Ivy gets off the elevator and finds Jackson there, "Hey."

"Hey. Did you go home? I must have missed you," he asks, wrapping an arm around her.

"Yeah, April and I had a 14 year old GSW. It was so bloody and awesome but I felt nasty after surgery, so I went home to change," she tells him, taking his coffee and having a sip.

"Cool news about Yang, though, huh?" Jackson asks, taking his coffee back.

She nods, "Yeah, it's awesome. You really didn't know?"

He smiles down at her, "I'm telling you, the nominating committee is totally separate from the foundation. I'm just like everybody else."

Ivy giggles, "Yes, except way handsomer and you have an awesome wife and children."

Jackson kisses her as they make their way to the attendings lounge. Ivy starts to change into her scrubs, revealing the bikini that she had to wear, "Is that a bikini?"

"Yes, I ran out of clean underwear and haven't had a chance to do laundry," she nods.

"Which is why you send it out," he tells her.

"Jackson, we have a perfectly good washing machine at the house," Ivy argues.

He sits down, "Says the doctor in a bikini."

Ivy puts a hand on her hip, "Are you saying you don't like me in a bikini?" Jackson is smart enough to not answer, "Besides, paying someone to do your laundry is an extravagance. How much did that coffee cost?"

"Uh, four bucks."

She puts her scrub top on, "So that's like, what, six-six a week? That's like-give me a second. Like $1,000 a year you're just throwing away."

He argues, "Its not like I'm spending it on hookers or private planes. It's a latte."

Ivy points at him, "You spend any money on a hooker and you better hope there is an apartment available for you. You know what, I'm gonna get you one of those milk-frothy things. I'm gonna teach you how to make your own latte. Oh, by the way, the twins threw up on their blankets this morning so those need to be washed too."

"Will you teach me in that bikini?" Jackson starts trying to lift her scrub top.

"Stop," she giggles, not sounding threatening at all.

"I don't think I will," Jackson kisses her.

Ivy stands with the rest of the hospital, holding a flute of sparking apple cider as Cristina walks through the doors, "Suprise! Congratulations!"

After the celebration, Ivy walks by the residents as she hears Edwards shout, "Swap monkey. Enjoy working with Dr. Bailey."

She clears her throat, getting their attention, "You know, Dr. Bailey is a genius. We may have our differences from time to time but if anyone can figure out what's going on with Braden Morris, it's her. If I were a resident, I would fight, tooth and nail, to be on her service. But, then again, none of you seem to have the same drive that I did. The drive that made me chief resident, the resident every attending wanted, as well as a double board certified surgeon. Man, I miss seeing that drive in a resident. Oh, well."

As she walks away, she hears the residents fighting behind her. Ivy laughs before it turns into a coughing fit, "I swear to God Jackson Avery, if you got me sick."

Ivy sneezes as April comes up to her, "Whoa, bless you. Are you sick?"

"No, I better not be. I made Jackson stay away from the twins for a couple of days after he got sick. He's gonna do the same to me because he got me sick. God, I hate men sometimes," she complains as Jackson comes around the corner.

He spots Wilson, "Hey, Dr. Torres and Dr. Shepherd-Avery said you have a thing for bones. When you're done with Torres' patient, you want to do a mandibular O.R.I.F.?"

"Yes!" Wilson exclaims.

"I see you have another beverage," Ivy gestures to the cup in his hand.

"Iced tea, actually. It's quite good. Would you like some?" He asks, taking a sip.

She shakes her head, "Oh, no, I'm perfectly happy with my water," she reaches for it at the same time as she sneezes.

Wilson asks, "Is that a-"

Jackson finishes for her, "Her swimsuit. Yeah. Bikini. Are you sick?"

"I ran out of underwear and maybe.

"I don't understand."

April answers for Ivy, "You don't wear swimsuits when you run out of clean underwear?"

Ivy nods, "Thank you for understanding me, April."

Wilson shakes her head, "I don't run out of clean underwear."

"You're a resident. When do you have time to do laundry?" Ivy asks.

"I'm a doctor. I send it out," she shrugs.

"Hmm," Jackson hums.

"Wilson, be gone," Ivy dismisses her.

She nods, quickly walking away as Ivy turns to her husband, "So, when it comes to being sick, you can take care of yourself, but anything else, you need to send it out or hire someone?"

Jackson struggles, "Uh, well, not exa-"

"I'm just saying, we have kids. I want them to grow up and be self sufficient. Not to mention the amount of money it's going to take to send them to college. We don't need to be spending as much money as we have been," Ivy tells him, heading to see a patient.

"We have more than enough money, though," Jackson mumbles.

Ivy and April sit down at a lunch table with Callie, Meredith and Cristina, "Anybody want some meatloaf?"

They all shake their heads except for April. Ivy dishes her some before Meredith asks, "Isn't that the meatloaf you had yesterday?"

"Yep. And the day before that. Probably tomorrow, too, because there's still a piece at home. Jackson doesn't eat leftovers and the twins are only 6 and a half months old which means when I cook, I have to eat all the leftovers. Because apparently, it's depressing to eat food out of a Tupperware container. You know what is depressing? Paying $7 for a hamburger," Ivy rants.

"Make her stop," Cristina says before looking to Callie slurping her soda, "Her, too."

Derek and Webber walk over to them, "Hey."
