Jemeiah's departure [Bonus chapter]

Suzanne pulled away and peered into Damien's eyes. "Do you feel better?" she asked.

"I do," Damien admitted.

"What you shared with me is a beautiful memory from your childhood. Keep it that way. Don't let it haunt you, Damien. You should always remember them in a good frame and that dream shows they are always around you," Suzanne conveyed with a soft and caring demeanor.

Damien paused in reflection before offering a nod. "Has Jemeiah departed already?" he suddenly remembered the departure of the youngest prince to the Western Province.

"Not as of yet," Suzanne responded.

"We must pay a visit to Jemeiah," Damien proposed, rising from the bed. He realized he wasn't dressed formally and suggested that Suzanne proceed ahead. "I'll follow soon. It's important that Jemeiah doesn't perceive my absence as indifference," he advised Suzanne.

"Of course," Suzanne consented to his request.
