An Unholy Obsession

When she got to their rendezvous, she found them already waiting for her like she had suspected. They all left immediately and Mercy told Felix why she had been delayed. 


He didn't say anything but it was evident that he was getting irritated by Mary's behaviour. 


They arrived at the house and it was on the first floor. They climbed the stairs and when the agent got the keys from the caretaker, they were able to get inside and survey the apartment. 


Mercy had been ready to accept it if it was passable just so that she and Felix would have privacy anytime she visited especially now that they had to hide their relationship from her father for a bit longer, but what she saw was beyond what she had imagined. 


She looked at Felix who was busy looking at her trying to gauge her reaction to the place. From the expression on her face, he knew all he wanted to know about Mercy's feelings about the apartment because he felt exactly the same way.
