Wang Chen unexpectedly transmigrated to a world of immortal cultivation.
He became a Qi Cultivation junior in the Outer Sect of the Cloud Sun Sect in Dongcang State.
Within the sect, the hierarchy was stringent and the power struggles were fierce;
Outside the sect gates, Demons roamed and Evil Wraiths were rampant!
Wang Chen, who was weak in strength, decided to lay low until the end of time.
However, with time goes by…
He persisted and was surprised to realize that he had already unexpectedly become a Bigwig!!!
This review is based on the 26 free chapters! Transmigration? Check. Hard-Working MC? Check. Pushover? Not anymore! System? No...more like a panel, so golden finger. Rich? This MC is the poorest transmigration character I've come across. MC is Wang Chen a fortunate soul in the body of an unfortunate cultivator who slaves away for an XXXXL size sect. He's basically a tiny spec in the eyes of the higher ups. He doesn't let his unfortunate circumstances stop him from walking down the path of a cultivator! Would I continue reading it? I would. His path to becoming stronger is slow, which is a nice change of pace compared to other stories where MCs are OP from the start or find something and their OPness rises exponentially. This story reminds me of the concept of "rags to riches" with a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears. Regardless of what I wrote, there are 26 free chapters. Judge the story yourself!
The MC mainly farms but there are a few action scenes eg when drafted into the sect patrol. However, as the title suggests, the MC is very low-key and cautious about saving his life so his IQ doesn't appear offline. The story is decently paced with MC progressing and sect-wide events foreshadowing future developments (Ch 137)
The story was going well and everything, but out of nowhere without any warning, the MC was basically drugged and ra*ed and then fell in love with the person who did it. This happened twice with 2 different people. No matter what other redeeming features it has, I can't read it anymore. makes me sick.

I enjoyed reading this in the beginning. The system was fine, the characters and world were also good. But at a certain point, the ‘cautious’ hero became just another brain dead mc that goes through cliché situations and I decided to drop it. Maybe in the future he will become cautious again, and if so please someone drop a comment to tell me when. But for now, I sigh to see another cautious hero story go the same way as so many others
Great read, innovative idea which is written very well. A must read.
The story starts off good but the mc eventually develops what I can only describe as bipolar disorder and just stops making sense.
Read the raws up to chapter 1509, endless wait begins now[img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update][img=update]
This novel is levels above others of its kind for 2 major and many minor reasons(upto chapter 220):- 1) The overarching background plot is mindblowing, in a sense of build-up(It is good compared to other novel genres, but compared to other xianxia's it is among the best), until chapter 218 when all hell breaks lose, though that plot ends there, and while it affects the MC, it doesnt happen because of him.(It ties up everything that is happening since chapter 1 perfectly.) 2) The world truly doesn't revolve around MC. An extreme rarity for chinese novels, atleast as of chapter 220. Sure he is lucky asf, and has the "OP Equipment(I wont spoil)", but even that is explained really well, and is believable(Especially with the development happening near chapter 200-220) Alongside this, the MC is smart, very normal, and actually wants to be lowkey and acts so. Learns from his mistakes(Actual proper mistakes, not retarded 'mistakes' shown as momentary lapse of judgement to make him believable), has an actual proper friend, and doesn't chase illusionary bullshit like immortality, he is very grounded in that sense. It also has some cons, but overall it leans on enjoyable, the author always pulls through when it gets slow or boring.
I'm at the latest chapters available after unlocking them all and seriously hate this novel's progress. Way too slow power upgrade and no clue why he keeps jumping into pits dug out for him. When will the story really pickup pace or am I forced to drop this novel.
Yet another novel with potential ruined by incomprehensible machine translation. I’m tired, boss… If needing to constantly parse changes to nouns and inconsistent math and inconsistent sentence objects doesn’t deter you, there’s a somewhat more dilligent system novel waiting to be excavated in there, I’m sure. But I’ve personally hit my limit on reading something that’s less than half the quality of the source material, so I’ll cut my losses here and hope the next one is at least edited better…
Translator has never read a cultivation nove before. I don’t even know if there was a translator or if this was just chat gpt. (Low Spirit) should be Low-Grade Spirit Stones (Mana) Should have been Qi So many more but translator nowadays are so bad. Story is the definition of mid

updated: This story ended abruptly at chapter 1518.. what should have been the end of an arc, turned into a sudden ending... From a cultivation point of view, the MC didn't even reach the highest level in his current world, let alone in the other high level worlds foreshadowed.. I feel like the story was castrated from the middle!
