The sibling's base

Rain followed the bodyguard to others where they were fighting and soon, she could smell the stench of iron wafting in the air. Something stirred in her mind, but it was not as strong and she subdued it instantly.

She noticed the ongoing riot as soon as she entered the battlefield. She stood at the threshold for a moment, apprehending the fight before joining her men to quickly finish the fight.

Rain single-handedly finished off rest of Obi's men before departing from that place with Obi and leaving behind a pile of dead bodies.

On the way back, Rain called Zed and Alex to inform them about the situation or else they would be worried sick. "Mission accomplished brothers. Obi is ours to deal with. I am taking him to our base to question him. Do I save him for you two or can I deal with him myself?" asked Rain.

The brothers heaved a huge sigh of relief when they saw that their sister was fine.

"Although we would love to question him, time is of essence. So, we will let you deal with him. No one is better suited to question him than you." Alex was excited.

"I agree with Alex but don't over stress yourself in the process, sister Rain." Zed reminded.

"Don't worry. I won't let you down brothers" Rain said as a murderous glint surfaced her eyes filling the entire car with a deadly aura.

The bodyguards in the car cowered in fear as they felt her aura. 'Do they even need to be worried about her. The people they should be worried about is us okay.' The bodyguards thought.

While Rain and the guards took Obi and drove to their base after kidnapping him, other guards were assigned the task of finding Obi's training base and finish off his remaining people which did not take too long for them as the ones at the base were relatively weaker than the ones stationed at the bar.

Once finishing their assigned jobs, the two group of people met midway and headed towards their base in Abrea, together.

As it was Friday night, Rain had two days to question Obi which was enough for her. She took Obi straight towards their newly established base which was completed not long ago. It was hidden within the wilderness, situated outside Andville but not too far from it. It was a perfect place for them to keep off the radar of prying eyes while carrying out their business at the same time.

As they neared the place, the guards with Rain were amazed by the majestic aura that the base flaunted. They were led in by a group of guards which were stationed here. The building of this base started it's construction an year back when Rain stepped into the lands of Abrea for the first time. It took them an year to build this base while avoiding the eyes of others without compromising their demands of the building. Only Zed and the people who were working on building it knew about this place which of course included Rain and Alex. How could his siblings not know.

Their base covered the area of one kilometre radius and was guarded by fifty of Zed's men at a time, with interchangeable shifts. It had an underground prison cell which had about fifty cells, and each cell could hold ten people at a time and three big torture rooms. The floor above the underground prison was their training ground where they would exercise, combat training, practice shooting, conducted other regular drills set by Zed and swimming. Their swimming pool was equipped with the advanced technology to control temperature of the water.

The floor above was reserved for laboratories which was akin to any laboratory in sci-fi movies which were equipped with all the possibly imaginable technologies which was Alex's turf. The floor above was the living quarters for the siblings whereas their people lived in their quarters built outside the main building of the base. Their personal hospital for themselves was still in the making and they were not in a hurry either as their people were still in their training period and they could not just hire anybody.

It was a wonder how Zed managed to build this base, evading the eyes of everyone and that too without stepping foot into the territory of Abrea. But it did not mean that he did not know about the architecture of this base. Zed and his siblings could cover the base with their eyes close despite never stepping a foot here. Rain felt proud of his brother when she saw the base with her own eyes. 'Not bad, Zed' she praised her brother inwardly.
