Former Failed To Move On

Abi, who was about to bribe, didn't. How do chicken noodles taste with orange juice? Ah, Iyya has made a mistake again.

"Abi, sorry," he said as he tried to clean Abi's clothes which were spilled with juice and meatball sauce. However, Abi's hand stopped him by holding Iyya's wrist tightly. His eyes were fixed on Iyya.

This made Iyya slightly let out a groan that he had been trying to hold back.

"Iyya help clean the clothes. Do you want to change the chicken noodles too?" Iyya asked, daring to ask. Instead of being silent, wouldn't that just make things even more awkward?

"No need. You go back to your table!" said Abi in a low tone, heavy and flat. It sounded terrible to Iyya's ears.

When Abi released the grip on his hand, Iyya immediately returned to his desk quickly and scared.

Delyn who was busy eating also now became silent.

    "Are you okay, ma'am?"

"I want to go to the toilet first," said Abi then got up from his seat to clean his clothes.

Iyya dropped his head on the table. Of course in a clean area. His energy seemed to be drained with just Abi's gaze, he was very weak.

Alula glanced at Delyn first, their eyes met. As if asking each other what each of them should do.

"I'll follow Abi. Lul, pay for mine!" Delyn then ran away after saying that.

Alula just chuckled. No problem just a bowl of chicken noodles. After all, those who will pay for it must also be yes.

"Yya? Are you okay?" he asked, stroking his hair gently.

"No. I'm not okay, Lula. How can Iyya do something stupid like that? It's so stupid!" He hit his head with his hand, cursing his stupidity.

Alula quickly stopped him. Don't want to see his best friend like that just because he's a boy.

"Stop! Your head hurts if you keep hitting it," said Alula kindly. "It's okay if you just do something reckless. You don't have to be afraid to hurt yourself like this. It's not good!"

Alula brought Iyya's head into his arms. He gave the love of a friend that he should have given.

Hearing the sound of sobbing, Alula became confused. Is it crying? Really? It was strange to see that woman cry.

"Well, it's okay if you want to cry!" Alula will try to understand by not forbidding what Iyya wants to do now. After all, Iyya couldn't possibly do anything bad, especially in his arms.

"Seeing Abi's face like that was so scary I swear. He must be really angry, especially when Delyn said that Abi was wearing his favorite jacket. It's Abi's father." Iyya sobbed in Alula's arms. He was just disappointed in himself. It was clear that he knew what it was like to wear something precious and beloved, and yet be tampered with by someone else. But instead, he did it to someone else.

"No, Abi won't be angry. He must have just been shocked. After all, the meatball sauce was hot, you just brought it up to trouble, right? Moreover, he spilled it, right?"

Instead of calming, Alula's words made Iyya feel even more guilty.

"Yep, Abi must be in a lot of pain. Moreover, he hasn't eaten his chicken noodles at all. Chicken noodles are his favorite food, he also rarely has breakfast. Abi must be hungry."

"Who do you know all this from? How come you know that Abi doesn't like breakfast?"

Iyya released his arms from Alula, he looked at his best friend with embarrassment. How could Alula ask such a thing when her heart was in turmoil?

"I like Abi, so don't be weird if I know everything?"

    ***

Abi and Delyn stopped their footsteps when a woman also stopped in front of them.

With a bright smile, he stood still in front of the two men gracefully. Maybe he felt that the two men in front of him would like him. The two men were confused. What is that woman doing?

"Stefani? What are you doing here?" asked Delyn as a representative. Because it was impossible to wait for Abi to ask first.

"I just wanted to have a look. Who knows, I might be interested in moving campuses here," Stefani replied, not fading her smile.

"Me first!" Abi was about to leave when suddenly Stefani bravely held his arm to stop him.

    "Where are you going?"

    "Why?"

"Euhm..." Stefani rolled her eyes trying to think. "I was escorted by the driver here. Can I ask you to go home or not?"

"I'm not your driver!" replied Abi while removing Stefani's hand from his arm.

"Yes, I know. No one said you were my driver. After all, I'm just asking for help. After all, our house is in the same direction, so it won't be a hassle. Aunt Iris will also be happy to know this."

    "I'm busy!"

Again and again, Stefani stopped Abi's steps by pulling his arm.

"What are you busy with? What activities do you have that you can't even take me back in the same direction."

Abby looked at him sharply. Trust me, Delyn is on guard, afraid if Abi suddenly gets angry. Abi is rarely angry.

    "I'm really busy, Stef."

"Do I have to ask Aunt Iris for help directly? Let me do that."

"Stef, stop getting my mother into you and me. After all, we're done, right? You're the one who worked it out yourself."

"If people don't want it, don't force it." Suddenly Iyya came along with Alula.

Stefani rolled her eyes in exasperation. Especially seeing Iyya casually holding Abidzar's hand.

"Who are you? Why do you keep interfering like that?"

"Oh? Me? Meet Abiyya Naysyilla Syahnaz!" Iya already held out her hand as if inviting a normal acquaintance. However, because Stefani just ignored him, he pulled his hand back.

"I don't care about your name, I swear!"

"Oh, what do you mean by status? It's been explained, I'm Abidzar's girlfriend. How come you still don't understand?"

"That's a lie." Stefan laughed mockingly. "It's impossible for Abi to be that fast to find a new girlfriend. Moving from me takes a long time," Stefani said confidently.

"Oh my gosh, madam, you're very confident, aren't you?"

"Oh, you don't know me, do you? She said she was a girlfriend, how come you don't know. I mean a lot to Abi's life. Meet his ex-fiancee!"

Now it's Iyya's part that laughs. It was no longer a mocking laugh, but a loud, deliberately offensive laugh.

"Underline, madam. EX. My ex failed to move on, I'm proud."

"At least I almost became his fiancé than you who just pretended to be his girlfriend."

"Who said he was just confessing?"
