MESSAGE TO ALL

The next morning came and something different wakes Ella up which is not her alarm. She is more surprised because even her alarm hardly wakes her, waking up at 5:30 am every work day has become an habit that she always wake up five to three minutes before the dedicated time. Close to her on the bed is her diary which Shamim had returned to her late at night the previous day and she had done her normal routine of writing the summary of what happened earlier and a date up on it.

She flies off the bed hurriedly and quickly checks her time and surprisingly it is still three o'clock in the morning. "But why did the phone ring this early?" She asks herself and checks her phone. "It was a message?" She asks again and checks the content, it is written in block letters. "YOU DO NOT BELONG HERE ELLA SMITH, RETURN TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM AND STOP RUNNING FROM DEATH." She drops her phone in fear. "Who is this? What sort of message is this? Is this a threat sort of?" She asks in her mind and picks up her phone to check the sender but the sender wasn't displayed. "Who are you? And why are you hiding?"

After some minutes of contemplating on who the person can actually be and couldn't come to a conclusion, she lays back on her bed to continue her beautiful sleep.

At exactly 3:15 am that same morning too, Abdullah receives a call from a private number. Shocked, he jumps up off his bed and sighs of relief when he realizes it is just a phone call. "But who is calling by this time of the day?" He asks and picks his phone to see who the caller is. "A private number? This early? It's just 3:15 in the morning." He says to himself and picks the call anyways. "Hello."

"Abdullah." The caller calls as if she is very familiar with him.

"Yes? Who are you and why are you calling me this early?" He asks as he rubs his eyes.

"You will get to know who I am soon, but I am just calling you to let you know that I am back for good."

"What? Back for good?" He asks again. "What do you mean by that? I do not understand you."

"If you value your life, move away from that serpent named Ella. She is a cursed lady that will always bring bad luck to everyone around her."

"What? Look, who are you? I can't keep talking to someone I don't know."

"A word is enough for the wise." The caller says and hangs up.

"Hello, hello, hello." Abdullah repeats and drops the phone still in the middle of trying to fathom the meaning of all what the caller just said. "What is going on? Is this a prank or what? Who else knows about Ella's identity and is trying to threaten me with that?" He asks no one in particular.

Asma stands up to ease herself when she notices a message popped up on her phone screen. She looks up to the wall clock, it is just three thirty in the morning. "What sort of message is this? By this time of the day?" She asks and picks up her phone to check the content and she sees that the sender used a private number. "Why did the sender use a private number?" She asks herself again and goes through the content. It is written in Capital letters. "A VICTIM OF BULLY WILL ALWYS REMAIN A VICTIM, NO MATTER WHAT." After reading Asma pushes her hand forward so that the phone can be a bit far from her eyes, maybe she didn't get a better view of it but she still sees the same thing. Then her phone rings and the caller has a private number. She quickly picks it. "Hello." She whispers.

"I heard you live a good life yeah?" The caller asks sarcastically.

"What do you mean and who are you?" Asma asks with fear.

"I will reveal my identity soon." The caller says and laughs. "And when I do, it's the end of your happy life." The caller says and hangs up.

"Hello!" Asma says loudly. The mention of bully made her frighten more. "Who is this person? And why is he or she threatening me?" She asks herself. "How did this person know I was once a victim of bully?"

Darifa sits on her couch, very busy with her laptop. She is seeing a movie that she had really waited for. Naturally, she wouldn't dare to see any movies in the midnight because of work, but she is on leave. Her phone rings, and immediately she pauses her movie and listens attentively again, doubting if she heard right. She reached out to her phone, clearly on the screen she could see a private number calling her.

Darifa looks at her phone clock and it is only 3:45 in the morning. "I am sure this person has the wrong number." She mumbles to herself and answers the call. "Hello."

"Darifa." The caller calls sternly.

She finds that voice to sound very familiar but doubts is she is right. "Who am I speaking with please?" She asks politely trying to be careful.

"In life, there are some decisions that we make and we will be forever thankful for making such decisions, there are some decisions we make too that let us live the rest of our life in regrets."

"Stop speaking in parables and tell me what you are now, you piece of trash." Darifa says softly but holding a lot of anger and anxiety in her voice.

"You chose the wrong side ten years ago." The caller retorts.

"Jessica?" Darifa asks.

"Yes." The caller says and hangs up immediately.

"Jessica how did you get my number and why are you calling me by this time?" Darifa asks herself after the call had ended.
