A real Alpha.

The silhouette of a person could be seen running through the dark of the night, the

brightness of the moon pushing out the shadow of the person to the floor.

It was non other than the all grown up Elena.

Elena , after watching the stranger for a long time now , had come to understand quite some things.

The stranger seemed to be strange , although it sounded bizarre she knew , but more to it, the stranger seemed to be quite confident in themselves no matter their course of action.

Seeing all this made her come to one conclusion , either the stranger was just faking his confidence just to push himself to move further , or the stranger had the strength to back it up .

From the look of things ,one of them seemed to be correct . Right now Elena was running her way to the light that was lighting up a cave .

It didn't take her long to get there , with her speed and stamina , Elena was able to run for a long distance without getting tired , this was one of the traits ,or rather one of the advantages of Vertality users.

Since the Colourful rain that fell on earth many years ago , many people were able to do extra ordinary things .

But , the rain didn't just gave them the vertalities , it also made so changes in the human system, making them become super human, things like increase in stamina , strength , and many more .This was what made the difference between the normal humans and the Vertality users

Since then ,the knowledge of vertalities would either be transfer through bloodline naturally, or through training.

Standing in front of the cave , Elena slowly moved her way in. The cave wasn't that large , nor too deep , it was only some meters deep inside. The entrance of the cave wasn't that large too, only small letting an average human to be able to enter without any problem .

Once inside , Elena wasn't able to believe her eyes . What she was seeing wasn't what she was expecting, and the objet vibrating at her side only added things up .

Right Infront of her , a kid with blonde hairs could be seen standing , and by his side a floating crystal could be seen as it brighten up the cave , it wasn't the fier Vertality as she first thought.

" Who are you ? " Elena asked as she was had a mixture of thought runnings through her head as she tried to understand certain things ,and the object vibrating by her side wasn't helping either.

Grey hearing the words that left the girls mouth felt a little bit angered .

" What do you mean , ? Don't you think am the one who is meant to be asking you that . You just came in here uninvited , heck haven't you heard of privacy before " Grey complained as he had some thoughts in his mind .

" Err , sorry for that , i didn't mean it . " Elena excused her self as she knew that she was the one wrong , to her it was of no use to be prideful especially when you were in the wrong side .

She didn't even know what got into her for her to be so impolite , maybe it was some of the effects of the shock and excitement she was going through now .

" I didn't intend to do that " she continued, " My name is Elena , Elena Kimberly " she said as she looked at Grey like she was expecting something from him .

Grey continued to look at her in an awkward manner , "is anything wrong ?" he asked .

", This is the point where you say your name, am sure you have one" she said msaking it obvious.

" Oh , sorry , of curse i got one " Grey said , as he scratched the back of his head , he wasn't really familiar with such things , infact , Elena standing right in front of him was one of the first person of his age to really present themselves to him for a very long time.

" My name is Grey , Grey Redems, " Grey said .

" well Grey , it's a pleasure meeting with you , i hope we can work together "

Elena said as she moved from her position going to Grey , and giving out her hand for a shake .

At least this was something Grey knew quite well , He had no problem in giving the shake .

when Grey and Elena shake their hands , Grey was able to notice the vibration that was at the side of the girls pocket.

" I think you have a call , won't you pick it" Grey said as he assumed that it might only be a phone. because the vibration was too much to go unnoticed .

Looking down at her pocket , Elena sent her hand to side the vibration was coming from , as she removed something , " I don't think it's my call " she said as she removed the object .

The words she said made Grey a little bit confused.

" What do you mean ?" Grey asked looking at her every motion

When she finally brought out the object form her pocket , Grey's had took a good look at it .

" it Yours " she said , handing over a piece of clothe that seemed to be rapping something, But it was clear that the object within had to be bright .

Grey was confused , he didn't know what to say , but he sent out his hand forward accepting the the present. But he couldn't help but have his own thoughts.

' On my first meeting with a girl , am given a present , i didn't know I was this handsome ' Grey praised his handsomeness .

But the following words she said shocked him.

. " I Elena , descendant of the Kimberly family , hereby prove our sincerity and honesty to the Alphas , by completing our family task ."

She said as she gave a slight bow to Grey , a sing of respect.

This made Grey confused , ' Not only does this girl have a crush for me , she even know something about the Alphas as well, i think she would be of good help to me since I really know Nothing about them , for now I'll just go with the flow .. ' Grey thought wisely.

"Ooh thank you for bringing back the object. , for a moment i thought it was going to be lost forever . you see this object you gave me is really an important one , and if it was to go into the wrong hands , it might be very dangerous' Grey said pretending to know more of the situation .

Unknown to him , all his guess we're correct.

At that moment, Grey had a notification from the system.

[Congratulations, you have been chosen by the golden egg . in your hands your hold one of the greatest Alphbeing yet to be trained by any living being, "The Golden King Dragon " ]

[The being is still in it's egg , and premature state ]

[Would you like to tame it ?]

[Yes ]. [No]

looking at the system notification , Grey didn't know why but he felt like he was to click the yes option. While Elena was left standing at the side as she watched Grey look into empty space and was confused.

' what is he doing steering into space like that, or maybe this is some type of traditional thing the Alphas do , it will be good if his don't get distracted the . I'll go do the watch' she thought to her self as she moved forward to the entrance , not really standing outside but rather inside.

Grey continued looking into space, or instead at the system message as he chose the [Yes ] option.

Then immediately , the object began to lose itself , and what could be seen was a golden oval object , having the shape of an egg , then the egg started to float in the air , and some energy could be seen leaving the floating crystal to the egg .

The sight was beautiful, and the aura of the energy transfer was strong , it was strong to the point that even Elena at the door had shivers that ran down her spine , the only thing that made her calm down was the fact that she knew where the energy was coming from, Not only Elena was amazed , Grey , although he was the person Elena believed was responsible for the scenes that was onfolding ,Grey too was confused , but felt happy as a smile came to his face .

The golden energy. aura was leaving the crystal and slowly moved its way to the egg. The two objects were rotating both on their axis an their orbit as they were suspended in the air , slightly above Grey's height but not making it difficult for him to hold it ,that was if he want to spoil the process which he couldn't do anyways.

The transfer of energy continued until the the process was over.and at that moment Grey got a notification.

Deep in the forest , in a part that was totally dark , three creatures could be seen looking at each other , one with a smile , the other fear written on their face and the last was indifferent.

" Did you guys feel that " the one with the fearful face said , from his voice and his manner if talking one would know it was the youngest , and it was afraid .

" Of course , what do you think we are " this time it was the one with the happy face who spoke as it lick d it's lips.

" So they are finally back , The Alphas . i knew a day like this was going to come but never once did i think it will be in a place like this ." the last one to speak was the indifferent one , his voice was totally calm , as he thought more of the situation.

" What do we do , should we call our higher ups and tell them ? or should we just run away at least we have some vital information for them right ? so they wouldn't really mind if we left the mission " the fearful one spoke as he was already shaking in his boots , it was it's first time in a mission like this , and things were already going bad ' why do I have bad luck?' it wondered.

"Your a fool" The happy one said as he slapped the other beast in the back of the head " Don't you remember why we are here in the first place , you are here to increase your rank right!? , then see this as an opportunity to go even further , just think about what reward we will be given if we really managed to get rid of the Alpha , we might even be given the golden batch and you know it's advantages right!?". the happy one said as he tried to talk some sense into his partner.

" I think his right, although this might be a vital information for our higher ups , don't you think it will be of no use to let them know "

" like if we were to tell them , they would go for the Alpha and get rid of it and get all the rewards , in the end eve though we were the one that gave oit the information we get Notting we will still be at our copper demon rank "

"so i think the choice is made , we would complete our duty as demons and we will be going back with the head of that Alpha"

The fearful one hearing this had a very bad feeling since it knew very well what will happen.
