The reason Phine was able to silently sneak into the Law Enforcement Manor and then disappear without a trace in front of the attacked guard was probably due to Elmon's ability.


With such power, couldn't one get up half an hour later every day, saving the time spent commuting by bike?


No wonder Phine was so desperate to find Elmon, even stirring the entire District 17 into chaos.
