Help From An Enemy

ADAMOS

Adamos' chin lowered to his chest as his arms went limp.

He could not even think of the possibility of another realm storming into Edin, and disturbing the long-kept peace of their families living in their homes happily together.

They do not deserve such unimaginable cruelty just because of a misunderstanding.

"Do you know of anyone else who can make Tarium—that is not an Ancient Witch, of course?" Adamos asked as his hand held onto one part of the bars that were separating them. His heart raced inside his rib cage.

He was not afraid of them since he learned the capacity of his supernatural powers, but he was worried about the safety of his citizens.

He would fight them eyeball to eyeball if he had no other choice. But if he could win it through diplomatic means with no bloodshed, he would do it.

"I can help you with that, your Greatness," a strange voice spoke from behind him, alarming Adamos.
