Dad came over to visit with his girlfriend, it was priceless seeing his face when he saw that Dawn was pregnant. Even though they've mutually separated, it was still strange seeing your former lover with the guy you hate most.

Perseus stayed away and let the kids play with their grandfather with him and Jerah fighting. They're not necessarily friends and their relationship is still strained, though they will have to put on a friendly face during the wedding since Maple wants him there. I don't mind either way since he and Dawn lost their parent title a long time ago.

The 3 love him though I doubt it'll be like that for long since he said he might not come over often, since he said that he might want to raise other children of his own over there and will be too busy then.

As I watched over them, a pair of arms wrapped itself around my waist.

"How'd you know it was me? I hid my presence really well." he replied as he kissed my cheek

Jazz was now in my arms, all cozy and snuggling against me while the others had their turns snuggling up Perseus. It was a stupidly cute sight, I still can't believe that I was thinking such sweet thoughts while being a mother, something I've always feared.

I can see Perseus' smirk while he's looking in my direction, to which I just gave him a glare in return.
