“Hello my love, how did the shopping go,” my mate asks, “Did you guys find a dress? I was starting to get worried!” 


I look at my watch and see that it is later than I had realized. My wedding present plans took longer than I intended. We need to hurry if we are going to pull this off!


“We did, it’s a long story, but it’s lovely,” I tell my mate, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek, “How are the decorations coming along? Do you need me to do anything?” 


“Come out and see for yourself,” he says with a grin, “I think it’s pretty great if I do say so myself!” 


I follow my husband into the yard and he’s right, it’s beautiful out there. The trellis is completely covered in daffodils, and the picnic tables are set with bouquets of the same. Twinkle lights hang from the trees, and my mate has actually managed to somehow acquire a box of butterflies to be released when the couple pledges their love for each other.
