He's Not Angry

"Yya, wait!"

Hearing his best friend's voice asking him to wait, Iyya just kept quiet where he was now. Waiting for Alula who is a little bit more in front of him.

"Where have you been yesterday? Why is it so difficult to contact you?" Alula asked after she was in front of Iyya.

Iyya frowned trying to think. He felt, that yesterday there was no meaningful activity. What made him miss this call from his best friend?

"What time is Lula calling Iyya anyway?"

"About seven o'clock in the evening," he remembered clearly. Because last night he was with Janeva having dinner outside.

     "Oh that, I don't know."

Alula patted her forehead, Iyya is sometimes difficult to understand.

"Alright let's go to class!" he asked while turning Iyya's body and they walked together.

"Aren't you waiting for Jane first?"

"He's not going to college today," he replied later.

Jane has rarely been to college lately. Iya and Alula of course knew what the reason was. It's not that they don't care as friends, it's just that they want to give Jane time to herself.

Iya immediately ran away from Alula when she saw Abi who had entered the classroom.

"Abi, did you reply to last night's chat from Iya?" Iyya said it while smiling shyly. Standing near Abi's desk.

"Coincidence," answered Abi curtly and disinterestedly. He took his laptop and notebook out of his bag.

"Often it's a coincidence. It's because coincidences like that increase the body's immunity," said Iyya, who didn't get a response from Abi at all.

Alula who had just entered the class immediately sighed softly. Turns out that's what made Iyya leave him outside earlier. He immediately went to his seat, ignoring Iyya who was carrying out his mission.

"Yea, slide! I want to sit down," said Dellyn who had just arrived. However, he found it difficult to sit down because Iyya blocked his way.

Iyya chuckles while still shifting. Abi's position, which had felt so close to Iyya, was now far away. It's all because of Dellyn.

"Do you know that your existence bothers me? Oh, Delly, Iyya is on a mission to make Abi like Iyya, why are you being bothered?"

Two personalities. That's what crossed Dellyn's mind as soon as Iyya's two speech styles came out directly.

"Yes, but I want to sit Abiyya. Soon the lecturer will come in, you too go back to your place!"

"Annoying!" he clicked but he couldn't help but then return to his seat next to Alula, it was because Jane wasn't there. Iyya does not want to sit alone. So it's the same with Alula. Just let my classmate Alula sit alone.

"Stef, that's not Abidzar's mother, is it?" asked Dinda when her eyes caught a middle-aged woman sitting alone having lunch at her desk.

Stefani also looked around looking for the person Dinda meant earlier.

"Yes, that's Aunt Iris. Come on, let's go!" invite him to straighten his hair and improve his appearance. He immediately stood up and walked towards Iris.

    "Aunt Iris?"

Iris who was eating turned her head when she heard her name being called.

"Eh?" First, he drank to keep him on the good side even though he was disturbed at his meal.

     "May I join, Auntie?"

"Oh yes please!" Just so you know, Iris reluctantly let them too. At first, he thought it was a fan who greeted him, but it turned out to be his best friend's son.

"Auntie is having lunch? Are you alone? Not with Abi?" asked Stefani.

It felt like Iris wanted to answer sarcastically. Yes, especially if it's not lunch, he also sees who else is with him beside himself. That kid sucks. Use the name of the useless child again.

To be honest, Iris had no respect for Stefani from the start. He acts as if he likes Stefani just because she is his best friend Ghina's daughter. Especially after the engagement failed because Stefani ran away with another man and embarrassed her, it was annoying.

"I'm in college. He also has to take care of his father's business, so this time he just wants to stay at home and follow me wherever I go, he's not my bodyguard," answered Iris, answering the previous question in the language she had refined. However, it can't be rude, right?

Stefan smiled awkwardly. "Oh yes, Auntie. Get to know Aunt, this is Dinda, my friend. Abi's friend too!"

Dinda just gave Iris a faint smile as a greeting, Iris replied that way.

"You guys are in college, right?"

"Go to college, Auntie. We're not unemployed either," replied Dinda, replying to Iris' answer to Stefani.

    "What major?"

"Business management, Auntie," Stefani answered quickly before Dinda answered again and instead would make her relationship with Iris not good.

"Shouldn't Abi also enter business management? Or should he even join the TNI, right? So his father's successor."

Iris chuckled sarcastically at that. Dinda seems to be trying to reply by turning all the sarcasm. Alright, Iris will respond.

"Yes, Abi should have entered business management because he couldn't join the TNI. But, what can the child do, he doesn't know himself. He doesn't want to continue his father's struggle. So, it's up to him. The most important thing is that my money flows every month."

Iris's answer of course made Dinda surprised. Unlike the usual Stefani. Already know all that, already know.

Trust me, Dinda is at a loss for words to reply. Iris dared to vilify her own child's name in front of others in such a frontal manner? How bad is their relationship?

"Abi ih wait! It's going to be difficult if you carry this bowl of hot meatballs," said Iyya, who was busy chasing Abi's long steps. Whereas Abi walks normally, he doesn't run. He also brought his food.

"Here, Yya, I'll just bring it," said Alula, who couldn't bear to see Iyya bringing his food. He wasn't used to doing that, but because Abidzar had told him to, Iyya had to take him alone.

"No need, Abi told Iyya to bring it himself if you want to share the table with him," replied Iyya, refusing. It's normal, just bringing one bowl of his meatballs with orange juice, that's all. He also carried it on a tray like the others. But, because I'm not used to carrying it like that, Iyya has a hard time.

They finally arrived at a long, empty table. Abi and Dellyn were sitting side by side because Abi told them to. Iya and Alula followed later. However, by accident, Iyya stepped on his shoelaces and spilled his orange juice on Abi's chicken noodles.

Abi, who was about to bribe, didn't. How do chicken noodles taste with orange juice? Ah, Iyya has made a mistake again.

"Abi, sorry," he said as he tried to clean Abi's clothes which were spilled with juice and meatball sauce. However, Abi's hand stopped him by holding Iyya's wrist tightly. His eyes were fixed on Iyya.
