Chapter One Hundred and Sixty Four

CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FOUR

The shock of what I have been able to do barely has a chance to sink in because just a few hours later the three demons return, this time putting the chains on my wrists and ankles.

They’re not taking any chances it seem.

But my wolf is not my only weapon.

I flex my fingers as I’m pulled by the scruff of my neck to something that looks like a transport wagon. The chains are burning into my skin but I’ve become used to pain and ignoring it is easier. The one thing that I’m grateful for is that aside from the burning sensation on where the chains make contact with my skin, whatever magic is on them is not weakening me.

However, my captors seem to think it is, so I let them.

I may be able to fight one of them with hand-to-hand combat, but all three? It’s doubtful.
