Tanya's POV

We crossed the large hallway together and directed ourselves to the exit doors, our feet moving speedily, no words being exchanged. The moment we abandoned the mansion, we simultaneously broke out in a sprint

The pack grounds was more silent than usual compared to other times, only a few people could be seen outside their homes, and those seen appeared to be in a hurry to complete whatever it is they weed doing.

It was purely evening, and the sun had began to set slowly, the weather was becoming cooler than that of afternoon and the breeze brushed our hair's backward as we kept up the pace.

Soon we had left the pack village and were moving in the path of the pack border. I still felt that tension in the air as the seconds rolled by. I whirled to my left to peer at Tony and was surprised as he too whirled to stare at me in that same instant.
