Chapter 205 Cakewalk

A snake-like creature, curled around itself, with a sword through its head. It was made out of the very darkness the realm was formed out of. It's infinite size spanned into the distance with no end, its pupil less eyes, full of pearly black stared into the enemy. The sword that pierced its head dripped with black blood, its scales made out of edges of the very sword that piercing its head. This was Ragnarök, the original timeline, also known as Ragnar.

"Magnificent, so this is power?" the snake asked, raising its head and tilting its slightly to Idun. Its tung flickering in the air, making a hiss sound, which sent Idun flying through the realm, missing both her arms.

Idun stopped in midair and healed her arms through turning back time and looked Ragnar in the eye.

"Why, how come I can't turn you back more than that?" she asked. This was the first time she's failed using this power, it even works on Sun Dinosaur, yet at him it didn't.

Ragnar turned slightly and glanced into the distance with a heavy sigh. "Well, Idun, it's simple really, I am Ragnar, the original timeline, Time doesn't exist before I was born, for it resets when we are born. Meaning the beginning of my life can't be reversed, for there was no beginning! I hope that answers the question." Ragnar said and turned around, slithering away from Idun.

"Where are you going?" she asked, making Ragnar turn to her. "Well, some people aren't to happy for the breach of contract and are coming to force me back into a sixth dimensional being, which I have no problems with honestly. I still need to be sixth dimensional to achieve my goals!" Ragnar answered.

The next moment several creatures appeared all around them, each one was a mystic creature of different origin, all gathered under one banner.

"Greetings, The All Knowing!" Ragnar said and nodded his head at them, hiding his rage.

"You are breaking the contract, therefore with our right we will reverse the effect of Idun and a punishments will be dealt to you. Never break a contract with us, we'll make you regret it!" one of the all knowing said.

"Bahaha, do you hear yourselves right now? I am way beyond anything you can handle; better let Einstein's realm deal with this, because you all are to weak for the current me!" Ragnar ridiculed them, a dangerous smile was on his snake mouth.

He opened his mouth and from it a beam of condensed Nightwater shot out. The Nightwater in the realm gathered to it and enhanced it further, as it traveled towards its victims.

Several all knowing, one being the floating head of Mimir, Ragnar made his contract with. There were five others, one looked almost identical to a tree. It had fester its roots into Ragnar's realm and tried to grow, using the energy, but instead of being rejuvenated, the All Knowing thinned and seemed to be at Death's door.

The tree had white and black bark, with trillions of branches. The tree was enormous, but was shrinking in size constantly, due to the food poisoning it gained from eating Nightwater. The tree could do nothing, but look into deaths eyes, as Ragnar's attacked reached it.

The black and purple liquid, know as Nightwater swirled around itself, only picking up more and more power, while consuming more Nightwater to fuel its growth. The one on the receiving end of the attack was none other than the tree, for its friends had already ran away, a luxury Ragnar allowed, for he wished to toy with them.

The beam of Nightwater had formed an arrow head by the end of its road and pierced the unfortunate tree, leaving a gaping hole in its trunk, whilst continuing to travel into the unknown. As for the tree, it was left to suffer, as the Nightwater started working overtime to painfully consume the tree's body. It didn't even take a millisecond for the whole tree to be consumed and be forever dead, not even Time Raptors could bring it back now.

The other five watched in anger, fear and horror. "How dare you!?" Mimir yelled in anger.

Ragnar's snake face showed a scowl, as he hissed with his tongue. "How dare I? How dare you! You break into my realm, threaten to injure me, for something that isn't my fault and when I fight back, I'm the bad guy? Don't make me laugh, You chose this, when you were ready to injure me!" Ragnar answered indifferently and slithered around and then launched up into the sky. Clouds of Nightwater formed around his body and pillars rose around him. They numbered in the thousands and Ragnar slithered his body around them, as the clouds took shape in the sky, billions of condensed clouds, filled to the brim with Nightwater, ready ti strike the target anytime.

"You see, you made one mistake, you entered my realm, while I'm a seventh dimensional being. In this form I don't even need to use my own power, simply the realms strength will be enough to take care of the likes of you. I wonder, what would Wisdom, also known as Einstein say, if he saw his Wisdom Vermin now, pathetic really!" Ragnar said and with his words the realm moved. The world which the all knowing existed in started embracing them, entangling them in Nightwater, while the clouds started doing their job.

Bolts of Nightwater rained down on the Wisdom Vermin, frying them completely, Mimir was the first to die, then a lizard like bastard fell too.

"You know, I always wondered, why betray Odin and then I realized, you guys were jealous. You allowed him to drink out of the well of wisdom, also known as the realm of wisdom and with the fragment of the realm he managed to surpass you, the all knowing in the usage of that power. You must have felt embarrassed, right? Having someone that's only in the 70 layer, surpass you in the very thing you're proud of. That must sting!" Ragnar mocked and the three remaining survivors grew outraged. But in the end they could do nothing and death took hold of them at last.

Under one second, Ragnar had killed six Wisdom Vermin and protected himself and his home. "Sorry Idun, we will get back to it in a second, first I have to deal with a troublesome guest!" Ragnar said, as his realm started to crack.

A yellow, red and orange gas leaked into his realm and launched at Ragnar. They quickly formed several chains around his body and started burning away at his scales. His size slowly decreased, until he was human-like again and returnee to the normal Ragnar, his sword was thankfulness back in his hand and not in his head.

After finishing its mission the gas simply left and the cracks healed, leaving a weakened Ragnar and a stupefied Idun behind.

"The hell was that?" she asked, confused about what just occurred.

"That was the debt collector, here to force me into submission, nothing new." Ragnar said and cracked his neck, before turning to Idun.

"You look awful, if I defeat you like this, I won't feel like I won, so I'm leaving!" Idun said and before Ragnar could voice a complain, his realm was cracked and Idun strolled out, like it was no ones business.

Ragnar was left staring at the hole she made, until it closed and sighed. 'What the hell was that about?' he thought and left his realm, returning to Fenrir and Hephaestus.

The duo ran out to him, upon seeing him, after seeing his worn down state they worried about the outcome. "Sorry, it was a draw!" Ragnar said in disappointment. He couldn't say anything else, as Idun literally took pity on him. Sighing he left the duo behind.

'Many of the thing I managed to see in the rivers of time when I was seventh dimensional has been forgotten. I wasn't supposed to see most of it, it seems. Well no matter, I still remember some things. Like how Hephaestus came to be again. Pitiful if you ask me!' Ragnar thought while walking.

(Meanwhile)

A wave of darkness contended with thousands of different magic attacks, each one more devastating then the last.

A one eyed, bearded man, with gray hair stood his ground. In his right hand was a golden spear, screaming of power. He fought the waves of darkness with great vigor, refusing to lose against the terror, protecting his home and people. 'How did it come to this?' the old man thought, fending of another wave of darkness.

"Odin, give up!" a female voice screamed in rage, as another wave of darkness arrived. Odin sighed and turned into crows, then he appeared behind the female, his spear going into her chest, piercing the place where heart was supposed to be.

"Not the smartest choice!" the women said, transforming into a blue, four armed creature, that grabbed Odin's spear and hurled him into his great wall, protecting Asgard from outside threats. The indestructible wall was destroyed and Odin flew into the city of his people. The asier watched in horror seeing their great leader be treated this way.

Odin stood up and brushed off the ruble, then he launched at Ratri, his gray beard swayed in the wind, as a cloud of ravens gathered around him, then transforming into two big birds. Odin started chanting and painting ruins in the air, as he flew back to Ratri, who had been steadily moving the Night towards the city. She didn't follow Ragnar's plans the slightest and decided to take of everything herself.

But her arrogant thoughts were shattered as Odin sent her flying and this time acutely scratched her. Then two big raven arrived and started attacking her, annoyed Ratri grabbed one of the birds and ripped of its head, only for it to become thousands of ravens that attacked her, retreated and reformed into the big bird bird.

Ratri sighed and raised her hands high and brought them down, she and the wave of darkness fused and the wave dispersed and became a cloud instead. Its eerie darkness casted its shadow on the city of Asgard. Odin's runes were finished and billions of attacks, capable of killing a normal 70 layer launched at Ratri, but she only got slightly scratched, a injury that healed a fraction of a second later. She glanced at Odin, through her cloud of darkness and scuffed. 'Who is he trying to hurt with that attack?' she though dismissively and continued her siege.

Behind her Odin fused with his ravens, as his armor gained a black feathered coating and his spear gained a tint of darkness, as the rune he's been creating for the last minute finished he was embraced by pure magic and he wasted no time in attacking.

As Odin stabbed his spear into the night, several identical spears appeared around him, each made of a light eating away at the darkness, trying to consume it and actually managed to slightly do jut that.

Ratri turned her attention to Odin and sighed, then she made the cloud of Night envelope her body and return to its source. "You've got my attention old man, what do you want; fight me?" she asked, with a bored expression. She had taken on her humanoid form again and watched Odin's form with interest.

"This is my true form little girl, with this you stand no chance in winning, or escaping, today you die and so does the rest of your friends!" Odin said.

"Well, if you think you can win, you're welcome to try, I must warn you though, I won't play around when you threaten me like that, you fuck!ng weakling!" Ratri said and several spikes pierced Odin, before he could even react, a hand had pierced his heart and Ratri stared him in the eyes. "Is this all you amount too?"
