Nova was once a city girl, used to taking the subway just to get around and the occasional cab if she's felling patient enough to deal with New York traffic. The city is her home ad it's what gives her life, she feels at peace in a city that refuses to sleep. Until her parents announce that they're moving to live closer to her grandmother and uncle on an island in the Pacific Ocean. Unlike the city, the island is small, has less than hundred people living on it, and a strange boy who's eyes twinkles whenever he looks at her. No matter if she likes it or not, this island is her new home and she's got to live with it.
