Suzanne withdrew from the hug and peered into Damien's eyes. "I like this side of the Prince," she said.

"I didn't do anything special," Damien replied. He brought his hand to her neck and brushed her hair back. "What was the surprise did you prepare for me? There's no use to hide since Édouard told me about it," he stated.

"A candle night dinner along with a dance. However, you ruined the evening," Suzanne answered. She smiled and told him he compensated for that by giving her the most precious memory from his mother.

"A candle night dinner we can have tonight. About the dance, I am not sure. I am poor at dancing. You might hurt your feet because of my shoes," Damien asserted. His fingers brushed against her earlobe while his eyes remain fixated on hers.

"We can dance with bare feet," Suzanne replied. "If the prince wants," she added.

"I will think about that," Damien said. "Mother would be happy to see you," he made a statement out of the blue.
