          "Is everyone ok?-" Shiny, X, and Pippin asked around. They wanted to make sure no one had gotten hit with any debris that had blasted their way. "Where's Bones-" Shiny asked and Pippin looked around. "Bones?!" She yelled and everyone began looking behind every tree, bush, etc. "I found him!" A guard yelled and Pippin went into a dead sprint to the guard. She stopped and saw Bones curled up in a bush behind a tree. "Bones..." she gently put her hand on his shoulder and he immediately looked up with a scared looked. "Are you ok buddy?.." Pippin gently asked and Bones nodded. He slowly sat up and was holding Dallas in his arms. He had dove into the bush and hid her under him to keep her safe from anything that flew at them.

       Dallas looked like she had fallen asleep. Just in case Pippin checked her pulse then sighed in relief when she felt it. She looked at Bones once more and all he had were a few small scratches from when he dove into the bush.  "Are either of you hurt?" Pippin asked and Bones shook his head no. Then he held out Dallas to Pippin, wanting her to make sure she's unharmed. Pippin gently took Dallas and sat down with her in her lap. "Dallas.." Pippin gently nudged her and Dallas opened her eyes. "Ow.." Dallas mumbled and gently held her wrist. "Are you ok?" Pippin asked and Dallas tried to show her her wrist. "Ow.." she mumbled again and Pipping gently took her hand and examined her wrist. Pippin then looked up at the guard. "Find me a stick to splint her wrist with." She told him and he nodded and jogged off.

       "Bones honey, did you accidentally land on her when you dove with her?" Pippin asked and he took a minute to think. He then made shrugged a little making a "kind of" motion with his hand. "I think you broke her wrist bud-.." she told him and he frowned, worried. "Im sorry..." he scooted to them but Pippin patted his head. "It's ok buddy, it's better than her possibly getting hit with something." She reassured and the guard came back and handed her the stick. Pippin took it and tore the hem of her shirt as well. She gently took Dallas's hand and carefully splinted her wrist, gently whispered soft reassurances to Dallas as she quietly whimpered in pain. "Almost done almost done..." she whispered and finished splinting Dallas's wrist. "All done..I'm sorry.." Pippin gently cradled her and Dallas just laid there in her arms. Hercules trotted over and laid next to them with his head on Dallas's stomach, Pippin just sat there and let Dallas rest for a moment.

       Shiny asked around and made sure everyone else was ok. He noticed Mama, Lasso, and Charlie coming back and he took off running to them. Charlie was still sobbing and he was now wearing Cypher's trench coat and he was gripping the sleeves. Lasso had one hand around his shoulder while Mama held Charlie's arm. They led him through the now destroyed gates and Shiny went to them. "What happened" he asked and Mama had her head down and stayed quiet. "Cypher's dead" Lasso sighed and Shiny's eyes widened. "What?!" He couldn't believe it. He wouldn't. "There's no way! She can't be!" He yelled and went to sprint passed them but Lasso grabbed his arm and yanked him back, having to let go of Charlie to do so. He pulled him and grabbed him by both his shoulders. "Listen to me." He snapped at Shiny who froze and looked at him. "I know you don't want to believe it but she's gone." He told him sternly and Shiny just stood there shocked.

       Cypher and Shiny had always goofed off with each other. Play wrestling, occasionally getting in trouble by Mama, telling each other any drama that had happened that day. They for the most part stuck together with Ret and Jet as well. Shiny never thought that he would hear this so soon. "She can't be..." Shiny mumbled and Lasso sighed. "Andre she wasn't going to last much longer with the state she was in.." Lasso whispered to him and Shiny laid his head on his shoulder. "Not yet...she can't be dead so soon..." he mumbled and Lasso rubbed his back. "She is.." Lasso sighed and just let Shiny lean on him while he tried to process the death of a close friend.

        X took Charlie while Mama sighed and walked to Pippin. She didn't want to tell her but she knew she was going to be asking anyway later on. So Mama took her time walking to Pippin. When she finally go to her Mama sighed. "Hey Pip" she called and Pippin looked up. "Yeah?" She gently handed Dallas to Bones and got up. "Can I talk to you" Mama asked and Pippin nodded. Mama took her hand and began walking away from everybody. "What is it?" Pippin asked and Mama sighed and slowly sat on the forest floor, motioning Pippin to sit with her. Once Pippin sat Mama sighed and looked at her. "So.." she hesitated and Pippin tilted her head. "Cypher's not coming back..." Mama finally told her and Pippin shook her head. "You've got to be kidding" she at first chuckled, not believing Mama Williams but mama shook her head. "I'm sorry baby..." Mama gently took one of Pippin's hands and Pippin's smile faded. "She's gone..." Mama repeated and Pippin shook her head. "No no no she can't be" Pippin refused to believe it and got up. "Show me.." Pippin told her and Mama slowly got up. They began to walk back to the rubble of what used to be Dead End.

       Pippin climbed the same path Lasso did just minutes ago. She made it to the top and looked down at Cypher. "No..." she mumbled and quickly climbed down to her. "No no no no..." she mumbled more and fell to her knees next to her. "You can't be gone.." Pippin mumbled and just stared at her. She laid her head on Cypher's just to try to hear her heartbeat but there was nothing. Pippin felt tears in her eyes and quickly wiped them away. She laid there with her head on her chest, trying to convince herself that she could feel Cypher's heart beating still but there was nothing. Not heartbeat, no breathing, she was still. "I'm sorry baby..." Pippin whispered and clung to her. She felt Mama's hand on her back but she didn't move away. She kept her head on Cypher's still chest and clung to her. She quietly sobbed against her chest and Mama just rubbed her back quietly.

       Lasso sat off to the side quietly. Charlie had been handed off to Shiny now and X wandered over to Lasso. X sat next to him and quietly sighed. They both sat there in silence. Finally X spoke. "She's really gone huh" he sighed and Lasso nodded. "Yeah..she was done.." Lasso mumbled and X looked up at him. "Do you know why she decided to well..." his voice trailed off but Lasso knew exactly what he meant. "Well she wanted to bring down the hell her dad created." He explained but X shook his head. "Not what I mean" he told him and Lasso sighed. "It'd be too hard for her to try to keep fighting while everyone around her would want her to fly" he mumbled and X nodded slowly. "Damn.." was the final thing he said before they sat in silence once more.
