Yang sighs. "Think rationally.." Yang whispers to himself. He could see Yuao in his peripheral turn off his phone, before sliding it in his own pocket. "Rationally? What will that do?" Yuao asked casually, crossing his arms. Yang only stared at him. "So, you turned me into a vampire because you know that they won't hurt me. So what happens after they die? Will Lin Feng and Jingfei die? What about Bambang?" Yang asked quickly with venom in his voice. Yuao stayed calm, even though Yang was the one with the powerful necklace.
"I help the humans, Yang." Yuao stated, as his phone lit up from his pocket. Yang's eyes went to the blinking light for a moment, before looking up at Yuao. "Why? Why did you turn your back on vampires?" Yang asked. Yuao grabbed his phone silently,m his face illuminated as the screen turned on. His red eyes glistened in the white light.
"When The Year Of The Vampires was over, who got the glory. Wei and Chan. Wei was the mastermind, and Chan risked his life." Yuao typed something on the screen, before looking up at Yang. "You like video games, right Yang? Well think of me as Princess Peach. Wei and Chan were Mario And Luigi. The heroes. While I was the young boy in need of saving." Yuao said casually, however there was pain behind it.
"I had to hide from the world. From the vampire world. But when the Cinq Masques' spot was open, I was quick to fill; it. I thought I could still save the vampire world. Finally be looked at as a hero. Yet still. Tiger, Snake, Horse, and soon Ox all over shadowed me." Yang's eyes widened. "You were Dog?" Yang asked. Yuao smiled and nodded. "I couldn't hol the spot light for a moment. But then I remembered something. Do you know what I remembered?" Yuao asked.
Yang silently shook his head. "That there is more than just vampires out in the world." Yuao gives Yang a innocent smile. "Why should I try to make myself look like a legend to vampires, when I can just save humanity by killing their worst fear." Yang didn't need anymore explaining. Yang leaned back slightly in his chair, shaking his heade. "Your crazy.." Yang muttered.
He couldn't tell if Yuao heard him or not, but he didn't care. All he wanted was to lay in an alley, was that so hard? "Jingfei is having a surprise birthday party tomorrow, and tonight they are going to all be at Wei's house to discuss it. I want you to go to Bambang and Jingfei's house to get one of his hunter friend's knives." "Jingfei's going to be there." Yang said with a smile. There was no way that he was going to kill anyone. Yuao's plan wouldn't work on him. Yuao grinned.
"Not anymore." He turned on Yang's phone, showing the bright screen to Yang.
Yang: Jingfei do you wanna go to your cafe? I kinda wanna get a drink before bed
Jingfei: okay. You wanna come over so we can walk?
Yang; eh, I'm closer to the cafe. Can we just meet?
Jingfei: mkay
"JIngfei's to much of a people-pleaser to say no to his human friend." Yuao grinned. Yang's smile faded to worry. "Once you have the knife, you will go to Wei's house and wait until everyone leaves before going inside and killing them in this order. Wei, Chan, and then Ying. Understand?" He had a whole plan, as if he's been waiting to say this. He had devised a plan to kill everyone. To kill all of them. Yang quickly shook his head.. Yuao tilted his head to the side and clicked his tongue. So similar to Chan and Ying and Wei. yet his was eerily different.
"I didn't ask. Now go."
And somehow, Yang wasn't in control anymore.
