THE BATTLE OF SPIRITS
"THE HUNT FOR THE DAUGHTERS OF ZION"
"Unnn" Evangelist Daniel stretched himself on the exotic bed as he reached out for his phone to call his wife
He searched for his wife's number and dialed it
"Hello darling," the wife came in
"Hello my beautiful queen. How are you and Paul doing?" Evangelist Daniel asked
"We are fine darling. I was anxious to hear from you again since you phoned to inform us that you have been released from cell. We miss you so much over here?" The wife responded
"I miss you people too. My queen, the Lord was gracious today as ever. Ah, this God is a master planner. Can you imagine that souls have been won from Elisa's family into the kingdom?
"Wow darling! The Lord is good. Please tell me more." Faith yielded to her curiosity
"My queen, today we had dinner as I informed you and after dinner, Chief Charles Douglas' wife alongside four domestic workers, two of whom are from the other religion gave their lives to Jesus"
"The DPO preached to Chief Douglas and the wife offered to give her life to Christ. After leading her to Jesus, she invited the domestic workers and we also preached to them and they too gave their lives to Jesus."
"How about Chief Douglas darling?" The wife asked
"My queen, that is our only concern now. Anyway, we are praying for him not to be left out otherwise the enemy will take advantage of him."
"That is true. We will be praying for him. When will you be returning back?" the wife asked
"First thing tomorrow morning after a brief devotion with the family and Elisa's friends"
"That will be okay darling. We will be waiting for you, bye"
"Bye my queen. I love you. Greet Paul for me and tell him to take good care of you."
"I love you too darling. I will deliver the message. Do take care." Faith concluded hanging up the call with an amusing smile
Evangelist Daniel stood up and put few of his things in place and checked through the window ensuring his car was safe and he went to bed in great pleasure after saying a word of prayer
Within that time, Elisa, Deborah and Ruth were in Elisa's room having their own time as she shared her experience with them
They all sat quiet listening as tears ran down their eyes occasionally
Elisa told them about her pregnancy, how she died while in party with Dabo, her experience in hell fire, the message that was given to her and Deborah, her meeting with Evangelist Daniel and Family. But she did not mention anything about marriage which Paul discussed with her
They were even shock when Elisa told Deborah of her mom's death
It marveled them how Elisa got to know about it and with that, they believed Elisa about all her encounters with the spirit world the more
Deborah in turn told Elisa of the trance she had about her and the efforts she made together with Ruth to get in touch with her, their arrest and the revival which broke out that led to them meeting the DPO
Indeed the three of them had believed in spirituality but at this juncture, it became more and more clear to them as they shared their experiences most especially those of Elisa
"But Ruth, you knew I was pregnant. Why didn't you tell Deborah even after my disappearance?" Elisa quarried
"Wait, I don't understand." Deborah hastened "Ruth you mean you knew about this and you never for once told me any day?" Deborah became emotional as she roared on Ruth hurtfully
"I'm sorry Deborah." Ruth replied apologetically wiping tears amidst
"I had kept it way from you because Elisa made me promise not to disclose this to you and it became too late for me to tell you. I couldn't sort out the right time to tell you until i was unable" she pleaded
"I admit all of this is my fault. I went out of track and committed fornication with Dabo. I was afraid to tell you Deborah when I became pregnant because you would be so angry with me."
"Painful of all, I was ashamed how I as a prayer coordinator in the fellowship would be walking about with pregnancy. The school would even suspend me. My family would kill me most especially my dad"
"I knew that abortion is a sin yet I had already concluded plans to abort the pregnancy but God used the situation to Save my life and make me the vessel he would use" Elisa concluded and by then,
The three of them were already soaked in silent tears
Deborah stood up like a mother in Israel and gather the two of them into her arms and comforted them
"It's okay Elisa. It's okay Ruth."she said turning to either one of them
"The Lord has plans in all these that happened and we are already seeing those plans unfolding
"So how about Vivian?" Elisa asked
"Ha, Vivian!" Deborah exclaimed flinching her head either side
The two of them told Elisa every other thing that happened in her absent and there after they fell asleep
Deborah jerked up and saw that they were already sleeping
She prayed for about an hour thanking God and stopped
She went for her phone, booting it, it was 4am
"Wow!" She exclaimed and climbed up the bed and she too started sleeping
While Elisa slept, she saw herself in a plain ground that went abroad on every side
Silent fell and the wind whispered
Then she had the sound
"Hahahaaaa!!!! Bring me the seed, bring me the seed" she recognized the voice. It was Lucifer speaking
Then she saw Lucifer landed looking fierce with a mighty sword in his hand
Then she saw Limish appeared too dragging Dabo with him
"Bring me the seed, Lucifer ordered Limish and Limish dragged Dabo to where Elisa was trapped
"Elisa, that is my seed i put into you. Now give it to me" Dabo said stretching forth his hand as blood streamed down out of his mouth
As he spoke, Limish was coming with a sharp knife to tear her stomach apart. She was already feeling the knife on her womb when dust rose from the ground to welcome Micheal; the archangel
"Leave her alone! She is a daughter of Zion and I the protector of the children of Zion have come to deliver my duty in keeping them save
"Yes she is yours" Lucifer responded, " but that which she carries in her is my seed. The child is mine."
"No! You do not have the power to create. All children are given by the Lord" Micheal responded
"Ahahaha!!! I do not argue that Micheal. You should be wiser to know that she begat that in fornication. I am the father of sin and anything born of sin is mine." Lucifer lectured
"No! The child is innocent until she has the knowledge of good and bad to decide for herself. You cannot judge the position of the baby until she grows to decide for herself" Micheal tutored Lucifer
"You trouble marker! You have won again. Fine!! I will go but you know well. I will continue to hunt the daughters of Zion and the sons too. Look at Dabo, his friends and Vivian and many others burning in hell. They are all mine!!!!!!
"Ahahahaaa!!!!!" Lucifer laughed and disappeared with Limish and Dabo
"Dabooooo!!!!!" Elisa screamed reaching out her hand to save Dabo but Dabo was gone and she jerked out of bed breathing heavily.
