SETH

Rᴇʙᴇᴋᴀʜ's ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏғ ᴠɪᴇᴡ:

I wake up today feeling so relaxed. I can't believe I finally in peace last night, maybe mom was right—it was nothing.

I get up; open my curtains to check the weather outside ( I don't usually watch the weather).

I walk out of my room to take a shower, after that get my clothes from the closet.

I grab a black and white two-piece dress out of the closet and put it on, it looks like it's going to be sunny. I think. I put on my black sandals decorated with diamonds, my golden stud earrings and my hair tied in a loose, low ponytail.

I make my way downstairs to the kitchen, but my mom is not here. I guess she already left. I look down on the dinner table and spot a plate of scrambled eggs with tomatoes and guava fruit juice.

"What would I do without her?"

10 minutes of walking and I'm at the corner of my school, I guess I won't be seeing Jordan today. I don't even know why I feel disappointed; I wanted him to leave me alone after all.

I get inside the, all my friends are already here.

Micah continuously smiles at me as I approach them, it's unusual.

"What is she up to?"

"So?..." she starts

"Guess I'm going to find out…"

"What's his name?"

"Don't start," I roll my eyes, and Micah starts laughing

"I'm just messing with you. Did he actually follow you to school?"

"Yep, crazy day," I say as I take a sit next to her

"Did you see him yesterday?" Sera inquires

"Uh…"

"I'm not a good liar, but…,"

"no," I respond

"That's good, I was worried he could be a kidnapper," Sera says

"Yeah," Micah agrees

"Don't worry he is not- I mean he is probably not." I act like we didn't almost kiss last night.

"Did you guys do lots of work yesterday," Micah asks

"not really," Sera says

Lɪᴀᴍ's ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏғ ᴠɪᴇᴡ:

I'm standing in my room looking out the window. 15 years later and my feelings for you haven't changed. I can't believe I finally got to see you…and feel your soft, smooth brown skin in my hands.

I'm back at school, but I can't concentrate. I want you here with me, Harmony. I also don't think Max is coming back anytime soon. I had a big argument with him last night (well…more like a fight, I mean literally). I can't believe he would go after the only woman I love. My own brother! Could we actually be in love with the same person?

I try to understand him and how this all started. What did I do wrong? I love my brother, I love having a younger brother. I wish one day we could be just as close as other brothers out there.

Rᴇʙᴇᴋᴀʜ's ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏғ ᴠɪᴇᴡ:

Just doing our usual walk to the cafeteria.

"The human mind is so fascinating," Sera says

"I know right," Micah responds

"So like…do you guys ever hear voices in your head?…" I stop to see their reaction. "or something like that?"

"No…" Micah says, looking puzzled.

"Me too, I've never. Why do you ask? " Sera asks

"The day before yesterday, I heard a voice in my room,"

"Voices?... What kind of voices?" Sera asks with eagerness to know.

"It sound like a female of like…our age, she said her name is Melody and she kept on calling someone named Harmony," I explain to them and they walker slower, looking at each other with concern. They look back at me.

"Wow, maybe you have superpowers" Micah says

"Seriously, Micah", I wryly look at her

"maybe your brain was remembering things from your singing class," Sera suggests, "isn't harmony a type of singing or something? "

Micah looks at her and back to me.

"Well...I guess maybe you are right," I look at both of them with wonder, "or maybe I had a twin I didn't know about,"

The all laugh.

"It probably won't happen again" Micah says with an amused smile.

"I hope so,"

3 classes later, it is finally home time. My friends have left and I'm at the school's library to return the book I took. I head to the librarian behind the service desk and hand her the book.

"Are you taking another book?" asks the lady behind the counter.

"no," I respond

"Okay... Here you go" she hands me my library card and I smile.

" Thank you,"

I walk out of the library and head home.

I take out my airpodes and play a song called: Love will find a way, by: The melody. A beautiful, elegant, light and hopeful beat.

I'm not even halfway home and it has already started drizzling.

"Well, at least it's not pouring,"

But the weather immediately breaks, and it starts raining cats and dogs.

" I shouldn't have said it," I exhale. Something about this change of weather just doesn't seem normal.

I begin to walk faster, wrapping my arms around me. That's when I hear footsteps behind me and next thing I know, there's an umbrella above my head.

I turn around to see who it is and my eyes widen, my eyebrows rise and my lips part as I stare at this handsome, breathtaking guy in front of me—without blinking. The song is on chorus, it goes so well with the image Infront of me, like in the movies.

He has this shiny medium-length, straight, brown hair. Wearing a white, oversized, pocket long t-shirt with a yellow lightning graffiti on it. Black leather jacket and white me torn jeans, all the things a bad(naughty) guy would wear. The fragrance coming from him is intoxicating.

I can see his lips move and his hand wave at me, but I barely hear him speaking, maybe because of the music, or I am just lost in his ocean blue eyes. Can't get out, it's like I'm trapped.

That's when I feel his hand pat my shoulder. I startle and immediately remove the earphones.

"Sorry" I awkwardly smile

"Are you okay?" he generously asks

"Yeah," I nod. "Thank you,"

"Can I give you my jacket? " he offers.

I take a moment to think about—while he scan me.

"Taking a jacket from a stranger?" I think to myself, "this is the second time now, what if I'm not so lucky this time?" I look at him. "But he doesn't look like that type of person, just this time. I promise this is the last time."

"If you don't mind," I say and she smiles with amusement

"Of course I don't," he says. "Here," he hands me the umbrella to hold and removed his jacket. He has breathtaking arm muscles, I feel like touching them. I look closer at the white patterns halfway down his upper arm, it looks so unique, artistic and traditional.

"Is that a tattoo?" I ask and he looks where my eyes are focused. I throw my earphones in my backpack that's hanging from my shoulder

"No," he shakes his head with a smile. "it's a birth mark," he hands me the jacket and takes back the umbrella.

"So you were like…born with it?" I clarify

"Yeah," he confirms

"Your joking," I put on the jacket

"Nope, it's not a tattoo or paint. It's something that's unique about everyone. It can never come off—it's part of me,"

Sounds relatable.

"Wow," I admire, "Are you sure?"

He chuckles.

"Come on," he signals me to proceed forward

"So, where were you headed?" I question

"Well I uhm…I was you know, exploring the neighborhood,"

"Oh," I smile. "That's nice,"

"Yeah, that's when I saw you,"

"And came to save the damsel in distress?" I grin with amusement

"I just couldn't watch you get washed and…I grew up in a place where woman are highly respected, young or small, old or tall,"

"Where is this place? I'd love to see it; It sounds too good to be true,"

"It is true, it's real," he claims, "maybe I could take you there someday,"

"Yeah…someday," I smile. "What's your name?"

"uh…my name?..." He searches

"Yeah,"I confirm with a nod

"It's…Seth,"

"Oh, Seth. I'm Rebekah," I introduce myself

"Nice meeting you, Rebekah,"

"You too," I smile

Seth's point of view:

Man, how beautiful she looks. Her dark brown eyes look so magical through those long, curved lashes, on those almond eyes. She has a stunning hourglass figure, and the outfit she's wearing suits her so perfectly as if they sewed it on her body. Incredible.

How does such beauty exist on one body?

And those lips…they are so tempting. She is tempting. Everything about her is tempting. Her lips look vulnerable, they call out to me. I don't know what hormones she releases inside me every time I see her. She makes me imagine and think of things I would never tell her.

She's beautiful…she's forbidden.

Rebekah's pov

"This way," I direct him to the small gate after minutes of walking. Finally home. I open the gate, we enter, and he closes it as I wait under the shelter of the umbrella with him. We Slowly walk to the entrance.

"So, this is me," I say

"It was really interesting walking with you, the conversations never end," he says and I softly laugh, in the middle of that, my hair tie falls off and my hair loosens. I turn around to find him picking it up on the went grass ground.

"Thanks," I smile as he hands it to me. "Let's walk back to my school and come back," I joke and he laughs

"What?..."

"Yeah," I grin with amusement. "then we will have more time,"

He chuckles. We stop outside the door.

"Well, that was nice," I look up at him. "Thank you,"

"No problem," he says and I take my bag and try to take off the jacket

"You can keep the jacket, I'll take it next time,"

"Are you sure?" I ask with uncertainty

"Yeah, I'll see you around," he says

"Bye" I wave

"Did he leave this jacket with me as a trap to see me again?" I smile in wonder, looking at him as he walks way to the small gate. I then take the keys out, enter the house and close the door.

"I hope he goes home safely and I hope to see him soon," I smile to myself as I run upstairs to change my clothes. I enter through the wide opened door.

My eyes immediately spot the guy sitting on my bed looking out the window. I gasp and freeze with one foot in front and the other slightly lift from the back. I think of screaming but before I can, my attention lands on his messy undercut.

"This must be Jordan!" I think to myself and the guy turns around to look at me.

"Jordan!" I say with an irritated look on my face, I look at my window and it's open.

"he must have gotten in through there, but how did he climb up here?"

"How did you get in here?!" I demand, "I don't like people coming into my room uninvited,"

He looks at me and his face shows no interest to any of the words coming out of my mouth. He stares back at the window. His lips shut.

"Who was that guy?!" he demands with a straight face

"Answer my question first,"

He storms up from the bed and walks towards me. With his right hand, he holds my chin with his fingers lifting my head up a little. His thumb and index finger on opposite sides and his middle finger under my chin.

"who-was-that?" he inquires

"He..."

"I'm alone in the house, I have to play cool, who knows what he could do to me?"

Fear covers me

"What?" he urges

"He helped me with an umbrella…and jacket" I say in an unsteady tone.

He takes his hand off my chin and stares at me for a minute before putting his hands on my shoulders; and making me sit on the bed. He then leans forward resting his hands on each side of the bed, he leaves me stuck in the middle. And stares at me.

"I don't like the clothes your wearing," he comments, " you'd look better in mine"

A smirk forms on his face, and his brown eyes looking right into mine

I scan him. There's so much about him that's similar to Seth.

He leans closer to the side of my face.

"I will see you tomorrow" he whispers in my ears words with seduction. He moves back and gets his hands off the bed. When he finally walks to the window; my heartbeat finally goes back to normal. Before climbing out, he turns his head and looks at me from the side.

"What now?..." I fear. But he ends up saying nothing, and leaves.

I stay seated on my bed for a while; thinking about what just happened before leaving my phone on the bed and making my way downstairs to make something to eat.

As I am busy making my sandwich, thoughts and images of Seth fill my virgin mind. I happily sigh. For a person who dresses like a bad guy he sure does not act like one—which makes me fall in love with him even more. He is not just attractive, manly and stunning, but he's also caring, friendly, kind and comfortable to be around. He gives me that naughty and good guy vibes. Too good to be true.

I take my plays of sandwich and walk sit at the dinner table.

Have you ever thought about someone to the point where you can't eat, you just feel stuffed? I think I'm going crazy.

"Watching movies always helps me forget things," I think

I don't want to get distracted by a guy that probably does not feel the same way about me.

I keep the sandwich in the microwave and make my way to the living room. I turn on the television and change the channel to my favourite medical TV show. I then lounge on the couch, by the way it's raining outside, I don't think I'll go to the singing class today. I'm kind of a lazy person.

Lɪᴀᴍ's ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏғ ᴠɪᴇᴡ:

Just doing some extra training alone in the mini hall, I love to keep up with my trainings and get stronger.

But this woman is still driving me crazy. I just wonder if things will ever be the same again. Will we ever be that close again? Like the way we were— 15 years ago. Because For her I'd risk my life, my kingdom, my parents.

"Everything," I throw myself on the bench.

"Soon I'll have to find a wife, I want it to be her, the future queen of Alanza. But my father…" I exhale.

I have so much to do before this can happen, but what? And still, what if she doesn't feel the same way? I can't force her. It's what I want, but maybe not what she wants—maybe.

Rebekah's point of view:

I have already eaten the green salad filled with chunks of hard-boiled eggs and chunks of meat and cheese I made, served with a dinner roll, just kept mom's one in the microwave.

As I'm busy watching dermatologists help a woman with a severe pimple condition, I hear knocking at the door.

"Coming," I rise and walk to the door.

"Who is it!?"

"Rebekah!" My mom calls from outside

"Oh," I hurry to open for her. The weather outside is not so bad. She gets in and I help her with the groceries she is holding to the kitchen, while she goes to her room down the corridor.

I warm her food in the microwave and after 3 minutes she walks into the kitchen.

" How was work?" I ask

"I was so tiring," she says with exhaustion, "I also worked extra hours because there's something I want buy," she takes a sit on the chair

"Oh, what are you buying?" I excitedly ask with eagerness.

"You will see," she says, "have you already cooked dinner?"

"Yes and I already ate but I kept yours in the microwave," I respond, "It just finished warming," I open and microwave and take out the glass container.

"Oh thanks sweetie," she smiles as I place the container where the plate of dinner roll is, "what would I do without you?"

"Nothing," I respond and we both laugh."I'm going upstairs,"

"Okay, goodnight sweetie,"

"goodnight mom" I give her a quick hug and make my way to the staircase.

"And don't worry about the dishes, I'll do them!" she says

"Okay!" I walk up the stairs.

When I get in my room I take my phone and chat to Micah and Sera for the next one hour before falling asleep with the phone on my chest.
