2 Speedsters, 1 World - Book 1

CSI Barry Allen and amputee Atchaco Cornwall have always been close to each other and they became close after the death of Barry's mother. However after Barry becomes a speedster and Atchaco becomes a cybernetic speedsters due to the particle accelerator explosion they start to become something more than friends.
