Chapter 11 "Coffee date"

Teacher Matthew smiled at me and said while making a gesture towards the man "Mr. Elio here was looking for you.. he said that he's your butler and has come to deliver something.."

After I heard what the teacher said, I turned my head around, a little surprised.. "Elio.. what are you doing here?"

He smiled at me and took something out of his bag.. "I brought you lunch Miss Da-eun.. you left in a hurry today.. and I never got the chance to give you the lunch box.. so, I came here to deliver it to you.."

I took the lunch box from him and smiled feeling touched.. "Thank you Elio.. I thought I had to go hungry today.."

Elio smiled back at me and shook his head "Oh no no.. it's nothing.. it's my duty to make sure that you are well fed.. and don't stay hungry.."

After saying that Elio stood up "I'd be taking my leave now then.."

I watched him leave the office.. my attention went back to teacher Matthew when I heard his voice "It's good now that you got your lunch.. go on and eat it quickly or else it'll all be in vain.."

"Yes Sir.."

I made my way back to the class and sat beside Yuna, who had almost finished her lunch, and said.. "Come, have double lunch with me.." I opened the box and found that it was a Japanese style bento box..

Yuna looked at it and said as she got excited "Wow… Eunaaa… where did you get this from? It looks so delicious.. and smells delicious too.. sniff.."

I told her that my new butler Elio delivered it to me.. "I tasted the food he made only yesterday.. and it was so good.. so, I was convinced that he was an amazing cook, but it's a surprise to get a Japanese bento for lunch.." I took a bite and it was so good..

Yuna said as she look a bite.. "Mmm.. it's so good Eunaa.. is he from Japan or a chef of a seven star restaurant.. I never tasted a bento like this in like.. forever.."

"I don't know about it.. I'll ask him when I get back home.." I said and continued eating..

We ate the last bite and the bell went off, indicating that the lunch time was over.. so we quickly finished and gulped down the small fruit juice packet that Yuna brought with her..

After a few more classes it was time for the school to end for the day.. and we had to give our names and choose at least one sport to participate in.. I looked at Yuna who was writing something in her notebook "Hey Yuna.. in which sport are you thinking about taking part?"

Yuna picked up her notebook and showed me "Look here.."

"Alright.. so, you chose soccer.. girl are you sure about that?.." I read what she wrote..

"Yeah.. because I've always loved soccer.. and I played during our holidays.. so I'm confidant enough to try.." She shrugged her shoulders and said..

"If you like it, then it's fine.. my only concern is that you'll be the only girl in the soccer team.. but we'll see how it goes.." I was looking forward to her soccer match already..

I was still thinking when I heard someone say "I think you can take part in argumentative skills, if there's this kind of sport.. hehe" I got startled and turned to look who it was..

As I looked back I saw Aldo snickering with his mouth covered with his hand, looking at me "Oh yeah.. you think so? very funny.. we just made up today and you.. trying to mess with me already.. are you asking for a beating? My dear Aldo.." I narrowed my eyes at him and teased him..

Aldo might've thought that I was being serious, so he quickly tried to explain "Oh no no no.. it's not like that.. I was just teasing you and trying to make a small conversation with you.. I never thought you'd think of it as me picking fights with you.. I hope you-…"

"Pfft… hahahhaha.." Before Aldo could finish what he was saying, I couldn't take it anymore and burst out laughing.. Yuna and Aldo both looked at me confused..

I tried to stop laughing and said "Aldo.. it's fine.. I was just messing with you.. I never thought you'd take it serious and try to explain yourself.. and your ears were so red when you were speaking just now.. you looked so silly, that I couldn't stop myself.. haha"

Yuna looked at us talking in a friendly way and asked "There.. there.. guys.. am I the only one who doesn't know what's going on here? can anyone please tell me that if the Sun has risen from west today? What happened today? How come you two alpha cats not fighting today? I mean it's a good thing but it's too much of a shock and surprise at the same time, for me.."

Me and Aldo looked at each other and smiled.. then looked at the confused and shocked or surprised, as she said, Yuna and I spoke first "So, this is what happened.." and I told her everything that happened in the morning, before she arrived at school..

"So, you guys made up.. and now you are friends! Okay.. acceptable.. but what about me? Am I included in this group or just the two of you?" Yuna looked at us with her eyes full of hope..

"of course you are included.. when I thought about sorting things out with Da-eun, I already made up my mind that you were going to come as 'buy one get one free'.. hehe.." Aldo teased Yuna..

And as a result to his actions he had to run away, because as soon as he finished speaking, Yuna got up to catch him..

"Hey.. I was just kidding.. don't be like this.. hey.. Da-eun, tell her that I was just teasing her.. stop it.. ahh" Aldo ran around the class, trying to save himself from Yuna, but at last he got flicked on his forehead..

And I just looked at them and laughed my lungs out.. "hahahahahahah.. oh no.. my stomach and.. huff.. huff.. my cheeks hurt so bad.. haha" I said as I held my stomach with my right hand and my cheeks with my left hand..

When they were done with their mischief, they came back to sit beside me.. and Aldo said as he looked at Yuna, while rubbing his forehead.. "You are so mean.. you flicked too hard.. huh.. anyways.." He turned to look at me and said.. "and you.. hurry up and give the name and sport.. or we're going to be late for our coffee date today.."
