Episode 9 - The Brave and the Bold (Crossover Part 2)

At Palmer technologies, Felicity was picking stuff off her desk when she heard someone come in. "Almost done here, Jerry. You should have gone home hours ago." Felicity greeted, without looking up.

"Who's Jerry?" Caitlin asked as she and Cisco walked in.

"This place is bigger than my apartment." Cisco was amazed.

"What are you guys doing here?" Felicity asked as she looked up at them, surprised.

"You asked us to analyse the DNA off the arrow that killed Sara." Caitlin reminded her.

"I was just going to mail you the sample." Felicity answered, holding her tablet.

"We had some vacation days coming." Caitlin smiled.

"We want to see the Arrow cave." Cisco stated.

"We don't call it that. Ever." Felicity replied.

"I want to see the toys!" Cisco grinned. "I need to see the toys. Do you guys have an Arrow-mobile?"

Later at the Arrow cave, Cisco was examining and smiling at all of the equipment. He reached towards one of the arrow heads. "Don't touch that." Oliver growled. Cisco made a face like a kicked puppy and then reached towards the devices that were connected to the arrows. "Or that. It's a jettisoning arrow. Uses compressed CO2"

"Compressed CO2 to jettison high tensile strength polymer cables." Cisco questioned.

"Yep." Oliver answered.

"Since when did we start selling admission to the Arrow cave?" Roy asked as he walked.

"It's…" Oliver sighs and points over to Felicity. "Do you see what you've done?"

"Incredible." Cisco grinned as he stood in front of the glass that held Oliver's suit. "I have so many ideas for improvements. And this. Oh, oh, man!" Cisco's grin grows bigger as he stands in front of the other display case that held Roy's suit. "This--this is the bomb. And I mean, red is so much cooler than green, am I right?"

"Hmm. I am really starting to like this guy." Roy smiled.

"Hey, what's that for?" Caitlin asked, pointing to the Salmon ladder behind the computers.

"Distracting me from work." Felicity sighs.

"So where's Mr. Diggle?" Caitlin asked.

"He's running down a lead." Roy informed her.

At ARGUS, Diggle was with his girlfriend, Lyla, when the guy they had been searching for suddenly showed up. Diggle wastes no time in calling Oliver and telling him what is happening, before Diggle hangs up. Then, without warning, the alarms in ARGUS started to go off as the target walked into the room using a key card that he had sloten off one of the workers. Then all of the guards, including Diggle and Lyla, get in position to attack if necessary.

"Sweetie" Diggle groans looking over at Lyla.

"You only call me 'sweetie' when you want something." Lyla answers, throwing Diggle her spare gun. All of a sudden, a boomerang appears out of nowhere and hits all of the guards, Diggle and Lyla only standing tall because they managed to duck out of the way of it in time.

Out on the road, Oliver and Roy were on their way over on their motorcycles, they then saw two streaks moving instantly fast through the town and Oliver knew they were Barry and Macanese speeding off to help them. They were going so fast that they zoomed past Oliver and Roy, but also Thea, Oliver's sister like they hadn't seen them, and with the speed they were going at, it was definitely a possibility.

Back at ARGUS, Diggle and Lyla were still having to dodge boomerangs that were being thrown in their direction. One was about to hit Lyla but before it could it was knocked out of the air by and arrow. Lyla turns to see Oliver and Roy, kitted up in leather and standing there with monotone expressions. They start to fight the other guy, which gives Diggle and Lyla a chance to move away from the dangerous action.

Roy got knocked to the ground as two boomerangs were heading straight towards Oliver. Oliver braced for impact as he knew he could get out of the way but just before they could touch him a streak of lightning catches them and drops them on the flow. Barry smiles at Oliver slightly, as Macanese helps Roy up. They go to get the guy but he disappears using a smock bomb, and doing it quick enough that not even the two speedsters present could catch them, then Barry and Macanese zoom away.

A couple of minutes later, they are discussing what just happened. "Are you sure you're ok?" Diggle asked them.

"What was that?" Lyla questioned, ignoring Diggle's question.

"Better question... who attacked you?" Oliver asked.

"And don't tell him it was an internal A.R.G.U.S. matter." Diggle warns.

"His name is Digger Harkness" Lyla sighs. "Former ASIS. His specialty is weapons and technology before he went rogue. Started selling his services to the highest bidder. We caught him three years ago."

"Well, looks like he escaped." Roy muttered.

"Not exactly.Harkness' skills made him an ideal recruit for Task Force X." Lyla informed them.

"You mean the suicide Squad." Diggle grimace.

"They had an Op in Tanzania. Assassination of a local warlord. But the warlord had bigger guns. The mission went south... and the team had to be sanitised." Lyla abrestiated.

"You mean killed, Lyla." Diggle corrected.

"Waller couldn't be reached. It was my call. The micro bomb in Harkness' neck must have malfunctioned." Lyla told them.

We need to consider that every A.R.G.U.S. facility is compromised. There's only one place we can keep you safe." Oliver stated.

Later, at the Arrow cave, Barry and Macanese had just arrived in the secret, underground bunker. To kill sometime, Barry had decided to check out the salmon ladder, and was doing it really well… and at superspeed. "How often does Oliver do this?" Macanese questioned, pointing to where Barry was doing it effortlessly.

"At least every Wednesday." Felicity answers. "There's a lot of sweating."

"I don't see what's so hard about that." Barry said as he jumped off the salmon ladder.

"I'm not sure she should have called you guys. Oliver doesn't play well with others." Felicity replied.

"Ah, come on. Barry, Macanese and Oliver kicked ass last week." Cisco said as he tried himself on the salmon ladder.

"Yeah!" Barry agress.

"They were in, like... A league of their own." Cisco says as he slowly pulls up on the ladder.

"Yeah, that was, like, a one time thing." Felicity reminded them.

"The dude was tossing around exploding boomerangs. They needed some back-up." Macanese retorted.

"And I need some dinner. That salmon ladder made me hungry for Sushi." Barry admitted.

"Oh, bring me back some." Macanese calls.

Barry zooms out of the Arrow Cave, causing all the papers to fly everywhere.

"And I need to get some paperweights down here!" Felicity sighed.

"I should have warned you about that." Macanese answered.

Suddenly, Roy, Diggle and Lyla walk into the room. "Are you ok?" Felicity asks Lyla.

"You can't work for A.R.G.U.S. without making a few enemies. I'm sorry to involve all of you in this." Lyla apologised.

"Is that A.R.G.U.S. property?" Lyla questioned, pointing to the broken boomerang on the table.

"It's evidence." Diggle informed her.

Then Barry zoomed in with his sushi as he handed some to Macanese. "Hey! Secret identity?" Caitlin whispered to Barry.

"They're married." Barry replied.

"We're not married." Diggle and Lyla replied.

"Or together. Whatever. He told her about Atchaco and me." Barry answered, but Diggle shook his head. "You didn't?"

"I keep secrets for a living, man." Diggle reminded him.

"Ah. My bad." Barry grimaces.

"You're--you're-- The Flash." Lyla sputters.

Macanese sighs and reverts back to her civilian form as Barry had already exposed who he was, so there was no point in hiding who she was. "Thunder."

"Sushi?" Barry offered and Atchaco chuckles.

"We need a location for the man who's after Lyla." Oliver said. "His name is Digger Harkness."

"The first step is to work the evidence–" Atchaco reminded them.

"Barry, Atchaco, can I speak to you for a moment, please?" Oliver asks, they walk over to the other side of the room. "I appreciate your help back at A.R.G.U.S.," He continues as Cisco tries to catch a photo of the three together but Caitlin stops him. "But we have this handled."

"You don't want to team up again?" Barry questions.

"Things work differently here." Oliver answered. "Starling City is meaner."

"I seem to remember helping you pretty good last year, and that was without powers. We've been practising everything you taught us." Barry replies.

"We're casing new environments; we're not running in blind." Atchaco continued.

"We do this my way." Oliver sighed.

"Yes! This is going to be awesome." Barry smiles as they walk back to the others.

"Ok, what's our first move?" Atchaco asks when they are back standing with the others.

"We need to reassemble the evidence. It will take some time, but it'll–" Oliver starts to say. Atchaco whooshes past him and towards the evidence and quickly places it back together. "But it'll be worth it." Barry smiles as he stands beside Atchaco.

"Rad!" Cisco stated as he picked up the now put together boomerang. "These are a bit more teched out than the one you guys brought to Central City. 3D printed polymer with a circuitry weave."

"Some of Harkness' boomerangs exploded." Roy informed them.

"Oh, yeah, there are grooves in here that could definitely pack a C4 charge." Cisco told them.

"Maybe if we figure out where Harkness got the supplies, we can use that to track him." Caitlin points out.

"These weren't made by Ka-Boom-Boomerang?" Cisco asked.

"Ka-Boom-Boomerang?" Roy questioned.

"Yeah, you know, he has exploding boomerangs?" Cisco answered.

"That's not your best." Barry replied.

"Really? It makes perfect sense–" Cisco argued.

"Cisco. If Harkness didn't make them, we need to find out who did." Oliver grunted.

"And who he made the buy off of." Diggle continued.

"Marcos. You see this collapsible node design? Dead giveaway." Cisco pointed out as continued to hold the boomerang.

"That's his signature. We need a location on this…" Oliver sstated.

"Klaus Marcos." Cisco told them.

Felicity opens the computer and searches up the name. "No known home address or place of employment for Marcos. But he was arrested last year by an officer, Quentin Lance."

Later Oliver, Barry and CyAmze go to see Lance, who was talking with his daughter, Laurel, when they walked up to them. Dad. "Hey, Laurel, Detective-- Captain. Cap-- Captain. Sorry." Oliver mumbles.

"Don't worry about it. It's been a while." Lance reassured him.

"Is everything ok?" Laurel asked.

"Oh, it's fine. This is, uh," Oliver stumbled over his words again.

"Ah, Bart Allen and CyAmze right? You get hit by a bus or something?" Laurel questioned.

"It's Barry." Barry smiled.

"And it was lightning." CyAmze corrected.

"Huh. Ow." He points towards Barry. "We worked together on a case last year."

"Barry and CyAmze are friends of mine. He's in town with the Central City police department and I was hoping that you could help him with... They'll explain." Oliver replied.

"Sure." Lance agreed.

"Oliver, can I talk to you for a moment?" Laurel asked.

"Yeah." Oliver nodded.

"The Arrow was in Central City." Laurel replied after they had walked to the other side of the room to talk privately.

"This is a follow-up. Kind of." Oliver stated.

"We're looking to track down a suspect you apprehended last year--Klaus Markos." Barry asked, as the other three stood on the other side of the room.

"You know where we might be able to find him? None of his last knows are checking out." CyAmze continued.

"Well, I don't really keep up on the skels I busted walking the beat, you know? I'm not really sentimental that way." Lance responded.

"Well, I don't really keep up on the skels I busted walking the beat, you know? I'm not really sentimental that way." Lance responded.

"Ok. Uh, what did you arrest him for?" Barry asked him.

"Urmm... Identity theft. He was using some gizmo to steal credit card numbers for the Bratva. Russian mob." Lance answers.

"Okay." CyAmze replied. "And thank you."

Later at night, Barry and Macanese met up with Roy and Oliver outside the old hangout for the Russian mob. "I cannot believe you're a member of the Russian mob!" Barry exclaimed.

"Former member, probably." Oliver corrected. "We had a falling out last year. This is where they run their cyber crime operation."

Macanese examined Roy's suit. "Hey, nice outfit, by the way." She smiles.

"This place looks like a fortress. Kalashnikovs everywhere." Diggle pointed out as he walked over to them.

"Roy, take the southeast corner." Oliver orders and Roy turns and walks away from them. "Barry, Macanese, scan the perimeter." They both nod and zoom away. "Dig–"

"I've got northwest." Diggle replies.

"Are you going to be ok?" Oliver questions.

"You think I'll lose it because Harkness is after Lyla? I'm good." Diggle reassures him as he walks away.

Oliver starts walking into the building with his bow and arrow drawn when Barry suddenly zooms past him, all the guards that were previously standing and waiting to attack when needed, were knocked out and tied up.

"I had eight seconds to kill." Barry shrugged as he smiled. "Was that wrong?" Oliver stares at the guards that were knocked out, having no words to say. "What?" Barry questioned.

"Busy man." Macanese answers as she runs in.

"Had some spare time." Barry laughed.

A few minutes later, they had found Klaus, as soon as he saw Oliver he started to run away but was yanked up by his collar by a certain angry cyborg. Barry stood beside Macanese with a frown on his face. "Our friend wants to have a conversation with you." Triton growled as they pushed Klaus against the wall so that he couldn't get away.

"You made this for Digger Harkness." Oliver reminds him, holding up the boomerang. "I want to know where he is."

"Go to hell." Klaus spits at them.

Oliver shots an arrow at him, causing Macanese to back away and stand beside Barry. "The only thing that hurts worse than an arrow going in is an arrow coming out!" Oliver informs him as he walks up the Klaus with an emotionless face.

"Whoa, hey, what are you doing?!" Barry asks him.

"Getting information! Where is he?!" Oliver yelled at the criminal.

"I don't know!" Klaus shouted, his body in pain.

"He said he doesn't know!" Macanese tried to stop Oliver.

"He's lying." Oliver replied. "If you want to be able to raise your arm again, tell me where he is!" Oliver continued to push the arrow in Klaus's arm.

"Here!" Klaus groans, holding up a cell phone in his other arm. "Harkness gave it to me. It's encrypted. I had an order ready for him. I called, he came. I don't know where he is, I swear. I swear!" Oliver takes the phone out of his grasp and walks away.

A few minutes later, Barry and Macanese take Klaus to Lance, who smiles when he sees him before zooming away to Oliver. "Felicity can crack the encryption. Use this to track down Harkness." Oliver said as he was holding the phone.

"So can I." Macanese reminded him.

"I trust Felicity more, no offence." Oliver replied.

"You tortured that guy." Barry shouted at him.

"I interrogated him." Oliver answered with a straight face.

Macanese scoffs. "When my friend said your tactics made you a criminal, I defended you because I thought you were supposed to be a hero. I thought we were supposed to be better than them."

"Barry, Atchaco…" Oliver sighed. "You live in Central City, where it's sunny all the time and your enemies get cute nicknames. You're not in Central City."

"Yeah." Barry agrees.

"I live in a city where my best friend was murdered, where a woman that I loved was shot full of arrows and sent tumbling off of a rooftop. Where my mother was murdered right in front of me. So before you–" Oliver tried to say.

"My father was murdered right in front of me." Macanese retorts. "Murderer's son is one of the reasons for me being a cyborg."

"My mother was murdered in front of me, too." Barry continued. "But we don't use our personal tragedies as an excuse to just torture whoever pisses us off."

"Well, I'm sorry, Barry, Macanese, I'm not as emotionally healthy as you two are." Oliver replied.

"What's wrong with you?!" Triton growls.

"When we agreed that you two were staying, we decided that it would be on my terms. If that is proving too difficult for the both of you, you know your way back to Central City." Oliver replies as he turns and walks away from them.

The next day in the Arrow Cave, everyone was standing around Felicity as she was decrypting the phone. Oliver was standing by his arrows when Lyla walked over to him. "Everything all right between you and speedy?" She asked.

"What? Roy? Yeah, we're fine." Oliver answered.

"I meant him and her." Lyla replied.

Oliver turns around to see Barry and Atchaco sitting together on the steps. "Oh. We had a... difference of opinion about the way the world works." Oliver explains.

"Yep. I know what that's like." Lyla reassures him as she steals a quick glance at Diggle.

"Well, sometimes they don't see it." Oliver told her.

"There are people in the world who deal only in extremes–" Lyla said.

"And it would be naive to think that anything less than extreme measures will stop them." Oliver finished.

"Sometimes bravery isn't enough. Sometimes the world requires us to be bold." Lyla reminds him.

"Whatever the personal cost." Oliver sighs.

"I got him." Felicity calls. Oliver and Lyla walk back over to the others. "He's in a warehouse at the corner of Infantino and Adams."

"Is that–" Lyla questions, pointing at the computer screen.

"A.R.G.U.S. spy satellite? Yeah. Maybe. Thermographic imaging shows ten bodies inside." Felicity replies.

"Harkness knows we're coming." Diggle pointed out.

"I can track the cell phone's position with this." Cisco told them as he held up his own phone.

"Cisco, you're with Diggle and Roy." Oliver told him.

Barry and Atchaco walked over to Oliver. "We'll race you there." Barry smirked.

Later, Barry and Macanese were running through the city with the others a few feet behind them. "You ok?" Cisco asks as he, Roy and Diggle drove in the car.

"My daughter's mother tried to detonate a bomb in a man's head and now he's trying to kill her." Diggle answered.

"So that would be a no." Cisco replied.

"Look, you don't know me that well." Diggle reminded him. "But I'm the type of guy who's only thought about one thing-- how do I keep the people I love safe?"

"Well, you seem to me to be pretty good at that." Cisco smiled.

"Maybe before." DIggle retorted. "I remember a world where people didn't kill each other with boomerangs."

"Or walk on water?" Cisco continued.

"Barry and Macanese can walk on water?" Roy asked.

"You guys, Harkness has been around long before people like Barry. I mean, this world was crazy before all these meta-humans and super powers, right?" Cisco reminded them.

"What's--what's your point?" Roy questioned.

"Well, maybe meta-humans and superpowers were given to us to deal with the crazy."

"You mean by God?" Diggle questioned.

"No, Macanese didn't give us these powers." Cisco joked. "By a dark matter wave released from a failed particle accelerator reaction. Either way, I think people like Barry and Macanese are the hope for saving people like us. People like your wife and daughter."

"She's not his wife." Roy reminded him.

"She's not my wife." Diggle agreed.

"Ok. Anyway, you see my point, right? Plus, you have to admit, it's all pretty freaking' cool, right?" Cisco chuckled.

Everyone arrives at the warehouse to see Macanese and Barry has already gone inside, meaning when Oliver walks in he sees all the men knocked out or tied up as Macanese and Barry stood in the middle of the room.

"You're late." Macanese told him. Oliver shot an arrow at the guy that was standing behind him in the shoulder, causing him to fall to the ground. "I knew he was there."

"He's not dead, right?" Barry asked.

"Tranq arrow. Same thing I used on you in Central City." Oliver told them.

At that moment Diggle and Roy ran into the room. "Cisco has the van running." Diggle said,

"I see you met Harkness' hired muscle." Roy smirked as he saw the criminals on the ground.

"Harkness isn't here." Oliver growled. "Hey! Where's Digger Harkness?" Oliver turns to one of the men tied up on the floor.

"Never met 'em. But he paid us 10 Gs to give you this." The criminal replied by giving him a phone.

"Ten'll get you twenty. This belongs to Harkness." Diggle said as Oliver took the phone.

"What does that mean?" Roy asked.

"That Harkness played you." He answered.

Back at the Arrow cave with the others. "I swear I turned that off." Felicity said as Marco's phone started to ring.

"What?" Caitlin asked.

"Marko's phone." Felicity replied. "I shut it down after I decrypted it."

"Did someone turn it back on remotely?" Lyla questioned.

"And back trace the trace? We have to get out of here now!" Felicity ordered.

Suddenly a boomerang came flying towards them, but they managed to move out of the way. "Hello, Lyla. It's been a long time." Harkness smirks as he throws boomerangs at everyone, who all duck.

"Guns!" Lyla yells as she grabs some of Oliver's throwing disks.

"Cabinet, third drawer!" Felicity shouted back. Lyla runs towards the cabinet and grabs a gun, shooting it at Harkness, while he hides behind the computers.

"Know what I like most about boomerangs, Lyla?" Harkness asked. "They're proof that things can come back to haunt you. You had a bomb in the back of my head. I have a little something special for the back of yours."

"Lyla! Get down!" Felicity yells as she grabs a device from the shelf, but Lyla still continued to shoot Harkness as he threw a boomerang at her, striking near her chest. "No!" Felicity throws the device she had in her hand at Harkness, which explodes as soon as it hits ground. Felicity runs over to Lyla and bends down. "Caitlin! Caitlin!"

"Stop the bleeding. I need Lidocaine." Caitlin tells her as she runs over to the shelf.

"We have epinephrine!" Felicity replies.

"That'll work." Caitlin replied.

"Hey, hey, stay with me!" Felicity told Lyla as she was trying to stop the bleeding.

Caitlin runs over to Lyla with a needle in her hand. "Ok." She exhales and injects Lyla with the needle. "Just try and keep her awake. Can you hear me? Lyla?"

"Lyla! Oh my god. Lyla! Lyla! She's not breathing!" Felicity gasped.

Later, everyone arrives to see that Caitlin and Felicity are standing in front of Lyla, who was laying on the table. "Lyla! Lyla! Lyla! She's not moving." Diggle pointed out.

"I've got her stabilised, but I can't operate on her here." Caitlin informed them.

"Barry…" Diggle tries to say, Barry nods and picks up Lyla.

"Starling General's at Eighth and Wilcott." Oliver tells him, then Barry zooms away with Lyla.

Later, at a club Verdant, Cisco, Felicity and Roy were sitting down together. "This feels wrong. Being here, it feels wrong." Felicity admits.

"Oliver needed to be alone. He made that pretty clear." Roy replied.

Thea walked over to them with their drinks. "Three doubles, straight up. You guys ok?" Thea questioned.

"We're just having a tough night." Roy answered.

"Anything I can do to help?" Thea askd.

"No. We're--we're good. But thanks for the night off." Roy replied, Thea nodded and walked away.

"Yo, who was that hottie?" Cisco asked.

"My ex-girlfriend." Roy answered.

"Oliver's sister." Felicity continued.

"So stay away, is what you're saying." Cisco agnosiged.

"She's in surgery. Mr. Diggle is with her." Caitlin tells them as she sits next to Cisco.

"Is she going to be ok?" Felicity asked.

"I hope so. She's strong." Caitlin reminds her.

"How do you guys do it? How do you guys live like this? Where anyone you care about could be struck down?" Cisco asked.

"We haven't been taking this seriously. It's all been a game. We give the bad guys code names." Caitlin continues.

"I think the fact we go up against meta-humans made it all kind of clean. Like, the fact that they have these powers makes what they're doing less…" Cisco replied.

"Real." Caitlin sighed.

Back at the Arrow cave, Oliver was standing in a corner of the room when Barry and Atchaco walked up to him. "This is all my fault." Oliver admits.

"It's really not." Atchaco reminded him.

"I tortured Marcos to give up that phone. None of this would have happened if it wasn't for me." Oliver argued.

"I get the feeling you don't say that very often." Barry said.

"Do what I do, Barry, Atchaco, takes... conviction. But... More often than not, it's the will to do what's ugly. Every time I do that, I'm... I'm trading away little... pieces of myself." Oliver looks at Atchaco. "You asked what's wrong with me, that's-- that's what's wrong, because the part that I'm trading away is Oliver Queen. And lately I've been feeling like there is... nothing left except the Arrow."

"We think you're full of crap." Atchaco replied. "Look, you've convinced yourself that everything you've been through took away your humanity. But I think it's because of your humanity that you made it through."

"You wouldn't have survived, much less come out the other end a hero, somebody who wants to do good, if you didn't have a light inside of you." Barry reminds him.

"I'm sorry if I'm interrupting." Felicity apologised as she walked in. "I ran facial recognition on Harkness and I have a match."

"Where is he?" Oliver asked.

At Starling City train station, Harkness was walking down the platform filled with people. Then, all of a sudden, two streaks passed him and all of the people, just like that, were gone. Then Macanese and Barry stood beside Oliver in front of Harkness. "Get on the ground." Oliver orders as he points his bow and arrow at Harkness.

"Now why would I want to do that?" Harkness laughs.

"You hurt a friend of mine. You really think there's anywhere in the world you could run where we won't find you?" Oliver questions.

"Hmm, probably not." Harkness answers. "Which is why I have a contingency in place." He takes out a small device and pushes one of the buttons on it. "Five bombs planted throughout Starling. Now, you can stop me, or you can stop the bombs. But you can't do both. Bombs are armed. In 90 seconds, this city will be on fire."

"Go." Oliver tells Macanese and Barry, who both take off running into the city.

"Guys!" Barry calls through his ear piece. "Harkness just triggered five bombs throughout the city. We don't know where."

"To blanket the entire city, he'd have to use–" Felicity starts to say from where she sat in her seat in the Arrow cave.

"Radio controlled IEDs. But if we key into the detonator's frequency…" Cisco brainstormed.

"We can pinpoint the location of the bombs." Felicity finished.

"We need a location!" Barry screamed at them as he and Macanese continued to run around the city.

"We need five locations!" Macanese corrected.

"The five receivers." Felicity said.

"Nearest one is behind a restaurant at Faith and Flower." Cisco informed him.

"Ok, hey, guys, we found it." Macanese said as they looked at it in a trash can behind the restaurant.

"I'm going to run it out of the city." Barry said as he went to grab it.

"Barry, wait!" Felicity yelled.

"That's not an option." Barry wondered.

"We think the bombs might be linked." Cisco told them.

"What?" Macanese asked.

"Macanese I've patched into your visual feed, so Barry pressed the emblem on your suit. I installed a mini-cam there last week." Cisco ordered. Barry listened and pressed the emblem on his suit. "Ok. You see the secondary trigger? It's not just a receiver…"

"It's a transmitter." Macanese noticed.

"Barry, if you try to defuse the bomb, the secondary trigger's going to transmit a signal and the rest of the bombs are going to explode." Felicity explained.

"We're running out of time." Roy said through the ear piece.

"You have to defuse all the bombs at the same time." Cisco told them.

"You're thinking of multiplex." Barry replied.

"We can't be in five places at once." Macanese reminded them.

"But we don't have to be." Barry said, realising something.

"Stop the countdown!" Oliver ordered Harkness as he pinned him to the wall in the train station with two arrows.

"Go to hell." Harkness spat.

"Last chance!" Oliver warned.

"Or what?" Harkness laughed. "You'll inflict pain? Ah, I can tell you've done it before, so let me ask you this-- why are you hesitating?"

Back at the Arrow Cave, Macanese zooms in and grabs Roy and drops him off at one of the places where the bomb is due to hit. Then Barry zooms in and grabs Caitlin and drops her off at another. Macanese then grabs Cisco and drops him off at the forth place before zooming back to Barry at the restaurant with the last bomb.

"Ten more seconds. We should be able to see at least, ah, three explosions from here." Harkness chuckles as he and Oliver still stand by the train station.

"Ok. Everyone has to cut their wire exactly on three." Felicity tells them as they all standing waiting by each of the 5 bombs. "1, 2, 3!" Everyone cuts the wire at the same time, deactivating the bombs.

"Screw you, Captain Boomerang." Cisco cheers.

Back with Oliver and Harkness, Oliver smiles slightly as none of the bombs go off. "You think you've accomplished something here? You think not killing me makes you strong? It just means... You're weak." Harkness mocks as Macanese and Barry come zooming in.

"It means I have some humanity left." Oliver told him as he turned around to leave. Harkness manages to get one of his arms loose, he was about to throw a boomerang at him when Oliver sharply turns around and shoots an arrow through his arm.

"You just couldn't resist, could you?" Macanese asked. Oliver just smiles in return.

Later Diggle went to see Lyla in the hospital and he popped the question to her right there. Seeing that everyone already thought they were married in the beginning, he wanted to make it official, and with a wide smile on her face, Lyla had said yes.

At the Arrow cave, Felicity gave Caitlin the arrows that were used to kill their friend, Sara. "Some of the STR markers on the DNA sample have degraded, but I've got a computer back at the lab that I think will help fill in the gaps." Caitlin tells her.

"Thank you, Caitlin." Felicity replies.

"I'll let you know as soon as I have the results. I'll call this time." Caitlin smiles.

"It's cool. You guys are fun." Roy grins.

"So are you guys." Cisco replied. "Well, you could be if you realised you were working under a nightclub."

"Oh, did you guys take care of business?" Cisco asks as Oliver, Barry and Atchaco walk in.

"Digger Harkness is now cell mates with one Slade Wilson." Oliver informed him.

"We've got a Pipeline, he's got a gorgeous tropical island." Barry said.

"With the landmines." Felicity said as she laid back on her chair.

"Hmm?" Caitlin hummed.

"What?" Oliver questioned.

"It's a long story." Felicity replied.

Then Barry notices two glass cases with metal mannequins inside. "What's this?" Barry asked.

"Oliver helped me put them in while you guys were at the hospital." Felicity told them.

"Wait, this is for us?" Barry questioned.

"For the next time you're in town." She told them.

"But I don't even have a suit." Atchaco reminded them.

"You should." Felicity said. "A similar one to Barry."

"There'll be a next time?" Barry asked.

"I'm still calling the shots." Oliver informed them.

"We'll talk about that." Barry said.

"Yes, we will. And then I'll call the shots." Oliver smiled. Atchaco chuckled slightly.

"We got a gift for you, too, Oliver." Cisco told him. "Early Christmas present. Turns out S.T.A.R. Labs' industrial fabricator was based out of Starling, so…" Cisco opens the box to show a new Arrow suit. "Polymer Kevlar weave. It's 25% lighter and can carry 15% more gear. I've got designs I'm working up that I'm really excited by."

"It's, uh, it's subtle." Oliver replies as he picks up the suit.

"I wanted to replace the hood, but, uh, Felicity said it had sentimental value." Cisco informed him.

"Thank you." Oliver answered.

"Any time." Cisco smiled.

"You guys headed back?" Roy asked.

"It's possible that Dr. Wells didn't sign off on us leaving town." Caitlin replies

"Hey, do you still, like, take the train?" Roy questioned, turning to Barry and Atchaco.

"Yeah, sure, if we feel like taking a nap." Barry chuckled.

"That is very true." Atchaco agrees.

"But Oliver and I have some unfinished business to take care of first." Barry said.

"You guys aren't going to punch each other, are you?" Atchaco asked and Barry smiled.

Later at an empty warehouse, Barry and Oliver stood together. "You could have invited everybody, they'd like this." Barry says.

"Well, no, they would love this, but this is just for the two of us." Oliver informed him.

"You mean, the one of you. This was your idea." Barry reminded me.

"You can't expect me to believe that you don't want to know, once and for all, who would win-- me or you." Oliver continued.

"You mean if you don't shoot me in the back." Barry replied.

"You got to get over that, Barry." Oliver told him.

"Ok, I have super powers. You have arrows that run out." Barry pointed out.

"I have strategy and tactical awareness." Oliver smiled.

"When I'm fighting you, it's literally like you're standing still." Barry reminded him.

"That's tough talk, are you ready to back it up?" Oliver chuckles.

"Oh, yeah. Hey, by the way…" Barry tried to say.

"Yeah?" Oliver questioned.

"You were wrong. When you told me, Atchaco and I could inspire people, you said you couldn't. But you were wrong-- you can inspire. Not as the Arrow, that guy's a douche." Oliver laughs at Barry's statement. "But as Oliver Queen."

"Thank you. Since we're sharing, you were wrong, too." Oliver said.

"When?" Barry asked.

"Right now. Because you think you can kick my ass. I can tell." Oliver informed him.

"All right, well, if you think you can kick mine, you better do it fast." Barry smiled.

"I get it, Barry, I get it. You're fast." Oliver says as he walks away.

Barry zooms to the otherside of the warehouse. "Ready…" Oliver starts.

"Set…" Set Barry replies and Oliver shoots and Arrow but Barry catches it. Oliver smiles as he shoots another arrow, but Barry catches it as well. Oliver throws more and more arrows at Barry, but he zooms towards them, not being touched by a single one with a smile on his face.

"Told you."
