"I want to kiss you Sarah, I've wanted to do it ever since I saw you on that balcony." Jonah spoke against her skin as his hands wrapped around her waist.
Sarah shivered, goosebumps erupting all-over her skin. This was the one man on Earth that she had vowed to hate eternally yet he was the only one who could set her body on fire. "I can't..." Sarah hated how breathy her voice sounded.
"You want me to kiss you, you can lie from your lips but your body tells a different tale." Jonah spoke against the column of her neck placing a kiss on her pulse point. A smile spread on his face when she let out a moan. She wanted him and that's exactly where he wanted her.

Jonah Holland and Sarah Sutton have hated each other all their lives. Having been forced to grow up together as neighbors in the bustling city of London in the late 1800, the two are forced apart by fate. Only to be reunited years later as strangers, the two rivals must put aside their differences and work together. <p>"This is absolutely unnecessary Sarah. Can't we just talk this through. There's no need to be hasty in our decisions." Jonah spoke even as he sidestepped one of the maids preparing the Lady's chambers. Sarah simply glared at him as she carried in some of her own gowns into the room. Jonah let out a sigh as she once again ignored him.</p>

<p>Things had gone downhill seconds after Sarah had regained her composure. After crying her heart out in his arms, Sarah had wiped her and decided that she didn't intend on sharing their chambers for the foreseeable future thus why the usual quiet evening was now bustling as maids hurried to fulfill their Lady's wish.</p>
