Arc 3 Chapter 61 Growth

Pov third apostle third person

On the way back, the girl fell asleep. Forcing the man to hold her, with one hand. As he had no head, to support her on. The man followed the tracks, of destroyed terrain. He realized that it would take a long time, if he didn't speed up. So he started jogging at mach 4, as to not wake the girl up. He had clearly noticed her limits. She was already A rank. Fantastic for her race, which is long lived and grow slower.

Within an hour, he arrived at the village, the girl talked about. His speed alerted the residents. A bunch of long eared elves left their houses. Bringing back memories of the old times. To the cold blooded war. To say he had zero hostility, would be lying, but he would not judge someone for their race. The man walked up and carefully put the girl on the ground. A women ran forward and screamed.

" What did you do to her? Annoyed by her disrespect, the man answered.

" You got some guts. I'm guessing you're the girls mother. To have upset your child, to this point. Do you have no shame, to yell at me. When i clearly brought her back. Truly a backwater village, if you can't even recognize my race." After the man ramble, the elder showed up and froze. After realizing who he was, the elder got on the ground, bowing to the man.

" To what do we own the honer, of meeting a Lakstar?" He asked, afraid of the man being hostile.

" I am but a guardian. From now on that girl will be in my care. She is an important figure to my religion and i wont let some elves destroy her. Look what you did. She was alone at night, crying in the forest. My god Ragnar has given me the mission to look after her and that's what i will do!" The Lakstar said, not giving the mother, or the father room to argue. The man picked up the girl again and started to walk towards one of the trees.

As he neared the tree, it started to freeze. Ice stairs appeared on the tree, leading all the way to the top, where a ice house just got created. The man started walking up the stairs, his claws digging in to the steps. The mother tried to follow, but slipped on the stairs. Thankfully, the man caught her, before she fell. Then he simply put her down and continued walking.

" She will talk with you in the morning, until then, you just have to wait." He said, as he entered his new built ice house.

33 years later

A beauty, on the level never seen before, among the elves, left her house. Winter was just around the corner. Yet her clothes was as thin, as they were on winter. On her back, was a bow. Golden color, with several blue marks here and there. The string of the bow, was made of dragon skin. It was said to stretch infinitely.

Her blue golden hair danced in the weak sunlight, of winter, as she ran down the ice stairs. She was bare feet, wearing shorts. Ending, almost where they began. Her shirt was no different. The shirt ended hanging in the air, several centimeters away from the stomach. As her boobs were to big. Her clothes were green and white. With golden lines, here and there.

As she got to the end of the stairs, she jumped down the last steps. A habit she got when she was younger. Noticing the high energized girl, the neighbors waved at her and wished her a good day. She naturally waved back and started running towards the forest. On her way she grabbed a new backed bread, sold by an old friend of her family.

" Sorry Karha, I'll pay later." She yelled, as she continued running. The forest was covered in snow, reaching her knees. Her length was now 1.76, relatively long for an elf. Not wanting to run in the snow, she jumped up in the tress. But the impact of her landing shock the tree. Making all the snow fall on her, covering her in snow. Shaking furiously, to remove the snow, she got ready to jump to the next tree.

This time, she jumped gently, so 50 kilograms of snow, didn't fall on her. Making her sight in relief and beginning her long journey.

Today was her graduation ceremony. In elf culture you are an adult once you reach 100 years old and today her master would test her. To see if she was ready, to venture the different countries, in the realm. 30 years ago, her master promised her, to let her have her adventure, after she's 100 years old and deemed ready.

She has been looking forward to this day, ever since then. Time slowly passed, as she was jumping through the trees, flawlessly, unlike before. After 30 minutes, she arrived at the opening, where she trained with her master and the spirits.

" Took you long enough." A giant hill said, covered in snow. Scaring the girl, making her fall on the ground. Making her create a 30 centimeters deep snow angle. The hill laughed as it started to move, making the snow fall of him.

" Hey, what did i say about scaring me." The girl protested, as her boobs jiggled from her angry movement.

" Haha, my bad, i thought this might be the last time." The man said, reminiscing about the old times. He didn't say it, but he would miss the girl. He had spent 33 years of his life looking after her. Even if he already was 698 years. It was long enough to make her feel like family. His distaste of these elves was long gone. But he did not forget about the war, he would never forget.

" Let's just start uncle. Let's see how much i have grown." She said, exited to finally prove her worth.

Okey, i just want you to know, that i will ascended to the second realm, after this. I have long since out grown this realm. But I wasn't ready to leave. I will see you again in the second realm girl. Be sure to bring lots of friends." He said, not wanting this to be a goodbye.

" Okey, let's go, I'm ready." She said, grabbing her bow and getting into battle stance.

" As you wish." The man said, making a giant staff appear. Chanting something, several S rank water monsters appeared. The man was a summoner, giving him ability to summon water warriors and monsters, to fight for him.

The girl noticing the increased difficulty, from last time, got ready to attack. But she was given no room to prepare, as the monsters rushed her. The girl jumped high up in the air, while firing water arrows. The arrows collided with the monster, but really didn't do anything. The monster jumped, just like her, trying to kill her fast. But she created wings and changed location and fired at the defenseless monsters. Instead of attacking all the monsters, she attacked one monster. Trying to kill one, at a time. Her plan seemed to work, as she managed kill one of them. Making it explode into water magic.

She looked proudly at her master, as she defeated one of the 5 monsters, the same rank as her. She started to create thousands of arrows of water, in the air. Then she made them attack three of the monsters, distracting them, while she took out the fourth one. Her plan worked once more. While the three were fighting for their lives, she created a giant arrow. Drawing it on her personal created bow, she fired the giant arrow. It hit the monster, making it explode into pure water magic, just like it's friend.

After defeating the first two, the battle became one sided, in my favor. My arrows rained supreme, killing the three others.

After killing all of them, i landed gracefully at the ground. Waiting for my praise.

" Good job, seems like your ready. I won't hold you, or myself any longer. We will meet again." He said, as he started to become light.

" Bye uncle, i will miss you!" Elin screamed, as she cried.

Some hours later.

" Do you got everything you need? Do you have 5 pairs of extra clothes and the money? Do you got the food we gave you. No it won't be enough here, have our dinner too." A women said, as she packed down a full cow. In a giant bag, hilariously big.

" I'll be fine mom, I'm already an adult." She said, trying to calm her mother down.

" You're right, you're already an adult." She said, as she started crying. " I'm so proud of you, look at you. I was so much worse when i was in your age. All i did was ogle at your father." She said, embarrassing Elin.

" That's enough mom, I'll be leaving now." She said, as she jumped down from the house. " Bye everyone, i hope to see you later." She screamed and they screamed their farewells and waved. As the once only child of the village left. On her way out, she waved at the new born elf. She was born three years ago and became the new prize of the village. Not that she complained, she was tired of being treated special, for that reason.

She entered the cold forest. The reason she left at winter was for the god of winter Hajkar was part of the justice faction and would protect her. Plus the goddess of nature, would also protect her and the best part. The snow was water, so she was in her domain.

Her first few days were uneventful. Nothing major happened. She traveled at a meager 6 mach per hour. A stunning 1/30 of her total mach speed. She at her fullest, without using magic could travel 180 mach per hour. With magic she could travel 1500 mach per hour. Nothing much, as speed wasn't her main thing. But it was okey for travel. Since you usually didn't go so fast.

After some more days of traveling she finally saw the end of the forest. Slowing down, she saw a giant city, next to it. Expanding beyond her normal sight. Mostly because it was tall. Built on a giant mountain. Man made, she thought as she started walking at a normal pace, for weaklings. As she got closer, she saw a bunch of short people with normal ears. Is this the dwarves, Quagin told me about? She though as she walked towards one of them. Her master taught her all the language close to her. So She wouldn't have trouble in the beginning.

When describing the dwarves Quagin seemed hostile. But he seemed hostile describing elves too and humans. He seemed to have bad history with them and she was going to find out why. When she got in talking distance with the dwarf. She asked.

" What does one need to enter your kingdom." She asked, in the dwarves language. Surprising the dwarf.

" You don't need anything, accept clothes I suppose. Are you new here? I can guide you too the gate, if you want." He said, offering to guide her, to the gate. The girl was surprised, but accepted his kindness.

" So where you from." The dwarf asked, as they walked towards the gate.

" I'm from the forest." Elin answered, as she pointed towards the forest behind them.

" Yeah right. Where are you really from. We don't shame people." The girl was confused, remembered the words from her master. He had told her, that if anyone asked where she came from, she would answer. That she was from the holy empire of monsters.

" Okey, I'm actually from the holy empire of monsters." She said, trying to lighten the serious mood.

" Then it's understandable, you wouldn't know of the chaos forest. The forest that killed any army that entered. It's said to have billions of monsters in B rank and above. Some even as strong as S rank. So the forest became forbidden. So yeah, any other place than that, would work to say you were from." The dwarf said, telling her the history of her home land.
