An hour later, Alexander found himself in front of the Nemesis Order's building, as he wanted to accept the commission's reward.
Entering the building, he saw the blonde young lady once again.
"Good afternoon, are you already member or do you want to sign up?", asked the young lady in a familiar voice.
"I am already a member."
"I want to accept the reward for a commission that I had accepted.", he replied and showed his golden card and the commission paper.
The lady look at the golden card and the commission paper, supposedly checking its authenticity.
"Please provide us with the proof of your completion of the commission.", the young lady said emotionlessly.
Alexander had already expected such a situation and proceeded to hand the Sequence 9 Planter characteristic to the lady.
The young lady took it and put it on a golden scale behind her, before awkwardly nodding to him and handing it back, together with a Apothecary characteristic.
Alexander guessed that the scale was an extraordinary item with the ability of divination, as something like that could easily confirm that the characteristic was indeed the commission's target's.
This time, Alexander didn't accept another commission but promptly left the building.
After reaching his home, Alexander finally had some time to relax.
Sitting on his chair and finding some time to analyze today's events, Alexander couldn't help but sigh.
"First of all, my inexperience in actual combat was showcased once more."
"If I simply had a knife with me, today's assassination would be much more easier."
