Sleep Well?

* DOVE *

I woke up to the ringing of some one's phone It definitely wasn't mine, so I ignored it but it rang consistently and I groaned loudly in frustration, snuggling into my very comfortable pillow.

"Turn that off before I break it." I groaned and heard a deep chuckle before the phone was turned off and my eyes shot open when a hand combed through my hair. I looked up and saw Nicholas, gazing down at me with those beautiful eyes of his.

I tried pulling away from him a little bit, but his arm secured me in place, and he pulled me closer, so that my face was in his chest and he nuzzled his face in my hair, inhaling deeply.

"Good morning to you too." I grumbled and he placed a kiss on my forehead.

"Morning." He said with his sleepy voice that seemed to jolt me at how sexy it sounded.

I sighed, resting my hand on his chest and closed my eyes to bask in my surroundings.

"How did you end up here?" I whispered to him.

"You fell asleep on my lap. I brought you up." He said and I nodded, snuggling deeper into his chest when the door to my room burst open and in came Abby.

"Dove! Oh my god you're here!" She said and sighed in relief but then she looked at the man lying beside me and gasped. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry. "Uh.. everyone's waiting for you downstairs for breakfast.." She eyed Nico and chuckled nervously while I glared at her.

"Ever heard of knocking?" I said sarcastically and Abby rolled her eyes before closing the door behind her and running downstairs.

Nicholas chuckled and I playfully poked his chest.

"Stop laughing, it's not funny." I said, trying to get out of his embrace. "Nico you have to let me go.." I whined.

"Never." He whispered and I grunted.

"I have classes idiot." I told him and he grunted in response before loosening his grip on me and I quickly slipped from under the covers when cold air hit me like a truck and I shuddered. I didn't know how warm I was in his arms until I walked to the bathroom and stood under the hot shower.

I came out wearing a robe and saw Nico talking to someone on the phone. He put it down and raked a hand through his hair before turning around. He grinned when he saw me.

"Everything alright?" I asked him fetching clothes from my wardrobe when his arms came around my waist and he rested his chin on my shoulder, placing a soft kiss to my cheek.

"No." He answered and I knew it was something about work.

"Can I help?" I asked him taking out my hoodie but he shook his head, making his way to the bathroom.

"I'll be fine. It'll work out." He said, but sounded like he was convincing himself more than me.

"Did you sleep well?" I asked him and he smiled.

"Very." I hummed in response and as soon as he went into the bathroom, I put my clothes on, black leggings with a short black flowy skirt, and a navy blue sweater on top.

Cole came in the room with a perfectly pressed blue suit in his hand and hung it in my wardrobe.

"What's this?" I asked him.

"It came for Nicholas." He said and I thanked him before he left, reminding me of breakfast. I glanced at the time on Nico's phone while putting on some gloss just when Nico came out of the bathroom.

"A suit came for you, Cole hung it there." I pointed towards it and he nodded, taking the pants and shirt and trudging back into the bathroom. I glanced at the incoming call briefly and saw the name that flashed on the screen.

"Sofia." I whispered when Nico came out and looked at me with a confused expression.

"Uh.. someone named Sofia's calling." I handed him his phone and tried very hard not to stare at the perfect body in front of me as he closed his shirt buttons with one hand and talked on the phone with the other. I couldn't make out what he was saying since he talked in Italian, but I stared long enough to notice Nico had done his buttons wrong, and was heading for his tie.

Looks like he didn't notice.

I took a hold of his free hand before he turned and he looked at me with raised eyebrows, and I went closer to him, slowly unbuttoning his shirt. I glanced at him briefly and saw him smirk.

"I'll call you later." He said and put the phone aside, looking at me with curious eyes as I unbuttoned his shirt slowly and gradually, taking my sweet time.

"You know, you're not as innocent as you look." He smirked at me and I grinned.

"I know." I said, opening the last of his buttons. I couldn't help it. I just couldn't, when my hand ran over his smooth chest and I looked at him as he sucked in a sharp breath. I slid my hand lower, onto his abdomen where his muscles tensed and along the outline of his pants, hooking a finger in his belt hook and then letting go.

He growled and before I could register what was happening, he pulled my flush against him and kissed me. Deep. Hard. Rough. Full of passion as my hands ran over his chest and then his hair, before I grabbed his shirt and pulled him even closer to me as his hands grabbed my waist, my back hitting the wall as he led me backward.

He went to my neck, kissing there and my jawline before coming back to my lips. When he pulled away, we both were left panting for air, breathless.

Someone knocked on the door and I pushed Nico away from me, only to be pulled back by him as I hit his chest.

"Look at what you've done." He whispered to me and I giggled, slowly closing his shirt buttons, my fingertips occasionally grazing his skin.

"All done." I patted his chest and he brought out his navy blue tie and put it on, before pulling over his coat jacket on top and running a hand through his hair to tame the mess I'd made running my fingers through it.

He took my hand and led me downstairs and I saw everyone seated along the kitchen island, talking happily and having breakfast. Ava saw me first and smiled at me.

"Finally!" She said and everyone looked at me, taking a breath of relief as I made coffee. Nico trailed behind me and helped me a bit, handing me the mugs or the sugar or anything else I needed. We both sat down side by side and drank our coffee in silence, munching on the sandwiches Abby had made,

"These are good Abby. You have to tell me how to make them." Ava told Abby who nodded.

"Yeah sure I'll tell you." She then looked between me and Nico and smiled. "Sleep well Dovey?" She said and I choked on my coffee, and Nico rubbed my back a bit. My face must have been red by now the way everyone was looking at me. Even Dan, who now smiled at me.

"I'm not going to answer that question." I narrowed my eyes at her and she giggled, putting the dishes in the sink.

"Anyway, time to go now or we'll be late." She looked at me and I nodded, putting on my coat.

"I'll see you later Ava!" I called out to her and she replied with an alright as I wore my black combat boots, picking up my car keys and bag as Nico, Abby and Cole followed me out, locking the door behind them. I saw a sleek black car standing near the sidewalk and a man standing next to it in a suit.

"That yours?" I asked him and he hummed in response, putting his phone in his pocket.

"I assume you don't want me to pick you up today since you have your own car now." He sighed, looking disappointed.

"Nope." I replied, waving at Cole and Abby who went in Cole's car, and looking back at him. "I have to go the library today."

"Alright. I'll see you at 6 pm then. Dress casual, okay?" He asked me and I nodded my head.

"Okay." I whispered and he leaned down to place a lingering kiss on my lips before going to his car. The man in the suit opened his door for him and he got in, and they drove off. I started my own car, buckling my seat belt and thinking of what I'd be wearing today as I drove towards college.

I was too excited for this. I was never this excited about my dates with Derek before. I mean, I obviously was but just not like... this. The butterflies in my stomach stayed there the whole time as I parked my car, getting out and saw people eyeing it. I twirled the keys in my hand, whistling as I made my way to my first class, hardly waiting for the last.

Something told me I was in for a hell of a ride.
