth we have to go! We can't stay here!!!"

Seth started to shake in his legs even more, but he stood his ground…

"I'm not… going anywhereeeeee!!!! Bring it on you bastarddddd!!!"

The Light inched closer at their destination, Seth's eyes lit up with the reflection of the light, as Providence closed her eyes—

"Seth, you damn idiot!!!"

PART 3

<>

I was gonna die, I was suppose to be dead… this light was gonna kill me, I just knew it.

It was suppose to kill me! This light was gonna eradicate me from this world until I'm unable to come back! I was a goner goddamnit…

Everything went quiet already, I knew I had died, that's what I at least thought until—

"Great, one after another… they just keep coming…"

Seth opened his eyes after closing them, believing death had taken him once again.

"I always got to stop the bullshit going on. First Katie and now you… ugh, whatever."

Haruo was in front of me, however hovering above him was… none other than…—

"Azathoth!!!"

Haruo shouted from his very being, his arms extended side to side.

Azathoth, I have heard stories of these creatures, they are known as the Outergods… and Azathoth was the sole creator of them, and the sleeper who dreamt of Genesis into existence.

Genesis were floating cubes that existed outside of Beloveno and in the Outerworld. They all were embodiments of possibilities, fate, theories, concepts, and higher dimensions. Azathoth is know for bringing them into existence.

Once Haruo summoned this deity, I didn't know what to say… I was shocked to even speak. Azathoth's mere existence kept the light from carrying downwards on us.

"I hate these damn ugly things but they are my family after all. For once, my mom Diane's genes is coming in handy…"

His mother was an Outergod? Just what the hell were the Merlin's…?

"Seth, over here."

Akira spoke to the side of me holding Toshiro.

"I need you to return back into the Mortal World with Toshiro, take care of—"

"No damn way!"

I had smiled, declining the offer. There wasn't any way in hell I'm leaving as of now…

"Together, we can defeat this bastard! This is our final threat, isn't it? If he stays alive then Wukong can keep coming back… let's make sure we finish him off!"

Akira closed his eyes.

"Arc Adabohlic Saltor."

Suddenly summoning forth the Arc again, Akira listened to my words.

Now in the sky was the black-sun… the very thing that represented creation itself.

"We won't win."

Akira muttered underneath his voice.

"Then we'll go out together, proving our worth as heroes, how does that sound?"

Haruo replied back.

"I like the sound of it."

I held onto Dàinsleif and crouched, prepared to lunge.

Akira held onto his sword of annihilation in the same stance, while Haruo opened black portals all around us.

"I'll bring out every fucking outergod in order to defeat you! I don't care if this is our last stand, Asshole!"
