Episode 23 - Rogue Air

Late at night, Iris was sitting at Jitters. Joe was sitting at his desk in the precinct, looking over at Eddies. Both of them looked sad. "I want you to take a moment, and think about all the things that define your life. All the people you love. Your job. Your coworkers. Your home." Eobard said. Caitlin was in her apartment looking at a picture of Ronnie. Atchaco was in her own apartment, looking at a picture of her and Barry. Barry was in his own house, looking at a family picture of him and his parents. And finally, Cisco was in STAR labs, sitting in the fake Wells's chair and just thinking and then he stood up and stared at the chair. "And now imagine if one day, in a flash, all of that vanished. Would you simply accept your new life and continue on? Or would you do whatever it takes…"

Meanwhile, Eddie was still tied up and he looked like he had given up as Eobard walked in. "To get back what was taken from you? Because... I can assure you. I will get everything that was taken... from me." Eobard said.

Later at Jitters, Iris was sitting alone at a table, looking at some labels when Barry and Atchaco walked in. "Hey." Barry greeted her.

"Hey." Iris returned.

"What's all this?" Atchaco wondered, pointing at the labels in Iris's hand.

"Return labels for Eddie and me. I ordered 200 to start, but this afternoon, 2,000 arrived. I guess I ordered wrong. I have so many now." Iris said sadly.

"Iris, we're gonna find Eddie." Barry reassured her.

"How? You searched everywhere. More than once. And you haven't found anything. I'm sorry. I'm not mad at you. It's just…" Iris sighed.

"You miss him." Atchaco suggested.

"Yeah, I do." Iris agreed.

"Wells took my mom from me. I won't let him take someone from you, too." Barry told her. Then his and Atchaco's phones vibrate and they look at the screens.

"Cisco. We gotta go." Atchaco said.

"Yeah, go." Iris told them and Barry and Atchaco walked out of Jitters.

Later at STAR Labs, everyone was at the Cortrex, standing in front of fake Wells's chair. "I kept asking myself, why would Wells pretend to need a wheelchair?" Cisco wondered.

"Sympathy, I suppose." Caitlin suggested.

"That's what I thought at first, but he's the man in yellow. He's the Reverse-Flash. He's much smarter than that. Sympathy can't be the only reason." Cisco admitted.

"Yeah, it was a misdirect. Just like everything else Wells has done. I mean, the last person we'd suspect to be the man in yellow is someone who lost the use of their legs." Joe replied.

"That's exactly right, Joe. Which is why I started messing around with the wheelchair. Cisco told them, turning the chair onto its side. "And that's when I found this." Cisco opens up a hidden compartment in the chair.

"Damn. You can't get that at Radio Shack." Joe pointed out.

"Looks like the tech inside Gideon." Barry noticed.

"I measured the output, and this thing is kicking off serious juice. I mean, we're talking enough to power all of Central City." Cisco told them.

"Seriously?" Joe wondered.

"Oh, yeah." Cisco said.

"What do you think Wells was using it for?" Atchaco asked.

"I think this thing is some kind of battery." Cisco replied.

"Battery?" Joe questioned.

"As in, Wells was using it to power himself. To gain more speed. And that's why he's so much faster than you." Cisco answered when the computer started beeping and Caitlin and Cisco walked over to them. "The accelerator, it's been reactivated."

"It can't be." Caitlin gaspsed.

"How is that possible? It blew up." Joe reminded them.

"It had to have been rebuilt." Cisco pointed out.

"Wells." Barry growls.

"Even if he did rebuild it, how did Dr. Wells turn the Particle Accelerator on?" Caitlin asked.

"He's here. That's why we couldn't find him." Atchaco said, her face widening.

"He's been inside S.T.A.R. Labs the whole time." Barry agreed.

Joe takes his gun and runs out of the room with Barry and Atchaco. "Stay here." Cisco says to Caitlin and he runs out of the room. He runs back in and grabs his orange soda before leaving again.

A few minutes later, they all arrive at the entrance to the pipeline and slowly walk in. "Cisco, what did you bring in that orange soda for?" Joe asked.

"Whenever something happens with the Reverse-Flash, liquid floats in the air." Cisco reminds them. "You know, Barry's fish tank, Wells's champagne, Lance's coffee, remember that? If this does the same thing, we'll know that Wells is in there."

"Do it." Atchaco said, walking over to the door of the pipeline, ready for anything.

Cisco then opens the door and Barry, Joe and Atchaco walk in. "Man... this... is... big." Joe gasps when suddenly the orange soda starts to rise up from Cisco's cup.

"Oh, God. Guys…" Cisco tries to say when a blur runs past them, the Reverse Flash, and Barry runs after him.

"Barry!" Atchaco yelled.

"Wha-what do we do now?" Cisco wonders.

"Prisoner release. Protocol initiated." A voice calls out.

"Oh, no, no, no, no." Cisco said. Then they all see the meta-human, Shawna also known as Peek A Boo being released. She disappears from her cell as soon as the door opens and she then reappears behind Joe, she then takes his gun and shoves the two men. She was about to shoot the door when Atchaco tried to stop her. But Shawna disappears and reappears behind her, hitting Athcaco over the head with the gun and then she shoots the door of the pipeline.

"No!" Joe screamed when Caitlin came in and saw them, as well as the unconscious Atchaco.

"Peek-a-boo." Shawna smiled.

Caitlin takes off running towards the elevators but Shawna appears in front of her and hits Caitlin across the face. "Do you have any idea what it's like to be stuck in that box?" Shawna wondered. She then kicks Caitlin, sending her flying a few feet across the room and she then pins Caitlin to the wall but holding her neck with her foot. "Now you're the one who's gonna go into a box. In the ground."

Shawna then gets hit in the back of the head by Atchaco's metal arm as Iris stood next to her. "Peek-A-Bye Bitch." Atchaco smiled as Caitlin looked up at Atchaco in relief.

Meanwhile, Barry was still chasing after the Reverse Flash and just as he was close to catching the evil speedster, he got away due to being a little too fast for Barry to keep up with.

Back at STAR Labs, they locked an unconscious Shawna back into her cell. "Are you okay?" Cisco asked Caitlin.

"Yeah, I will be. Thanks to Atchaco. I'm glad you showed up." Caitlin replied.

"How do you think she got out of there?" Joe questioned.

"Wells must have released her." Cisco answered.

"Help." A raspy voice called out.

"Wait a sec. Did you hear that?" Joe wondered.

"I checked all the containment cells. Everyone's accounted for." Caitlin reminded him.

"No, no. Listen." Joe said.

"Help! Down here!" The raspy voice continued.

Minutes later, Joe was climbing down the ladder of a room along with Iris and Atchaco. "Help!" Eddie called out, coughing.

"Eddie?" Joe wonders, seeing the man tied to a chair. "Oh, partner. Oh, my God. I got you."

"No, I got it." Atchaco said, using her super speed to quickly untie the ropes as Iris runs up.

"Oh, my God. Eddie. Are you okay?" She smiles as she sees him there.

"Let's get him out of here. Come on." Joe said and Atchaco helped Joe lift Eddie off the chair and walk him towards the ladder out.

"There you go. Go slow." Joe reminded him. As they started climbing out, Iris took a quick look around at the place Eddie had been held captive the whole time and she found the engagement ring on the floor, she looked at it before she closed the box.

Later in the Cortex, Caitlin was checking over Eddie to see if he was alright. "Your vitals are normal, but you're just a little dehydrated. The IV should help with that, but drink some fluids and stay off your feet, Okay, Eddie?" Caitlin told him.

"Thanks, Caitlin." Eddie smiles as Barry zooms in.

"Wells got away. Oh, he was too fast. He is always too fast." Barry said, then he noticed Eddie. "Eddie."

"We found him under that hatch in the pipeline." Atchaco explained.

"I'm so sorry. I thought I looked everywhere for you." Barry apologised.

"Hey, it's not your fault." Eddire reassured him.

"Sometimes you just can't see the clues. Even if they're right in front of you." Atchaco reminded him.

"Um, well, you know, all that's important is that we're all safe, and back together, right?" Iris said and Eddie sighed.

"Eddie, why did he take you?" Joe asks.

"I don't know. He said that we're... family. Said his real name was Eobard Thawne. " Eddie answers.

"Eobard Thawne? Just like in my dream." Cisco said.

"Did he say anything else? I mean, anything that could help us figure out what he's really after?" Joe questioned.

"I... he didn't say much. He just kept working on some tube." Eddie replied.

"A tube? What did it look like?" Cisco asked.

"Metallic, futuristic. He said it was the key to him getting back everything that was taken from him." Eddie answered.

"The key? I don't understand. Wha…" Atchaco then stopped talking, possibly realising something.

"Yeah, I don't know. Look, I just want to go home. Is that okay?" Eddie wondered.

"Yes, of course." Caitlin said, taking him off of the IV.

"I'll make sure he gets some rest." Iris reassures her.

"Okay." Eddie grunts as Iris helps him stand and then the two of them leave STAR Labs.

"What do you think Wells was talking about?" Barry asks when suddenly, the computer starts beeping again and Cisco runs over to it.

"Oh, no, no, no." Cisco gasped, running out of the room.

"What?" Atchaco said.

"What now?" Barry groaned.

Minutes later, Cisco was showing everyone the key that the Reverse Flash had made from his phone. "Um, are you seeing this? That's the tube Eddie was talking about. It's some sort of future power source. That's what's charging up the accelerator." Cisco told them.

"Can you shut it down?" Barry asked.

"Do you see a power button anywhere on this thing? Dude, this thing is from the future. It's beyond me. I press, or touch, or cut the wrong thing, I could bring the whole building down." Cisco replied.

"Okay. How long until it's fully functional?" Atchaco questioned.

"Best I can tell, 36 hours." Cisco answered.

"That's when Wells will be back." Barry pointed out.

"Why would Wells want the Particle Accelerator to work again?" Joe asked.

"I don't know. It's not like it was such a big success the first time." Cisco said.

"It made me Thunder and Barry The Flash." Atchaco reminds them.

"That's not all it did." Caitlin replied.

Minutes later, Cisco was back up in the Cortex and he and Caitlin were looking at the metahumans who were in the pipeline through the live feed on the computer. "So what happens if the Particle Accelerator turns on while the meta-humans are in their containment cells?" Caitlin questioned.

"They're toast." Cisco answered.

"We put them down there and now their lives are in danger because of us." Caitlin said.

"Look, I think you all know I've never been a fan of this arrangement here. I thought the whole plan was to rehabilitate them and set them free." Joe replied.

"It was. We've been a little busy." Caitlin tells him.

"Well, if they stay in there, they die. And if we let them go, they destroy the city." Cisco reminds them.

"We're gonna have to move them." Barry realised.

"Move them where? Iron Heights can't handle meta-humans." Joe said.

"You're right, but Lian Yu can." Atchaco smiled.

"What the hell's a 'Lian Yu?'" Joe asked.

"Lian Yu is the island where Oliver was stranded for five years. A.R.G.U.S built a covert military prison on it." Atchaco informed him.

"It's where we sent Captain Boomerang." Cisco told him.

"Oliver keeps his worst criminals there." Barry said.

"They won't be able to escape, and more importantly, they won't be able to hurt anybody." Atchaco replied.

"Great. So we ship them from one illegal black site to another?" Joe wondered.

"Yeah, I guess so. Yes." Atchaco said.

"And how do we move them to Oliver's own private Alcatraz?" Joe asks.

"I'll call him. Maybe he can help with transport." Barry answered.

"And Cisco... if we do this, nobody can get loose." Atchaco reminds him.

"I might have a way of getting them out of here safely." Cisco smiled.

"All right, get on it." Barry told him and Caitlin and Cisco walked out of the Cortex.

"Barr, this is insane." Joe said.

"Joe, we have to do this." Barry reminded him.

"You don't think that if we start bussing super-villains through downtown, nobody's gonna notice?" Joe wondered.

"Oh, they'll notice. That's where you'll come in." Atchaco told him.

Later at the precinct, Joe gets up from his desk when the DA walks in. "Oh. Cecile. " Joe greeted, hugging her. "Aww. How's my favourite D.A.? Thanks for stopping by."

"Hey, anything for my favourite detective." Cecilee replied and they walked over an into Singh's office. "Hey. So what can I do for you? You sounded a little cryptic on the phone."

"Yeah, I wanted your opinion on something. These people with powers, the meta-humans." Joe said.

"Is that what they're calling them? People love their labels." Cecile admits.

"Yes." Joe agreed. "Let's say, hypothetically, I know a prison of sorts, a place that can do what Iron Heights can't. Where these meta-humans, the bad ones, are being locked up."

"I would be very concerned. Especially if, hypothetically, you had anything to do with it. Why are you asking me about this?" Singh wondered.

"Well, because Singh's on his honeymoon, and you're the only other person I can trust to know this." Joe told her.

"Okay, what are you asking me to do?" Cecile questioned.

"I need to clear a route through the city. Barricades, police cars, the works." Joe informed her.

"What am I supposed to tell people? The President's in town?" Cecile wondered.

"I don't know. You think they'll believe you?" Joe wondered.

"No, Joe, no. They wouldn't. What you're doing, it's called unlawful imprisonment and human smuggling. Joe, those are very bad things." Cecile reminds him.

"These are some bad people, Cecile. But their lives are in danger." Joe told her.

"I can't... I can't get involved in this, Joe. I can't." Cecile replied, walking towards the door. "And as your friend, and quite possibly the attorney who will one day be prosecuting you, I'm telling you, get as far away from this as possible." She then walks out of the office and she passes Barry and Atchaco on the way out.

Minutes later, the three of them are in the hallway. "Okay, so A.R.G.U.S. has a transport plane that can take the meta-humans to Lian Yu." Barry told him.

"We just need to get them to Ferris Airfield." Atchaco said.

"So Oliver Queen came through then?" Joe asked.

"Uh, no. Actually, it was not him. Apparently he's in Nanda Parbat…" Barry said.

"What?" Joe wondered.

"Wherever that is. We don't know." Barry said.

"I called Lyla, Diggle's wife. She's gonna hook us up. So, what about CCPD giving us an escort?" Atchaco questioned. "Because I talked to the Bicains and they are not going to help, so this is kind of our only option."

"Man, it ain't happening." Joe said.

"What?" Barry replied.

"You saw me talking to the D.A. She was very clear. I could lose my badge. I could go to jail. We could go to jail." Joe tells them.

"We... we are protecting people." Barry reminds him.

"We are, Barry, but... I'm a cop. There's a certain set of rules I need to follow, and this year, I broke all of them. Lying to my boss…" Joe sighed.

"We know." Atchaco said.

"Ignoring the law. I mean, at what point do we become no different than the people we're fighting?" Joe wonders.

"We are way different." Barry said.

"How?" Joe asked.

"We only break the rules to help people." Barry reminds him as he walks away. Atchaco sighs and looks at Joe sympathetically and walks away too. Inside the elevator Barry looks over at Atchaco. "I think I might have an idea who can help us."

"No, Barry, no." Atchaco replied, knowing who he was talking about. "Are you out of your mind, we can't ask him for help."

"Atchaco, you know we don't really have a choice." Barry replies and Atchaco sighs as they both exit the elevator.

Later at the Saint and Sinners Bar, Leonard Snart walks up to the bar. "Give me another one. Ice cold." Snart said when he feels a presence behind him and turns around. "Well, well, well. If it isn't the scarlet speedster and his lady speedster girlfriend that he never deserved."

"We need to talk." Atchaco told him.

A few seconds later, they walked over to the pool table. "You want anything? Beer, food? Pickled eggs here are fantastic." Snart said.

"No, we're good. We need your help with a problem." Barry replied.

"Must be pretty desperate to come asking for my assistance, but I'll bite. What do you two need?" Snart wondered.

"First off, you weren't my choice to come and ask for help but we do need your help transporting some people out of the city." Atchaco said.

"How many?" Snart asks.

"Five. Five very bad, very angry people who have powers." Barry informed him.

"Powers, hmm?" Snart hums. "So you want me to what? Freeze the problem? Protect you both from them if anything goes wrong? First rule of business: always protect yourself. I'm not gonna help usher your enemies out of town."

"Hey, they're not just my enemies. They're your enemies, too." Atchaco reminds him.

"I doubt it." Snart said.

"They will destroy Central City." Barry tells him.

"It's not my problem." Snart replies.

"You said that you love it here. That this is your home." Atchaco said.

"I do and it is." Snart agrees.

"Well, guess what? These people get loose, there won't be a city to love anymore." Barry replies.

"You won't be able to rob anyone if everybody's dead." Atchaco continued.

"It's a compelling argument. But if I'm gonna help you two out... I'll need something in return." Snart tells them.

"Like what?" Barry asked.

Snart writes something down on a napkin and shows it to them. "This."

"No. This is impossible. We can't do that." Atchaco laughs.

"Then I can't help either of you." Snart replied.

"There has to... Snart, there has to be something you want that we can get." Barry told him.

"Let me think about it." Snart sighs, giving Atchaco a smile before he leaves the bar.

Outside the precinct, Eddie was walking in the parking lot when he ran into Iris. "Eddie." Iris greeted him.

"Hey." Eddie returned.

"Where have you been?" Iris questioned.

"Here. Work." Eddie replied.

"You were kidnapped for nearly two weeks and your first thought is to go back to work?" Iris wondered.

"I just needed something constant in my life." Eddie answered.

"I thought that was us." Iris admitted. "Eddie, I miss you. I love you." She takes the engagement ring out of it;s box and holds it up to him. "Hey. I saw this when we found you. This was for me, wasn't it? When you took me to the waterfront and Dr. Wells abducted you, you were going to propose."

"I was." Eddie agreed.

"But now you're not? What did he do to you?" Iris asked.

"He didn't do anything to me, Iris. It's what he showed me." Eddie replied.

"What could he possibly have shown you that would make you change your mind about us?" Iris answers.

"The future. He showed me the future, Iris. We don't get married. Look, I gotta go." Eddie answered.

Meanwhile, at STAR Labs, Barry tells Joe what he did. "Are you out of your mind?" Joe wonders.

"That is exactly what I had said." Atchaco admitted, walking over to Cisco and Caitlin.

"You talked to Leonard Snart?" Joe questioned.

"I asked him for help." Barry replied.

"Barry, why would you do something so stupid?" Joe asks him.

"Because, Joe, we have already tried everyone else. Look, you tried the CCPD. Atchaco tried Biaca. I tried Oliver. I even tried Ronnie and Dr. Stein. And the Particle Accelerator goes online in…" Barry started to say.

"16 hours." Cisco said.

"16 hours, Joe." He tells him. "I'm not willing to let the metas die, and we can't let them escape, either. So, like it or not, Snart, with his cold gun, is the only one that can stop them if Cisco's transportation does not hold."

"Then lucky for you I figured out what it is you can get me."snart admits, walking into the Cortex and Joe takes out his gun.

"We really need better security for this place." Atchaco mumbled.

"Hello, Detective." Snart greets the man. "Nice to see you again. Caitlin, Cisco. I thought about your proposal. You want my help, this is what I want. My fingerprints, dental records, DNA, criminal records, family tree, everything there is in this world concerning Leonard Snart. I want it destroyed. All of it. At CCPD, online, everywhere."

"The brass on this dude. You really think we'd do that for you?" Joe wonders.

"I'll do it." Barry said and Atchaco face palms. "If it's the only way, fine."

"You and me need to talk right now." Joe said. Joe and Barry then walked into the hallway and Barry closed the door so they would have more privacy. "What is wrong with you? You can't just erase Snart's criminal record."

"Yeah, I can. And I'll do whatever I have to do." Barry replied.

"Barry, there's gotta be a different way to do this." Joe said.

"Okay, well, what is it, Joe? Tell me what it is, and we'll do it. We're running out of time!" Barry reminds him.

"What is going on with you? You working with that killer. This isn't who you are." Joe tells him.

"Who I am is the guy who's not fast enough to stop Wells." Barry admits. "He... he hasn't been one step ahead of us, Joe. He's been 1,000. I can't catch him. I can't beat him. What I can do is save those people down there. Wells turned them into what they are, and I'm pretty sure he does not care if they live or die. I do."

Later at night, Barry zooms into the evidence room of the precinct and starts deleting files on the computers that had any connection to Snart and he deleted all of it. "Bye-bye, Leonard Snart." Barry smirks. He then zooms away and meets Snart in an alley with the evidence boxes with his name on them. "I've deleted everything the CCPD, A.R.G.U.S., and the FBI had on you, and sent a virus to erase every digital record of you online." Barry then hands the boxes to them. "And this is every single piece of physical evidence the police had."

"Good." Snart smiles.

In seconds the boxes get shot at and get covered in gold as Snart's sister, Lisa walks out. "I hear we're all going to be working together." Lisa grins and Snart sighs.

"That's right, Sis. Partners." Snart told her.

The next day at STAR Labs, everyone was standing in the Cortex with Snart and his sister, Lisa. "Please tell me this is a joke." Caitlin sighed.

"Oh, you were right, Lenny. She is very uptight." Lisa points out.

"I am not uptight." Caitlin argues. Macanese gives her a face that practically says 'are you sure' as Barry does the same. "You can't call me uptight."

"Look, guys, we need their help if we're gonna pull this off." Barry said.

"Why are you two wearing your masks? Snart already knows who you are." Caitlin reminds them.

"And I promised I wouldn't tell anyone. That includes my sister." Snart informs them.

"Jerk." Lisa said.

"Trainwreck. Don't look so surprised, Detective. I am a man of my word." Snart tells him.

"Yeah, you better be. Or I'm gonna make sure you're on that damn plane, too." Joe admits and everyone walks away and Lisa walks up to Cisco.

"Hey, Cisco." Lisa greets him.

"Oh, hey, Captain Cold's evil sister." Cisco returns.

"Aww. You're not still mad at me, are you? I really did enjoy kissing you." Lisa smiled.

"You kissed her?" Caitlin practically yells.

"Under duress. Calm down." Cisco replied.

"I've... I've thought a lot about you." Lisa admits.

"Have you really? Well, stop." Cisco said. He then points to himself and then her. "Because this right here, it ain't gonna happen."

"A girl can hope." Lisa replied, walking away.

"Really not enjoying being one of the good guys this week. Really not." Cisco said.

"Hey, dude. Have you figured out a way to get the metahumans to the airport?" Barry questions, walking over to Cisco.

"I have, actually. And it's pretty dope." Cisco smiled.

Later, everyone was in the parking lot of STAR Labs and were looking at a long truck. "This is cool. Where'd you get this?" Joe asks.

"My uncle owns it. His company hauls frozen food cross country." Cisco admitted. "Okay, so I retrofitted the cooling system with the wheelchair's power source to create an energy damper."

"Which means what, exactly?" Joe questions.

"Basically, the back of this rig is being flooded with so much power that it's effectively creating a transient pulse strong enough to disrupt the meta-humans' powers, so we can get them to the airport and get them on a plane without them getting fresh on us." Cisco explained. "Technically, we need somebody with a Class A commercial driver's licence to drive this, though."

"I can drive it." Lisa admitted and everyone looked at her. "What? I have a Class A CDL."

"You do?" Caitlin wonders.

"We can't all be doctors." Lisa replies.

"All right, well, let's do this. Plane's gonna be here in two hours." Macanese reminds them.

Later, all of the metahuman were in their cells when it was invaded with knockout gas and they all fell unconscious, ready to be transported into the truck. "It's done. They're all unconscious." Caitlin said.

Minutes later, Joe and Caitlin go in a car. Snart was riding on his bike and Lisa was in the truck with Cisco. Barry and Macanese were going to run alone with them. "Dampeners are fully functional." Cisco informed them.

"All right. We'll make sure the roads are clear. Do not stop for anything." Barry told them.

"Let's move out. After you two." Snart said and Barry and Macanese zoomed out of the building and then everyone followed them out.

"Hey, we got traffic up ahead." Joe warned them.

"We're on it." Macanese replied and she and Barry zoomed up and put up traffic blocks

"How's our cargo doing?" Joe asked.

"All quiet so far." Cisco answered.

Inside the truck, Mardon started waking up and when he did he tried to use his powers, but nothing happened. "Don't bother. Your powers don't work in here. None of ours do." Shawna informed him.

"What the hell's going on?" Mardon asked.

"They're moving us." Bivolo answered.

"Where?" Mardon questioned.

"Funny, I didn't get an itinerary." Bivolo joked and Mardon grunts as he punches the wall.

"Hey! Tall, dark, and handsome, I said your powers are offline." Shawna reminds him.

"All brawn, no brains." Nimbus mocked.

"I know you, don't I? Kyle Nimbus. Used to be a member of the Darbinyan crime family." Mardon said.

"That's right." Nimbus replied.

"Weren't you executed about a year ago?" Mardon pointed out.

"It didn't take." Nimbus admitted.

"No." Mardon agreed. "The Darbinyans weren't known for hiring the best and brightest. You couldn't even die right."

"So you're so stupid mad right now, Mardon, you're just going to pick a fight with anyone?" Shawna wonders.

"Guess so." Mardon answered.

"If I had my powers right now, I would gas you all out of existence." Nimbus admitted.

"And then you'd be standing in a container with four corpses. What would that get you?" Simmons questions.

"Peace and quiet." Nimbus replied.

"Well, I don't know about you guys, but I don't need my powers to fill this rig full of bodies. Come on." Mardon said when seconds later, the truck's tires screeched to a stop.

"What was that?" Bivolo asked.

"Wherever they're taking us, we're here." Simmons answered.

Outside, everyone else was waiting. "Ferris Air? I thought this place got shut down." Snart pointed out.

"It did. One of their test pilots disappeared." Macanese informed him.

"So what's the plan? I want to get this over with." Joe admitted.

"It should be here any minute. Look, Joe, I know you don't agree with this…" Barry tried to say.

"Save it, Barr. I just want to get it done." Joe butted in.

Meanwhile, Lisa and Cisco were sitting in the truck. "How come you haven't given me a code name? I heard you came up with Captain Cold. What do you think I should be called?" Lisa wonders.

"Female inmate." Cisco jokes.

"Oh, come on. You made my gun. Least you can do is give me a badass alias. Please?" Lisa said.

"Fine. Golden Glider." Cisco sighed.

"Smart is sexy, Cisco." Lisa smiles. Cisco smiles too but he tries to hide it.

Back with the others, Snart was annoyed that they had yet to see the plane that was meant to be coming. "Your A.R.G.U.S. friends aren't very prompt." Snart notices. "Maybe that's why they've never been able to catch me." Barry scoffs.

"Look, there it is." Caitlin pointed to an aircraft that was approaching them.

Back inside the truck, Mardon and Nimbus were fighting. "Turning on each other won't solve anything." Simmons reminds them as he touches Nimbus on the shoulder.

"Don't ever touch me." Nimbus said, pinning Simmons's arm behind his back.

"Wait. Look." Mardon said, pointing to Nimbus's chest. Nimbus looks down and smiles as he sees that he was turning in gas. Mardon then smiles when he sees that his own powers are also working. "Oops."

In the front of the truck, Cisco's tablet starts beeping. "Uh-oh." He said.

"What's wrong?" Lisa questioned.

"That's not good." Cisco answers as he quickly gets out of the truck and runs over to everyone. "Guys, guys, we have a problem. The damper's fluctuating. The rig's losing power. I don't know why."

"Wait, can you do something?" Macanese asked.

"I'm trying." Cisco told them as he started pressing quickly on the tablet when suddenly, lightning crackled in the sky.

"Oh, God." Caitlin said.

"Mardon." Joe gasped as lightning struck the aeroplane, causing it to crash and explode. Then the doors in the back of the truck burst open.

"Trip's cancelled!" Mardon tells them.

"Take your last breath!" Nimbus smirks as he jumps off the truck and turns into gas. Everyone then runs before Nimbus could get to them. Joe starts shooting and Simmons starts shooting laser beams out of his eyes. Everyone ducks behind the car as Barry and Macanese fight Nimbus by using their speed to manipulate the gas away from everyone.

"I'm outta here." Shawna said.

Joe was still shooting his gun and Simmons was shooting at Joe. Caitlin stuck her head out and saw Bivolo, whose eyes turned red, Caitlin's copying it. "Caitlin, get down!" Joe said as he pulled her down.

"You locked Ronnie in the pipeline and you killed Ronnie!" Caitlin screams as she looks angrily at Cisco before she starts smacking him.

"Caitlin, Caitlin, stop!" Joe ordered as he pulled her off of Cisco.

"He killed Ronnie! He killed Ronnie!" Caitlin yelled.

"What are you doing?" Cisco asked and Caitlin struggled to get out of Joe's grasp.

Meanwhile, Barry and Macanese moved their arms so fast that they forced Nimbus to fall back into his human form. Simmons then shot his laser beams at them, but they were both faster than him and moved out of the way. But when Mardon shoots a bolt of electricity aimed at Barry, Macanese pushes him out of the way and gets hit instead, causing her cybernetic to glow as they were filled with so much power. "Finish them, Simmons." Mardon ordered.

"How about we call tonight a tie?" Snart wonders.

Bivolo was about to use his powers when Lisa put her gun to his head. "I'd power down if you don't want me to melt your face." Lisa warns and Bivolo makes his eyes go back to normal.

"Let's all go our separate ways. My name is Leonard Snart." He introduces himself.

"I know who you are." Mardon admitted.

"Always pleased to meet a fan. Just remember who it was that made sure you didn't get thrown on that plane bound for nowhere." Snart tells him.

"You're just letting us go?" Mardon says and he motions to Simmons. "Why'd you shoot that guy?"

"He owed me money." Snart said.

"Mmm." Bivolo hums.

"What? You want a 'thank you?'" Mardon wondered.

"Who doesn't like a 'thank you?'" Snart replies.

"Thank you." Bivolo told him as Mardon gave him a 'are you serious' look.

"You are so very welcome." Snart said as he turned around and walked away. Bivolo puts Lisa gun down and then he and Mardon leave as Snart walks over to Barry and Macanese. Barry was kneeling next to Macanese who groaned slightly.

"You sabotaged the truck, didn't you?" Macanese questioned, breathing heavily.

"Why did you let them escape?" Barry asked.

"Because now they all owe me. And something tells me they'll be a lot more use to me as part of my rogues than rotting away in the North China sea." Snart replies.

"You gave me your word." Macanese reminds him.

"It's true, I did." Snart chuckles. "But here's the thing. I'm a criminal and a liar, and I hurt people, and I rob them. What did you expect me to do? Not be what I am? I saw an opportunity to turn things to my advantage, and I did. Who you're really mad at is yourself. This is on you, Barry."

"Then why don't you just kill me?" Barry wondered.

"Well, I guess you both owe me one now, too. Good luck with... all of this. I'm actually really excited to see how it all turns out." Snart smiles. Macanese groans as Barry grabs her hand and Cisco comes running towards them.

"Hey, hey, hey." Cisco said. Snart gets on his bike and Lisa sits behind him as he starts to motorcycle.

"Bye, Cisco." Lisa smiles and they all drive out of the airport, leaving everyone feeling defeated.

Later in the pipeline of STAR Labs, Barry was sitting alone when Joe walked in. "Hey, Atchaco told me you were in here." Joe admitted.

"How's Caitlin doing?" Barry asked.

"He used that light thingie on her. She's fine. Mostly embarrassed." Joe told him.

"Yeah. Thanks for not saying, 'I told you so.'" Barry said.

"But I did tell you so. Repeatedly." Joe replied.

"I just... Man, I've seen the way that Oliver does things, and he's not afraid to just do whatever it takes to get what he needs, and I thought that I could do that too. I thought I could just use Snart, but instead he used me." Barry sighed.

"You're not the Arrow, Barry." Joe tells him.

"No." Barry agreed.

"That's not the kind of hero you are." Joe said as he sits next to him.

"What kind am I?" Barry asked.

"The kind that cares about whether or not those criminals lived or died." Joe reminded him. "I mean, whatever Mardon and Nimbus and Shawna did, they're human beings. And you knew letting Wells use them as pawns was wrong. You know the difference between right and wrong. And you weren't willing to blur the lines between the two. That's the kind of man you are. And that's what makes you different than the Arrow. So, please... no more walks on the dark side. Agreed?"

"Yeah." Barry chuckles softly.

Suddenly an alarm starts blaring all around the building. "What the hell is that?" Joe wondered.

"Guys…" Cisco calls through the intercom. "The Particle Accelerator is fully charged and online. Whatever Wells needs it for, it's ready." Barry and Joe then run out of the pipeline.

Later at the precinct, Eddie was looking over a file as he walked out of the elevator. As soon as he steps off he sees that Iris is waiting for him. "Iris, there really isn't anything else to say." Eddie told her.

"Are you kidding me?" Iris gasped. "You're going to end this relationship because some lunatic from the future told you that I don't marry you? Well, I don't believe that, okay? I believe that we choose our own destiny. I decide who I love, and I love you. Whatever future Wells showed you, it is not my future. It's not our future. Please let me prove it."

"This isn't about the future, Iris." Eddie admits. "It's about here. Now. Today. Ever since the very beginning, there have been four people in this relationship. You, me, Atchaco and Barry. You have always wanted the same relationship they have. Hell, you might have even been jealous of Atchaco for having the perfect guy, I don't know."

"That is not true." Iris replied.

"You can deny it all you want. But Barry and Atchaco know it. Joe knows it. And if I'm gonna be completely honest with myself, I knew. I always knew. I guess I just... thought I could love you enough to change things. I'm sorry. But if you really do love me, you'll let this end." Eddie tells her.

"Fine." Iris said, tears in her eyes. They both look at each other as tears build up more. "Then it ends."

Back at STAR Labs, the computer was beeping as the accelerator was ready to go. Everyone was in the Cortex when they saw that in the live camera feed, Wells, no Eobard, was outside of the building. "Barry, don't even think about it. Barr, no." Joe said.

"You can't go out there by yourself." Caitlin reminds him.

"He is not going to be." Atchaco reassures him.

Barry looks at Atchaco as before the two of them zoom out of the Cortex to outside of STAR Labs where Eobard Thawne was waiting for them. "Well, I heard your prison transfer didn't go so well. I'm so sorry." Eobard lied.

"All a part of your plan, I assume?" Barry wonders.

"Actually, that didn't factor into my plan at all, but I'm impressed you went to such great lengths to keep those people from harm. Ever the heroes, huh?" Eobard replied.

"You've hurt enough people." Macanese tells him.

"I know." Eboard admits. "You see me as the villain, but, if you both were to look back, look back carefully at everything I've done, every wheel I have set in motion, you two would realise I have only done what I had to do. Nothing more. Nothing less."

"And the Particle Accelerator? How does that fit into your grand plan?" Barry asked.

"Well, why don't you both go on inside, and let me show you." Eobard answers.

"You know, we just learned the hard way not to trust the bad guy." Macanese said.

"And yet... I've shown you both time and time again you two can't beat me." Eobard said when suddenly, Ronnie flies in and lands next to Macanese.

"Ronnie." Caitlin smiled.

"Firestorm." Cisco said.

"Wow. You both brought yourself a friend." Eobard grins. Then Oliver swings down and lands next to Barry. He was dressed in black, League of Assassins black. "Welcome, Mr. Queen."

"Hope we're not too late." Oliver said.

"You're just in time." Barry smiles. "I don't care how fast you are. You can't fight all four of us at the same time."

"Oh, I can't? Trust me. This... This is gonna be fun." Eobard smiles, he then sticks his arm out showing his ring. Ronnie lights up on fire and Macanese and Barry put on their mask, lighting dancing in their eyes. Oliver nocks an arrow and then Eobard takes out his Reverse Flash suit from inside his ring.

"Move, Barry." Oliver said as Ronnie grunts. "Barry, move!" Oliver shouts this time. Then the Reverse Flash shoves Barry against the wall as Ronne flies in. Then Eobard throws Barry at the STAR Labs sign.

Macanese zooms towards the Reverse Flash and he grabs her into a choke hold. "I never wanted to hurt those I follow. But sadly you chose wrong and I got rid of my beliefs." Eobard said.

"Good, because I never recognized you as a follower, only as a foe." Macanese grunted. He then throws Macanese against the wall and she falls to the ground. Eobard was about to go towards her but he gets shot in the leg by one of Oliver's arrows as Ronnie flies in and shoots a fireball at him.

"Come on!" Ronnie yelled. Eobard then moves his arms really fast and the wind causes Ronnie to fly back.

"Ronnie." Caitlin said worryingly as Barry and Macanese zoom away to go and help Ronnie.

"Nanites, courtesy of Ray Palmer. They're delivering a high frequency pulse that's disabling your speed. You're not gonna be running around for quite a while." Oliver smiles and then he and the Reverse Flash start fighting against each other. Barry and Macanese catch up to Ronnie but they all fall to the ground in pain but unharmed.

Oliver started losing the fight against the Reverse Flash when Eobard vibrated off the nanites and he pinned Oliver to the ground. "The history books say you live to be 86 years old, Mr. Queen. Well, I guess the history books are wrong." Eobard chuckles, vibrating his hand. The Reverse Flash was about to shove his hand when Barry and Macanese arrive, the latter shoving Eobard off of Oliver. "That's the spirit. You can't stop me, Flash. And you never will." Eobard then zooms up a building and Barry and Macanese follow him. The last time Barry had fought the Reverse Flash he was alone and he lost, but this time he was not alone.

"Now!" Macanese yelled. Ronnie arrives and shoots fire at Reverse Flash when he runs in front of Barry. He gets hit by the ball of fire and falls, landing on top of a car and rolls off, falling to the ground where Oliver shoots him in the back with another arrow. Then Barry, Macanese, Oliver and Ronnie walk over to Eobard, who is now unconscious on the ground.

"Thanks, fellas." Barry said, breathing heavily.

"No problem." Ronnie told them.

"Nice haircut. And I see we've abandoned our traditional green." Macanese noticed.

"And you got a suit. Anyway, I'm trying something different. Look... I might need a favour from you, both of you." Oliver told them.

"Wherever, whenever." Barry said. Then Oliver and Ronnie walk away, leaving Barry and Macanese alone with The Reverse Flash who had finally been captured. "We got you." Barry smiles.
