Chapter 190 : Go to Uchiha?

Hearing Kazuhiko's words, the elders collectively breathed a sigh of relief, worried that their Clan Head might embark on another grand endeavor.

Little did they know that their Clan Head had already secured the alliance of the Senju clan's leader that morning.

If this information were to reach them, it would undoubtedly cause another uproar.

Being well aware of Kazuhiko's temperament, the elders had prepared everything regarding the Uchiha clan as soon as he had informed them about it that morning.

Now, seated on the floor, the elders finally had the chance to address their clan head and earnestly express their concerns.

"Clan Head, in the future, please inform us before undertaking such significant actions!"

"Yes, Clan Head, the time we spent in Konoha with you has been exhilarating. However, sudden shocking news every now and then is too much for my heart to handle..."

"If you let us know beforehand, we can be mentally prepared. Even if you decide to temporarily leave Konoha, a letter will keep us informed... Your sudden actions could lead Konoha's Shinobi to surround and attack us, not understanding the reason behind it..."

The elders around them nodded in agreement. It wasn't that they were afraid of the trouble Kazuhiko might bring upon them; they were more concerned about being caught off guard.

They feared a situation where everything seemed fine in the front, only to have a horde of Konoha Shinobi suddenly appear from behind, seemingly intent on killing them. They were certain their Clan Head must have stirred something up outside...

At other times, they might be considered guests, and Konoha wouldn't treat them this way. However, with their Clan Head present, Konoha seemed capable of anything.

Within a few days of their arrival, he openly challenged the Third Hokage and entered into a secret agreement with the Uchiha clan. Just these two actions, killing the Third Hokage and revealing the Uchiha clan's collaboration, could drive Konoha to madness.

While they found the situation exhilarating to be with this young Clan Head, they also acknowledged the potential risks. Troublesome as it may be, confronting Konoha openly and undermining them covertly provided a certain relief.

In response to the elders' words, Kazuhiko could only offer an awkward smile, "I'll do my best, I promise... No, I'll definitely inform you next time! I'll make sure of it next time!"

As time passed, Kazuhiko maintained his Observation Haki, always vigilant.

When the moment arrived, he stood up with several elders and left the Senju clan.

Under the cover of his Observation Haki, the Anbu ninja assigned to watch them remained oblivious to their departure.

Soon, the group arrived discreetly at the Uchiha clan's compound.

This time, they couldn't simply walk in through the main gate.

Kazuhiko led everyone directly to the Uchiha clan's courtyard, recalling the route from his previous visit.

As he moved along, he steered clear of the ordinary members of the Uchiha clan. Under the scrutiny of Kazuhiko, it felt like navigating a no-man's land.

Soon, within Kazuhiko's perception, he encountered a familiar figure: Uchiha Kurogane. At that moment, Kurogane was practicing shuriken throwing alone in an open space within another courtyard.

Initially, Kazuhiko had planned to head directly to the elders of the Uchiha clan. However, he unexpectedly crossed paths with Uchiha Kurogane. Without hesitation, Kazuhiko swiftly dodged and caught the shuriken Kurogane had thrown, prompting surprise in the Uchiha's eyes.

"Take us inside. Go inform your elders that the Uzumaki clan has arrived. Remember, keep it confidential from others."

Upon hearing Kazuhiko's instructions, Uchiha looked at the red-haired members of the Uzumaki clan behind him. He had been present during the negotiations between Kazuhiko and the Uchiha clan to sign the covenant. He understood that the Uzumaki family had come for that purpose.

Joy sparkled in his eyes. Anticipation for the alliance between the Uchiha and Uzumaki clans had been growing, and the recent revelation at the Konoha guardhouse had shattered his hopes for a peaceful coexistence with Konoha.

Having heard everything during the conversation in the courtyard, especially the Uchiha Clan Head's revelation about Konoha's intentions, he had lost faith in the village. Therefore, Kazuhiko's proposal for an alliance resonated strongly with him.

Today, unexpectedly, the Uzumaki clan had come to sign a covenant with the Uchiha clan, and he found himself a witness to this historic event. How could he not be excited?

"Alright, don't worry!" Uchiha Kurogane assured them without hesitation.

After ushering Kazuhiko and his party into his courtyard, he opened the door and hastily left to find the elders.

Observing the grandeur of the Uchiha clan's buildings, Kazuhiko couldn't help but sigh; truly, the mark of affluence was evident as each family member had their own courtyard.

Before long, the Uchiha Clan Head and several elders rushed over, not keeping Kazuhiko and his group waiting for too long. Kazuhiko had been aware of their approach since his Observation Haki had been continuously active since his arrival at the Uchiha compound.

Seeing Kazuhiko and the Uzumaki elders, they too displayed excitement.

Upon entering the house and closing the door, the elder Uchiha turned to Kurogane Uchiha beside him, "Kurogane, go outside and keep an eye on the surroundings. Make sure no one else enters."

Although Kurogane's expression changed momentarily, he still wished to witness the formal signing between the two clans. "Elder, this is my residence..."

Yet, he could only manage a hesitant "Huh?!" under the stern gaze of the elder Uchiha, obediently stepping out.

Now, the only occupants in the house were the Uzumaki and Uchiha leaders, accompanied by several elders from both clans—each a prominent figure within their respective races.
