She's the One

Xue Yiran then sent the wild king back to her consciousness, before turning to leave the training room. 'Bai' was in the kitchen preparing dinner. Xue Yiran walked into the kitchen and pat the robot on the head.

"Good job, Susu."

After having their dinner, Xue Yiran helped Xue Haoran out with his homework. And once it was already dark, she tucked the little guy into the bed.

'Bark' Lis wag his tail and he kept making a barking sounding.

Xue Yiran looked down at the little fox who was displaying some characteristics that belong to a dog.

"Off to bed, Lis." She leaned forward, and carried the small guy into her arms, before putting him onto a small made-up bed that was situated beside Xue Haoran's bedside desk.

"Good night, sister." Mumbled Xue Haoran, as he closes his eyes to sleep.

"Good night, Haoran. See you tomorrow." The light to the bedroom went off and she stepped out of the room.

It was time for training classes. The corridor of each classroom was filled with students as all they head towards the large training ground.

Groans and complains could be heard coming out of the female student's mouth. Most if not all, detest working out. During training, there's a high chance of them getting injured. Much also, if they fail to perform well during the training, their grade will fall by a large margin.

Which is why these girls who love their skin more than anything, could only grit their teeth and follow the school rules.

"Hey, have any of you heard from Sylvia?" Among the group of girls that were heading towards the training ground, a voice spoke out. She was one of Xue Yiran previous classmates.

"No, I heard she planned on killing herself. Who knows, maybe she's dead." A girl answered, without a bit of concern on her face.

"I did try to message her on the social network but I couldn't find her account at hall.  It seems like she had vanished into thin air. Haven't you all notice that she hasn't been appearing in the virtual net as of lately. Don't tell me that she's really dead!" A girl with a long auburn hair exclaimed softly.

"Perhaps, who knows. She seems foolish to me. So, the thought of her dying is very much certain."

"Poor girl." One of the girls said with a pitiful expression. However, there wasn't an ounce of pity in her eyes. It seems as if she was very satisfied to hear that Xue Yiran was dead.

"I wonder what gave her the courage to confess to the crown prince. With our beautiful Charvi here, who else is suited to be the crown prince fiancé if not her." One of the girls immediately flattered.

Charvi who heard her words, blushed slightly. She then lifted her chin upward with arrogant expression. That's right who else is rightful to be the crown prince bride if not her. She was happy at the thought of this.

Even if she thought of that, there were still some people who still wouldn't agree with that.

"What do you mean by Charvi." A girl snorted as she spoke up. "Everyone here knows that the crown prince already had a fiancé. It's said that the two had been engaged since childhood. Also, she's a princess from a well-known planet. I've heard rumors that she's as beautiful as the moon." She wore a smug expression as she said the next sentence "Tell me with such a huge background and beautiful face, do you think Charvi would stand a chance beside her and capture the crown prince heart."

Everyone fell silent at the girl words. Charvi expression had already turned solemn. Looking at the smug expression in the girl's eyes, Charvi knew that the other party was making mock of her.

It was true that there was no chance of her winning against the said princess. Still, that doesn't mean she is a small fry anyone can look down upon.

"If I remember, Cora. Your father is trying to get some business deal from DMS corporation. Did I get that right? One of my relatives is the owner of the corporation, perhaps I might put in a good word for your father. How lucky you're to get my help." Charvi eyes narrowed and she gave a strange smile.

Cora facial color immediately changed. Seeing the change in her expression, a refreshing feeling wash down Charvi's mind.

'You're such a small fry, yet you're trying to provoke me. I truly look forward to your father's deal.' A sneer appeared on Charvi mouth as she walked away.

The others immediately followed after her, leaving Cora behind, not bothering to offer her any word of consolation.

Colton who was also heading towards the training hall had witnessed the vendetta between the two girls. He had also heard of them talking about Sylvia. His eyes flashed slightly and he immediately run towards the training hall, hoping to meet a certain person.

Ian had just recently arrived at the training hall. Ever since that incident at the wilds, he finally knew how small he had viewed the world. Hence, he increased the intensity of his training. He walked towards one of the weights lifting machine and began to lift weights as a warm up exercise.

Gasps and small screams could be heard as he performs some small tasks. With his sharp senses, Ian could detect several girls looking towards his direction.

Since that was a normal occurrence in his daily life, he was already used to their stare.

"Oh, you're already here. Well, it wouldn't be unusual to see you arrive earlier at the training hall." Colton spoke as he arrived behind Ian. But instead of warming up, he sat on the floor behind Ian, watching him train. "Bro, you won't believe what I just heard. She's dead."

Ian turned his head and looked at Colton with a weird look.

Suddenly realizing the other person might not understand what he was talking about, Colton immediately explained. "I'm talking of that girl. The one that confessed to you and was expelled the next day. I think her name is Xue Yiran or something. I heard her classmates talking that she committed suicide. What are you going to do Ian? This is a black material on you."

A frown appeared on Ian's face. The face of the girl back then immediately appeared in his mind. Although when he rejected her, he hadn't bother to take a good look of her face. However, he could still make up what she looks like.

A trace of surprise immediately replaced the frown on his face. That was because a certain girl face was overlapping with the girl he had met in the wilds.

'Back then I had guessed she look kind of familiar. So, she's the one.'

"Are you taken aback too, bro." Colton had saw the surprised look on Ian's face and thought he was shocked. "Me too. Who knew she would commit suicide. Aren't you going to visit her family and offer some condolences. No, that won't be. What if they kicked you out of their house instead? Well, you're the crown prince so I guess they wouldn't be able to do that."

Ian shook his head discontentedly at Colton before resuming back to his training.

"Aren't you worried bro?" Colton saw that Ian was beginning to lift his weight and asked.

"She's not dead."

"Huh? What do you mean by she's not dead? Bro, explain to me. Are you seeing her? Bro! Ian!"

Still Ian didn't bother saying anything. He kept on training. When Colton saw that Ian wasn't making any attempt to explain to him, he sat down and began to ponder how Ian knew that the girl wasn't dead. Not until the combat teacher finally arrived did he stopped thinking.
