he was so sure that if he doesn't meet Joan today then this bravery will disappear so he was desperate to see her today cause if he goes home and sleep over it his fears and doubts will not let him do this.

he knocked and still no response, as soon as he turned around ready to leave, the door opened

"yes, who is it" Joan asked as she opened the door

he turned to face her and he could see she just got out of shower, her hair was still wet,

Joan kept on thinking about who it could be banging on her door like that, she was a little angry because she had to rush a little,

when she got there and saw his back, she doubted it was him until he turned to face her

a whole lot of emotion came rushing, she just looked at him and he also did Same. They stared at each other for long and just when Nick was about to speak, Joan went inside leaving the door opened.

Nick was worried when he saw her, there was no emotion on her face, she just stared at him the way he did too, and when he tried to speak and she went inside his heart skipped a beat but he still followed her inside

"Joan, wait listen" he said as he tried to catch up to her

Joan didn't turn to look at him

"please Joan look at me, see I know am at fault and I'm really sorry for my stupid behavior" he said and Joan turned towards him, she just stared at him

he moved closer and tried to held her hand but she got out of his hold, but he held her again and hugged her. he pleaded again and again that he was sorry and he asked her to forgive him.
