CHAPTER 9.

  Jasmine.

I meekly made my way towards their room. Today the place was filled with vampires and royals. Beautiful women were everywhere. The overly perfumed women were also there. It could be told without another thought that the festival was going to be huge.

As told by King Archer, I was walking towards their room to help them get ready. It was kinda weird to consider that such grown-up men would need help but judging by the royal habits, they were probably used to not doing such little works on their own.

The guard opened the door and let me in.

I sensed the three vampires' presence instantly as I entered the room.

I raised my head to look at them, their beautifully sculpted faces were already distracting. And not when they all looked freshly showered. King Micheal was the only one who looked a little tidy than the other two--His hair was dried and he was fixing his shirt.

"Oh, so you are here," King Archer's voice broke my chain of thoughts.

"Yes, your Maje..." Before I could finish my sentence a harsh change in king Lucien's gaze made me stop. Oh, they did not prefer to be addressed by that.

Why do I keep forgetting that? Fuck my memory!

"Yes, King Archer," I hurriedly corrected myself, the blush remained unhidden, and King Micheal pursed his lips as of he was trying to stop himself from laughing out loud. King Archer seemed to be dealing with the same problem.

It was not long before I saw the twitch at the corner of King Lucien's lips.

They indeed found my reaction funny. Wow!

"C'mere sweetheart," The middle triplet seemed to understand my dilemma and motioned his hand toward me.

This gesture was quite unexpected but I found myself putting my have over his one anyway.

What was wrong with me? Why did I find myself so attached to them? I'd only met them a couple of days ago and yet my body seemed comfortable every time I was around them.

This was not ordinary. There had to be something I was unaware of.

King Micheal's eyes flickered as he looked at my hand in his, I saw him exchanging a look with his brothers and there has to be something related to happiness in those small smiles that displayed on their lips.

  But what?

"You look beautiful today," The small compliment made me bite my lip to stop the smile that fought to display on my lips.

"Thank you," my voice came out as a mere whisper.

Suddenly I noticed the slight bent on his collar, it didn't look good and more likely wouldn't when he'd put the blazer over, "Can I just?" I pointed at his collar and he seemed to notice it.

"Sure," The small grin took place on his lips. I slowly moved closer to him but I kept the appropriate distance, I didn't want to look like a slut trying to lure the King. I fixed his collar and my hands moved on their own to pick up the blazer resting on the chair's handle.

"Here," I found myself smiling as I handed him the blazer, the color brown was going to look good on him. He simply wore it.

The few buttons that he'd left undone gave a good view of his tattoo. Damn his tattoo! It was so..... attractive on him.

It wasn't long before I spotted the eldest of the triplet's struggling with his tie, I could notice the crease between his eyebrows.

So one of the world's powerful doesn't know how to wear a tie. Well, this was interesting.

I cleared my throat to get his attention and it turned out efficient as his gaze shifted to me.

"May I?" I had to hold back my laugh, he looked too cute.

He stared at me for a few moments before he nodded.

I slowly made my way towards him and took the tie from his hand. I could feel his gaze following my every movement. I kept myself away from thoughts focused on my small task. It was funny how even being around an average height I only came below their chin.

"Done," I smiled being satisfied with my work.

"Thank you," I saw the small smile tugging at the corner of King Lucien's lips.

  "You're welcome,"

"Jasmine...." King Archer's voice made me turn around to face him.

"Yeah?" I didn't know why did I have a smile on my face the whole time.

"Here are some things for you," He handed me a bag.

My brows raised in surprise. What can it be?

I curiously looked inside the bag and my eyes widened, there were some very expensive dresses. Oh, God! It can't be for me. Maybe they've just misplaced the bags.

"For me?" I questioned, my voice laced in disbelieve.

"Yes, we thought you'd like them," I heard King Lucien say from behind me. I glanced at him then at the bag.

"But they are so expensive," I hesitated.

"You should not worry about it, "King Archer spoke, his gaze turning soft," Plus they'll look good on you."

I blushed at his words but spoke anyway, "You all didn't need to bring me these, it's just..."

"Take it, sweetheart," King Micheal walked closer and cupped my cheeks in his hand, his thumb caressed my skin, I felt a chill run down my spine. And a spark too.

I finally nodded and saw the grin displayed on his lips.

"Great," He pulled away and stood straight, "So, We'll get going now. Don't get to the other side of the castle where's the festival going to be held, there could be a lot of vampires who might make you feel uncomfortable."

  I again nodded.

And with last smiles being flashed at me they exited the room.
